Our Hearts – Two Telepaths

Blonde woman in the sun

As I’m writing this piece, the last sun rays of summer 2026 warm my home office. I hear sounds of lake seagulls in the distance and all seems to be well and swell within me and around me. The summer was a strong test of burning all sorts of layers around my heart and pouring more intuition and faith into the future path.

As the first shadows of Venus Retrograde season were cast upon us, more women came to me for advice against the fear mongering on the Internet. Though it will be a difficult autumn, it will also be successful, liberating one. Old wounds in love, commitment and partnership will resurface, yes, exes will possibly return if needed to show you something in you that changed in the meantime (think of your love and business relations back in 2018, 2010 and 2002), but most importantly, there will be an extreme, powerful energy who want YOU to get free and move on to greener, more hearty pastures.

If you ever wanted to love differently, more profoundly, NOW it’s the time to release whatever holds you back.
First, we make space. Then, we embrace.

Astrology is not forcing its way into the decisions of your life. But Astrology shows you the quality of time. There are times when it’s more fruitful to work, to build something successful. But there are also times when destroying the shackles and walls around your heart can be achieved faster and easier.

This autumn is about the latter.
The technology of the heart – mind coherence is really behind the heart to heart telepathy

Think about those times when your mind just remembered a person and the next think, that particular person wrote to you or called you. Or think about those times when you just woke up with this ingrained sense that something has shifted in someone we love or long for. You sit across your partner at the kitchen table and know the atmosphere between you two has changed.

The world has named these types of moments synchronicity or telepathy, for the lack of better terms. In the minds of most (reductive) scientists, this is out of the ordinary, strange, pseudo-science communication.

The past years have proved that there is such a think called heart-mind coherence through which two people can actually stay connected beyond the seen physical space.

This October is that type of month to prove it. October is preparing us for La Dia de Los Muertos (when the veil between the worlds is the lightest), and now we’re in the YIN season when power resides within Thought-Forms (in Romanian: forme-gand).

“Heart-to-heart telepathy” is not an established scientific construct, but a more spiritual and ezoteric interpretation that refers to the felt experience of knowing, sensing, receiving or transmitting something to another person without an explicit verbal exchange. Depending on the person using it, the phrase may describe:

  • Ordinary but subtle interpersonal perception: reading facial expression, posture, timing, tone, silence, context and behavioural patterns, often without conscious awareness.
  • Embodied and emotional attunement: sensing another person through one’s own nervous system, including emotional contagion, interoception and autonomic co-regulation.
  • Neural or physiological synchrony: measurable coordination between people’s heart-rate dynamics, brain activity, gaze, movement or electrodermal responses during interaction.
  • Psi or paranormal telepathy: the proposed transfer of thoughts, emotions or information without any known sensory or technological channel, including across distance.
  • A spiritual metaphor: a form of recognition, compassion or shared presence that is not reducible to explicit language.

The HeartMath Institute’s Science of the Heart study is where I found for the first time an actual detailed, scientific explanation for what I had experienced through my own spiritual and energetic experiences, in relation to sensing and feeling others.

According to them, the heart does not simply receive orders from the brain; it participates in a continuous conversation with the brain and the rest of the body through neural, biochemical, mechanical and electromagnetic pathways. Heart-rate variability, or HRV, reflects the changing intervals between heartbeats and is influenced by breathing, emotion, attention and autonomic regulation. In HeartMath’s model, coherence describes a more ordered and harmonious pattern of physiological activity, often visible when the heart rhythm becomes more sine-wave-like around a low-frequency resonance of approximately 0.1 hertz.

Their research on interpersonal synchrony is quite fascinating. In one study of couples, researchers recorded heart rate and heart-rate variability as partners spoke about positive and negative aspects of their relationship. Their cardiac rhythms showed patterns of in-phase and anti-phase synchrony associated with aspects of their relational experience.

Intimacy is a dynamic physiological environment in which two nervous systems continually adjust to one another.

Romantic couples have shown greater inter-brain synchrony during social interaction than strangers, particularly when gaze, positive affect and behavioural coordination were present. Close friends can also show similar neural responses to naturalistic events.

Gregg Braden speaks about heart–brain coherence as a state cultivated through attention, breathing and elevated emotions such as appreciation, gratitude and compassion. In his work, bringing awareness to the heart and regulating the breath can open access to intuition and what he calls heart intelligence. Braden also extends this idea into a larger metaphysical field, suggesting that the heart’s electromagnetic activity carries information and that coherent feelings can influence the field of possibilities around us.

