Our Hearts – Two Telepaths

Blonde woman in the sun

As I’m writing this piece, the last sun rays of summer 2026 warm my home office. I hear sounds of lake seagulls in the distance and all seems to be well and swell within me and around me. The summer was a strong test of burning all sorts of layers around my heart and pouring more intuition and faith into the future path.

As the first shadows of Venus Retrograde season were cast upon us, more women came to me for advice against the fear mongering on the Internet. Though it will be a difficult autumn, it will also be successful, liberating one. Old wounds in love, commitment and partnership will resurface, yes, exes will possibly return if needed to show you something in you that changed in the meantime (think of your love and business relations back in 2018, 2010 and 2002), but most importantly, there will be an extreme, powerful energy who want YOU to get free and move on to greener, more hearty pastures.

If you ever wanted to love differently, more profoundly, NOW it’s the time to release whatever holds you back.
First, we make space. Then, we embrace.

Astrology is not forcing its way into the decisions of your life. But Astrology shows you the quality of time. There are times when it’s more fruitful to work, to build something successful. But there are also times when destroying the shackles and walls around your heart can be achieved faster and easier.

This autumn is about the latter.
The technology of the heart – mind coherence is really behind the heart to heart telepathy

Think about those times when your mind just remembered a person and the next think, that particular person wrote to you or called you. Or think about those times when you just woke up with this ingrained sense that something has shifted in someone we love or long for. You sit across your partner at the kitchen table and know the atmosphere between you two has changed.

The world has named these types of moments synchronicity or telepathy, for the lack of better terms. In the minds of most (reductive) scientists, this is out of the ordinary, strange, pseudo-science communication.

The past years have proved that there is such a think called heart-mind coherence through which two people can actually stay connected beyond the seen physical space.

This October is that type of month to prove it. October is preparing us for La Dia de Los Muertos (when the veil between the worlds is the lightest), and now we’re in the YIN season when power resides within Thought-Forms (in Romanian: forme-gand).

“Heart-to-heart telepathy” is not an established scientific construct, but a more spiritual and ezoteric interpretation that refers to the felt experience of knowing, sensing, receiving or transmitting something to another person without an explicit verbal exchange. Depending on the person using it, the phrase may describe:

  • Ordinary but subtle interpersonal perception: reading facial expression, posture, timing, tone, silence, context and behavioural patterns, often without conscious awareness.
  • Embodied and emotional attunement: sensing another person through one’s own nervous system, including emotional contagion, interoception and autonomic co-regulation.
  • Neural or physiological synchrony: measurable coordination between people’s heart-rate dynamics, brain activity, gaze, movement or electrodermal responses during interaction.
  • Psi or paranormal telepathy: the proposed transfer of thoughts, emotions or information without any known sensory or technological channel, including across distance.
  • A spiritual metaphor: a form of recognition, compassion or shared presence that is not reducible to explicit language.

The HeartMath Institute’s Science of the Heart study is where I found for the first time an actual detailed, scientific explanation for what I had experienced through my own spiritual and energetic experiences, in relation to sensing and feeling others.

According to them, the heart does not simply receive orders from the brain; it participates in a continuous conversation with the brain and the rest of the body through neural, biochemical, mechanical and electromagnetic pathways. Heart-rate variability, or HRV, reflects the changing intervals between heartbeats and is influenced by breathing, emotion, attention and autonomic regulation. In HeartMath’s model, coherence describes a more ordered and harmonious pattern of physiological activity, often visible when the heart rhythm becomes more sine-wave-like around a low-frequency resonance of approximately 0.1 hertz.

Their research on interpersonal synchrony is quite fascinating. In one study of couples, researchers recorded heart rate and heart-rate variability as partners spoke about positive and negative aspects of their relationship. Their cardiac rhythms showed patterns of in-phase and anti-phase synchrony associated with aspects of their relational experience.

Intimacy is a dynamic physiological environment in which two nervous systems continually adjust to one another.

Romantic couples have shown greater inter-brain synchrony during social interaction than strangers, particularly when gaze, positive affect and behavioural coordination were present. Close friends can also show similar neural responses to naturalistic events.