The heart speaks, but it does not speak alone. It speaks with the nervous system, with memory, with attention, with longing, with fear and with the slow intelligence of lived experience. During the following weeks of October, try to work more conscious with these energies to fully capture their gifts.

Questions to sit with in October:
  • When I feel that I “know” what someone I love is feeling, am I sensing their reality, or responding to my own history and fear?
  • Can I remain deeply connected to another person while allowing them to remain separate from me?
  • What do I notice in the space between us before words are spoken?
  • What happens in my body when I feel safe, open and connected to another person?
  • Where am I picking up the emotional atmosphere of a workplace or collective?
  • Which experiences of wordless connection have changed the way I understand love?

This October, try to sense your heart more and what you radiate into the world. Then, as you observe your outer realities, try to become available to meet others with the same availability you meet yourself.

This month is intense, but it needs to be. It asks for our elevation before the end of the year and it needs us to accelerate our inner coherence in all areas of life, starting with our own. The aim is not to love or to mind control, but to put yourself in that state that makes loving inevitable.

The energies of October in a nutshell

The Venus Retrograde season is accompanied in October by Mercury Retrograde in Scorpio. Even if they don’t meet directly in the retrograde, the Mercurial energies are strongly governed by what Venus is uncovering and dismantling. They will work hand in hand to release, release, release.

The New Moon in Libra (October 10th) will ask for accountability and maturity in the pursuit of relations as well as open, loving hearts who choose authenticity and generosity over ego-boosting, while the closing Full Moon in Taurus (October 26th) could bring full liberations and truth in both heart and money matters, clearing the way towards better, more heavenly love connections.

Until November breathes phoenixes into our lives, let October uncover what needs to become ashes before rebirth.

Women are healing – the travel edition: Hallyu land of South Korea

blonde woman near a beach

As I am writing this weekly message…I feel my reality has entered a new chapter already. As it always happens to me after a long distance travel.

In life, most of the things we do are frequency based.
We meet people based on our frequency, we develop careers based on our frequency, we love based on whatever our frequency is.
Whether we like it or not, things in our lives change when we decide to change. And when we begin to radiate a new set of energies.

The idea that “life is based on frequency” draws heavily from interpretations of quantum physics, particularly from the foundational notion that everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies.

Einstein’s famous equation, E = mc², tells us that mass and energy are interchangeable. This means that all matter, including our bodies and thoughts, is essentially condensed energy vibrating at different frequencies.

In quantum theory, particles can behave like waves. This implies that we – and everything around us – emit and receive vibrational frequencies, even if we’re not consciously aware of them.

So you see…we are here together because we vibrate on the same length. Isn’t it a beautifully scientific way to understand the magic of life?

Probably this is what happened also with me and South Korea. I have never desired to go there. Nor was this a country on my bucket list. In my immediate vicinity, no friend, lover, parent, collaborator mentioned the country of “the morning calm”.

Yes, I grew up with several Korean brands (cars, audio equipment), but travelling to its monsoon-ish shores…neah, na’ ma’!

I have never wanted to go to South Korea.
But I guess, just like it happens with a lot of meaningful things in our lives, you need to get curious about the other one, before you get in a healthy relationship.
South Korea found me, not the other way around. And for a longtime traveler like I am, when such energies come my way, I have to respond in a positive way.

Isn’t it a beautifully scientific way to understand the magic of life?

From then on, SK just took over a significant slice of my everyday life. I got immersed in the culture, the language, the movies, the music, the history, the documentaries. It became almost like a daily task to see what’s new on the SK scene.

Hallyu was part of my daily habits but most significantly, my heart.

The Korean Wave, or hallyu , is a cultural phenomenon in which the global popularity of South Korean popular culture has dramatically risen since the 1990s. Worldwide interest in Korean culture has been led primarily by the spread of K-pop, K-dramas, and films, with keystone successes including K-pop groups BTS and Blackpink, the Oscar-winning film Parasite (2019), and the television series Squid Game . The Korean Wave has been recognised as a form of soft power and as an important economic asset for South Korea, generating revenue through both exports and tourism.

Following the 1997 Asian financial crisis and the end of military censorship over the South Korean entertainment industry, the country emerged as a major exporter of popular culture. The Korean Wave was first driven by the spread of K-dramas and Korean cinema into East Asia and parts of Southeast Asia, following the rise of satellite media in the late 1990s. Chinese journalists first coined the term Korean Wave in 1999, referring to the success of Korean popular culture in the world. During the 2000s, hallyu evolved into a global phenomenon, expanding rapidly into the rest of Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. By 2008, the value of cultural exports from South Korea surpassed that of cultural imports for the first time.

We’re watching Korean dramas, TV series (Squid Game just became the most watched in Netflix history), movies, listening to k-music (yes, it goes beyond BTS and Black Pink into extremely tasty modern and old music), eating ramen and dubu, exploring their healing techniques and spirituality, using beauty treatments and products, etc.
Most of our urge to visit SK really comes from their prolonged multi-year effort to ingrain our minds with hallyu ingredients.

What started as regional popularity in East Asia has become a full-blown cultural shift, influencing how millions of people around the world express themselves, connect, and consume. The global impact is undeniable: Gen Zs and Millennials from Brazil to Romania are learning Korean, following Seoul fashion trends, and seeing Asian artists as aspirational figures. The East is no longer a cultural “other”.

Korea is not a trendsetter anymore, it is a cultural epicentre.

And if you don’t believe me, then I’ll serve you some stats and figures.

  • In 2024, South Korea’s cultural exports spanning music, film, TV, fashion, beauty, and gaming surged to approximately USD 13.6 billion
  • Korean music exports alone accounted for USD 1.85 billion in 2024, about 13.6% of total cultural exports.
  • K‑pop as a sector generated approximately USD 900 million in 2023, up 33% from 2022.
  • K‑dramas and Korean films significantly boosted export earnings: in 2022 alone, TV content sales abroad surpassed USD 560 million, a 30% increase from 2021.
  • In 2024, 32% of international visitors (out of 16.37 million total arrivals) cited Hallyu motivations.
  • Tourism exports linked to Hallyu were estimated at USD 2.4 billion in 2023, making up 17% of total Hallyu export revenue
  • Global soft‑power rankings rose: South Korea ranks 12th overall and 7th in arts & entertainment.

From 2023–2025, Hallyu has consistently generated USD 13–14 billion+ annually in cultural exports. K‑pop remains the lead force with nearly USD 2 billion in music export plus USD 900 million in 2023 specifically for K‑pop. Streaming, beauty, tourism, and education are all riding this wave alongside an expanding global fanbase of over 200 million.

Now, in my own experience, a lot of these claims are actually grounded in a culture and way of living that is definitely supporting this trend. I’ve only visited Seoul and Busan, the 2 biggest cities, so my views are still limited to the bustling areas. And I know SK is much more beyond this.

In SK you just become an instant walker.

Though they have one of the most organised transportation system (as I always say, you can’t get lost in a city with such a transportation architecture and signalistics). But we’ve walked a lot, some day with up to 20 km. It wasn’t because we wanted to, but mainly because the infrastructure is, I believe, designed to encourage walking, climbing stairs, moving your body. I have not seen fat people, beer-belly men and so on. And the culture of outdoor walking might have a lot to do with it. The streets of both Busan and Seoul are coloured. Yes, with paint, but also with interlinked alleys, luminous commercial signs, people, sounds, curiosity, novelty.

Uber had significantly lower prices than I experience in Bucharest, which was not only odd but also reinvigorating.

The culture of coffee is I think one of the most surprising I’ve seen. People do drink a lot of cophy (how they pronounce it), Ais Americanu in particular.

Coffee places are some of the most creative spaces in cities. Owners have clean, imaginative and mind-bending ideas about how to name it, how to design it, what to offer, how to talk to you, etc. This shows inherently a pursuit of creativity even at a small scale, that makes the travellers’ experience a more immersive one.

They’ve got a borough for any taste. For the city dwellers there’s Gangnam, for the romantic traditionalists there’s Bukchon, for the youngsters there’s Seongsu and so on. You just need to draw the day according to the mood and openness to exploration.