Gregg Braden speaks about heart–brain coherence as a state cultivated through attention, breathing and elevated emotions such as appreciation, gratitude and compassion. In his work, bringing awareness to the heart and regulating the breath can open access to intuition and what he calls heart intelligence. Braden also extends this idea into a larger metaphysical field, suggesting that the heart’s electromagnetic activity carries information and that coherent feelings can influence the field of possibilities around us.

The heart speaks, but it does not speak alone. It speaks with the nervous system, with memory, with attention, with longing, with fear and with the slow intelligence of lived experience. During the following weeks of October, try to work more conscious with these energies to fully capture their gifts.

Questions to sit with in October:
  • When I feel that I “know” what someone I love is feeling, am I sensing their reality, or responding to my own history and fear?
  • Can I remain deeply connected to another person while allowing them to remain separate from me?
  • What do I notice in the space between us before words are spoken?
  • What happens in my body when I feel safe, open and connected to another person?
  • Where am I picking up the emotional atmosphere of a workplace or collective?
  • Which experiences of wordless connection have changed the way I understand love?

This October, try to sense your heart more and what you radiate into the world. Then, as you observe your outer realities, try to become available to meet others with the same availability you meet yourself.

This month is intense, but it needs to be. It asks for our elevation before the end of the year and it needs us to accelerate our inner coherence in all areas of life, starting with our own. The aim is not to love or to mind control, but to put yourself in that state that makes loving inevitable.

The energies of October in a nutshell

The Venus Retrograde season is accompanied in October by Mercury Retrograde in Scorpio. Even if they don’t meet directly in the retrograde, the Mercurial energies are strongly governed by what Venus is uncovering and dismantling. They will work hand in hand to release, release, release.

The New Moon in Libra (October 10th) will ask for accountability and maturity in the pursuit of relations as well as open, loving hearts who choose authenticity and generosity over ego-boosting, while the closing Full Moon in Taurus (October 26th) could bring full liberations and truth in both heart and money matters, clearing the way towards better, more heavenly love connections.

Until November breathes phoenixes into our lives, let October uncover what needs to become ashes before rebirth.

The year turns YIN-ward

The first burnt leaves signal the energy is shifting. Sincer the end of August, Eclipses have prepared us for shedding. The inner chambers now begin to slowly open as the day shrinks and the night prepares to take over nature and our emotional spaces.

We are gradually asked to loosen the grip on what we want to achieve and turn inward into how we can ground whatever we worked on for the past 6 months. Expansion is still possible, but it needs to take on a slower pace. We need to notice the changes we’ve gone through, the circles we got to experience, the ideas that we opened our mind to.

We can only do that if we now prepare for receiving and receptivity.

For us women, this means our season is starting. September is a threshold (in the Northern Hemisphere) as the direction of our soul changes. What has grown outward begins to ripen, what has ripened must be harvested, and what has been harvested must eventually be absorbed.

We are entering thus into the Yin-dominant part of the year which started March 21st. Yin is not passivity, or the absence of power. It is a different type of strategy and activity. Maybe this is why as per usual, the big Planets (Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto) are retrograding during the Yin season. They point towards the inner geographies we’ve met and conquered during spring and summer.

September is quite a month as it follows the energies of the Eclipses (mind it that Eclipses impact us 6 months forward), but it also includes the ending of Mars in Cancer (a very emotional position for the planet of action), 2 Lunations which are linked to significant moments of 2026 and the shadow season for Venus Retrograde which is going to be the highlight of ending 2026.

The threshold into the Yin-dominant half of the year is accompanied by the opening of one of the most psychologically revealing astrological passages of 2026: the Venus retrograde season through Scorpio and Libra.
Venus has already entered her pre-retrograde territory at the end of August, and it will move into Scorpio this week on September 10th, stationing retrograde on October 3rd and eventually returning to Libra, where she turns direct on November 13–14. Venus has not been Retrograde in Scorpio and Libra since 2018 (October-November).

September is therefore the prologue, the month in which the story introduces its characters, reveals its emotional landscape and quietly places on the table the questions that will accompany us throughout the autumn.

What begins now will not show its full meaning immediately. It will be incredibly hard for the impatient part in us to wait, discern, observe, test, say no, say yes, forgive, understand, release and then doing it all over again with another soul and another soul until we feel the void of our shadow.

So start creating your inner container now

September opens with a revealing contradiction: expectations may be high while available energy feels limited. The first days of the month bring tension between the desire to move forward and the reality of emotional, physical or practical constraints. You may know what you want to accomplish and still feel with the brakes on your movement forward. The energy will command a steadier rythm.