I’ve felt people are not so different from our energy. But they looked at our group in a different way. I could see maybe sometimes how they envied us for dressing in a certain way or for our blonde hair. Other times, I felt like I could pass by without being seen. Many Korean people in the urban areas are seriously linked to their phones (probably many of them Samsung). They constantly text, watch, scroll, swipe. Even when they are walking or crossing the streets, actually the red and green lights are embroidered in the sidewalk so that they know when to cross and when to wait. It’s been a weird mix of: I can get along with them meeting I don’t know how to connect with them. Most of the times, what was really spoken was through the eyes. We understood each other, rejected each other, judged each other by simply meeting their eyes. Nothing more was needed. Respect for the elders is a must. When you travel with the subway, when you order food, when you stay in a line. This is an important part of a very hierarchical society in which even a 1 year difference means polite formulas of speaking are necessary. Many times unfortunately their use of English was limited to a couple of words. They might have understood me, but they couldn’t definitely utter an answer. Which is counterintuitive, as statistics mention a total number of foreign residents teaching English in Korea around approximately 43,000, among them around 22 000–24 000 are native-English-speaking instructors employed in public schools, hagwons, universities, etc. I was kind of shocked to find that they are not extremely good with directions as well. But then again, use your Internet, Google Maps (I did not go along with Naver, sorry, but it was useless) and yes, chatgpt came in very handy while I was guiding my group on the road. Other than that a lot of tour ideas are just a google search away or in apps like Klook.

I felt safe almost always. But I was this time in a group that I guided. There are stories about people following you on the streets maybe later at night in certain areas or hidden cameras in women’s toilets.

The air was definitely a problem especially in Seoul. I remember doing the daily travelling itinerary and consulting 2 basic apps: AccuWeather/Korean Weather System and AirHelp. Many days, dust or toxic air particles are coming from China and damage the breathing quality. Some wear masks even in hot weather due to this phenomenon.

Clothing and fashion creativity I think really depends on your perspective. I myself did not find it extremely inspiring. But newer spaces in Seoul like Seong-su or Hongdae showed a lot of potential though.

We chose maybe one of the best times to visit SK, early summer, before their summerish monsoon hits the entire peninsula. I saw less tourists than in other places though and it was less crowded than expected. Don’t be fooled though by the early summer thing. It was hot, humid and nowhere to escape it. Layers of clothing were part of the daily packing though, as subways tend to use a lot of air conditioning going evenr lower than 15 degrees Celsius.

Food is available almost anywhere, and there’s a wide variety. In restaurants, in supermarkets, on food stands. The culture of food is alive and kicking in South Korea. Spend some days there and you might just find yourself asking for a hotteuk during brunch hours even when you’re back home. We remained loyal to Korean and Japanese, sometimes to Vietnamese. But Asian food was definitely the highlight. We tried it all, from small, family owned restaurants to places near the sea or in the middle of the traffic. And as a person who’s dealing with serious food intolerance, I felt extremely good during the entire trip. Gluten also, yes, has nothing to do with European gluten.

In SK, true gold is found in the small things. The way parks are designed, in that small clay walking-trail in the park, in the hair treatment that revives your hair, in the soju you drink with your friends while glancing over the small beaches of Busan. In the pace of Gangnam, the glances of elderly while you wear something too shiny, in the bamboo forests, in the soups that confort your gut and your heart. In the melancholic music that whispers years of colonial suffering and a longing for being free. In the way you would want to save them from being totally glued to the phone while missing the sunset over Han River. In the Namsan Tower views. In the caffe built near a man-made waterfall. In all the colours of pachinkos and all the subway jingles. In the rhythm of the Korean language you might just think you know from watching countless hours of k-drama. I won’t get into the beauty treatments because as a product user, I am already into the Korean beauty industry. Best treatments, skin products ever. GUARANTEED!

Somebody told me onetime after reading one of my astrology essays that “It seems I am writing from a very faraway place”. And yes, I find my solace when I leave my origin country, it’s odd, but I have always been this way. Like I am not only writing, but vibrating from somewhere distant. This is how I can connect in an instant to any culture, language, way of life.

South Korea, you locked my soul in your hallway in such a lovely way. I will never forget you!

Kamsahamnida (감사합니다) to all the country’s people for guiding us, talking to us, hosting us, cooking for us and making our journey safe.

Until next week, safe travels to you!

What do you want from me?

Woman with heart installation

I get this question a lot: what are your routines, how do you do it all and still look happy & balanced? Well, aside from the fact that it’s a lot of work for me and I believe routines are extremely personal and tailored to each body needs and requirements, there is a deep truth in this continuous quest of ours for the best healing methods, foods, routines and ways of living. Maybe we are more obsessed these days with bettering ourselves. But the reality is:

We’re less and less trusting ourselves. And we’re giving our power away to others under false pretenses they know better than us what’s good for us.
We have been sold, by the industry of coaches, therapists, spiritual healers that we are somehow always broken and in need of permanent clearing, repair and evolution. Otherwise, for each negative thing in our life, we are to be blamed.

And I don’t blame them. They might be right. And I am probably one of them as well, at some moments. There’s a lot to gain (especially financially) from guiding people today, especially because we seem to be more lost than ever, in constant chaos and in need of information to protects us from the worst. You are also reading this weekly message because you think it might bring you closer and faster to who you want to be.

We’re high on adrenaline and cortisol. We’re high on performance programs and life hacks. On checking boxes and reading all the books The New York Times recommends for this decade. On Unleashing the Power Within events. On working with coaches. On going on several dates a week. On having a lot of friends and connections and experiencing the world at its fullest. Just like addicts, we’re sharing among ourselves the latest podcast episode, book, program, method just to feel like we’re not standing still or even worse, going back. Our nowadays drugs are worse. Because they are legal and everywhere and we’re using them all the time.

I am a seeker of truth. I have always been like this. As I child I could not embellish the truth and this got me in trouble with my parents a lot of the time. Seeking for the truly best info, best teachers and guides, best (and most effective) quests and recipes for healing and optimisation. And most of all, seeking the truth in all my bullshit. (sorry for this bad word)

And I’m telling you this right now: after almost 41 years of doing this, the truth is … you don’t need me. You only need me to mirror you.

I usually write this weekly message with 1 person on my mind. Each week a different one. And what happens is many of you react to it as it was for each of you. That says it all: we’re the same, part of the one collective.

We feel the same, we heal the same. I can only shed light on what you already are and know. If you need me to guide you, then see me as your mirror, this is the only way it will work.

As I am cutting down sources of expansion for the rest of 2024 to really let everything be integrated, I am asking you to try this simple prompt exercise with me:

  1. What are the performance drugs you are now using: books, podcasts, youtube gurus, programs, coaches, etc. Draw a list for 1 year and look carefully at your investments (money and time) versus results and integration. Are you stressing yourself with overachieving instead of living?
  2. Why is it easier for you to look for your truth outside of your being instead of within? What are the walls you have built between you and your inner knowing?
  3. How can you just let yourself be? Find the motivation of why it’s so rewarding to be in the moment. In the simple. You still have 4.5 months of this year, didn’t you do enough to be better? It’s maybe now time to…just be.

Grounding for August 18th to August 23rd: this upcoming week’s astrology is a bit intense and marked by surprises and instant changes, some of them quite uncomfortable. I am not giving more details, because each planetary event is perceived differently according to one’s personal charts. Nothing is exactly the same.

  1. Take care of your body and focus on rest and breathing. It might sound simple, but it’s the most effective way to feel at ease.
  2. Watch less entertainment astrologers on social media and please understand they are only in for clicks, not to guide you to a conscious serene place. Choose those astrologers that are grounded, balanced and offer smart solutions to navigate difficult times. They will sell less than the first, but you will actually benefit from astrology by choosing them. Some examples: Astrolov, Moon Omens, AstroLada.

Re-sharing an older, but I think still very helpful video interview with Astrolov. Maybe there are still things you can hear and discover in this conversation that I think will be truly an evergreen piece. I am sorry for my English speaking friends readers, this interview is only available for the moment in Romanian.

Until next week, I am here mirroring your journey.

So, you’re too good for Patience?

Woman smiling with brown horse

Yes, it’s August and many of you are either returning or leaving for your annual holiday. Usually, people around me would say: “oh, it’s that time of year when I relax, recuperate, give my body a break. Stop the gym, eat guilt-free carbs, drink to unwind, sleep more, reconnect with my partner and post the pretty pictures from a Greek taverna on Instagram.”

It seems we built around holidays this promised, yet concentrated capsule of a haven, far from the everyday stress, colleagues, deadlines, responsibilities and…let’s be honest, the life we consciously choose everyday, be it good or impoverished.

But I feel these past years have changed the game a bit.

On the one hand, I see people even more stressed during their breaks or using these time instead of refuge, as another way to check everything on their lists. These people never stop and yes, they never get to reach any level of peace or satisfaction.