Choose wisely what is essential, make fewer promises with greater integrity, and conserve your energy on the most important activities and routines. Usually the body needs a couple of weeks of adjustment after the hyper-energy of the spring and summer.

The New Moon in Virgo on September 10th to 11th deepens this process by bringing attention to the systems through which your life is maintained: your routines, work patterns, physical environment, calendar, nutrition, responsibilities.

September 10th concentrates several changes into a single energetic portal: Venus enters Scorpio (in direct square with Pluto in Aquarius), Mercury enters Libra and Uranus begins its retrograde passage through Gemini. Desire becomes more private and uncompromising just as language becomes more relational, while the rapid changes, ideas and technological impulses of recent months begin to turn inward for review. Mercury in Libra can support therapeutic, respectful and solution-oriented conversations, yet it can also reveal how easily beautiful language is used to postpone a difficult truth. Uranus turning retrograde adds another level of inner revision, especially around information, attention, technology and the speed with which the mind moves from one possibility to another.

On September 10, Venus enters Scorpio and the atmosphere around love, attraction, money and value becomes deeper, more private and less willing to remain on the surface. Scorpio is not interested in the appearance of intimacy; it wants to know what happens when the performance ends, when the polished answer no longer satisfies, when desire exposes the places where we feel powerful and the places where we are afraid of being left, consumed, controlled or seen too completely.

Venus in Scorpio can intensify longing, sexuality, creativity and emotional perception, but her purpose is to reveal what is already charged.

She shows you where you are genuinely devoted and where you are merely attached, where an exchange is intimate and where it is entangled, where loyalty has depth and where it has become a reason to remain inside an arrangement that no longer respects your evolution. As Venus crosses into Scorpio, she confronts Chiron, opening tender questions around worthiness, embodiment, security and the right to have needs.

In relationships, this may be the beginning of a period in which hidden material rises closer to the surface: unmet needs, unspoken resentments, unequal emotional labor, fear of abandonment, jealousy, secrecy, sexual dissatisfaction, financial imbalance or the silent contracts through which two people maintain peace at the expense of intimacy.

For those who are single, Venus in Scorpio may bring encounters that awaken dormant desire or reveal how you relate to uncertainty. You may be drawn toward someone who feels mysterious, unavailable or transformative, and the temptation will be to fill what you do not know with psychic certainty.

For those already in a relationship, depth will require more than disclosure. It will require the capacity to hear what another person says without punishing them for having an interior life. Many people claim to want honesty but reward only the truths that confirm their preferred story. Scorpio asks whether your relationship is safe enough for complexity.

Pluto exposes the hidden bargain: what do you hope another person’s desire will repair, what are you willing to overlook in order to feel irreplaceable, and where might you be using sexuality, money, silence, competence, beauty or emotional availability to gain leverage rather than create connection?

During the coming retrograde season, you may also experience financial transformation, and reconsider what you charge, what you spend, what you own, what you share and what you have been trying to purchase emotionally through material choices. Some expenses are practical; others are attempts to regulate feeling. Some forms of generosity come from abundance; others are bids for loyalty, gratitude or indispensability. Some professional collaborations are equitable; others survive because one person has normalised giving more than the agreement actually requires.

Receiving money can activate many of the same wounds as receiving love.

On September 23rd, the Sun enters Libra and the autumn equinox unfolds.

The Yin season restores balance by returning attention to everything that outward movement has neglected. It brings you back to the body after months of living from the mind, to the home after constant external orientation.

The Full Moon in Aries on September 26 illuminates the other side of the Libra story: the self who wants to act, initiate and move according to her own desire.

As September unfolds, you do not need to withdraw from the world or place every decision on hold. You need a more conscious relationship with pace. Leave small spaces between activities. Delay responses when you can as to protect your inner schedule.

You can begin by choosing one area of your life—love, work, money, body, home or creativity—and examining the container you have created there.

The great movement of this season is from visible power to interior authority. The world may continue asking for speed, certainty and performance, yet the natural year is teaching another language: ripen, discern, gather, release, rest.

The light is turning inward, and you are invited to follow.

Until October, stay true to your heart. It’s gonna be INTENSE, but you need it to be like this!

xoxo,