On the other hand, many of my friends are feeling disoriented in life and holidays are just adding even more pressure to come up with an alternative solution for when they return.

Truth is we are all feeling that:

Times are definitely transforming. But there’s a catch to it: we have a very simple anchor to ground ourselves during transitions that stretch us to the max.

As I am writing this week’s message for you, I am in yet another series of acupuncture sessions to clear old somatic residual emotions from my body. This summer has definitely took a toll on me and prevented me from living optimised, as more longtime emotions have surfaced to be understood and released from my body. For me, this has been an intense, +2 year journey to heal (and yes, save) my body, that I feel is not yet finished. I could have gone crazy by now, but I am still here and yes, grateful for what I am going through.

What saved me during all this time? One of my best qualities: patience.

A word so deeply connected with the idea of time, but also to the transcendence of hurting (from Latin patientia – suffering; endurance, hurt), so ironic, isn’t it? Through patience, I kept going to all my treatments and endure the long time my body needed (and still needs) to go from pain to an optimal state.

I feel we women no longer have patience. To heal, to grow, to fall in love, to find the ways of being better, to build, to build wealth, to learn. Social media, instant gratifications, multiple options in anything, FOMO, dating apps, etc have all damaged our brains so much as we live in a constant state of “I want it now!”.
But, my dears, nothing that comes easily, fast, over night is to stay or create abundance in our lives. And everything is actually a process.

A recent study found more people are being diagnosed, especially adult women, narrowing the gap with men. The percentage of women newly diagnosed with ADHD between 23–29 and 30–49 years of age nearly doubled from 2020 to 2022. While males remain more likely to be diagnosed with ADHD than females, the disparity has decreased over the past 12 years. The ratio of males to females diagnosed with ADHD decreased nearly five-fold during that time, from males being 133% more likely to be diagnosed with ADHD than females in 2010 to 28% more likely to be diagnosed with ADHD in 2022. And it all comes down to….the value we give patience in our lives.

As a longtime believer in Patience, I can tell you we need it to:

  • Live everyday more fully and at a regular pace. Don’t you want to enjoy life, and not burn yourself to the ground by mid 40’s? Worrying less does not have a magical treatment. It’s easy: don’t overcrowd your day with all the things you can do.
  • Understand who we are and what our heart journey is. Don’t you want to choose wisely what you do instead of being delusional about doing it all at the same time? Life works in cycles and processes.
  • Build a strong nervous system. Don’t you want to master those triggers of yours?
  • Distinguish more clearly between what we need and what we think we need. Patience in experimenting with life around us, defining our values and how we want to build this journey.
  • Learn things thoroughly in any field of growth we might experience. Do you want to be an expert, or a push-over from one field to another? Patience builds solid grounds that will always be hire-able, no matter the technologies ahead.
  • Integrate healing practices and let the body regenerate at its own pace. No yogi practice shows lean muscles or mobility results for one-timers. No sleep hacks are helping if you are implementing 2 times after you watched a wellness podcast. The body gets sick in years, so you should heal it back with patience and waiting for each layer to unfold.
  • Practice waiting and attracting instead of hunting and chasing in relationships, love, matrimony. Women have forgotten to wait. In nature, females wait and choose between the strongest males. Why do we need to chase our perfect mate through dating apps just to proclaim our so-called freedom and empowerment?
  • Fill in your own reasons
So dear woman, I am whispering to you softly:
Do you have patience to cultivate patience?
Much of what we want for ourselves will be ready in months, years, maybe even decades. Nothing of great value has a weak construction. Nothing of strong foundations is built overnight. The key to a lot of the turmoil we are currently navigating is to stop and pace ourselves to a natural rhythm in life, work & career, relocation, learning something new, wait for a suitable partner, travel. There are seasons for everything and there’s a reason for it.
Change really begins when we stop and understand. Then, when we find the motivation in doing things differently as being greater than staying in the same (hurting) context. Then, step by step we research and implement new ways of being. Then, one day, those exercises become practices and then integrated routines. We then suddenly feel changed into a better, more authentic version of ourselves. For each of us, this process takes a different time. And yes, it needs patience.

Until next week, I wish you all to have patience with reading this message, with yourselves and most of all, with what life can actually become if you just…wait.

All my healing hugs,

Roxana.
