APRIL 2026: choose Via Negativa.

We’re here. We’ve made it! After the end of 2025 and quite a destructive sometimes, foggy start of 2026, we’ve reached the point of real, active beginnings.

The month of April is here (I know, it’s mid month this essay reaches you, but Mars in Aries is quite fresh in the energies), and it’s in these particular last 2 weeks anchored by the start of May that we have the full swing and support of all planets being direct and most of them being part of the most important Aries activation of the year (and probably of the decade ahead).

Thanks for reading! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.

I feel though like the pressure of April will dismantle any resistance we might still be having towards a chapter we’ve yet to uncover, unravel and co-design with the Universe. As much as I’m excited for me and you, at the same time I’m also a bit unsettled. Will we be able to extract what is important from the horizons we are being given?

This month and May also will bring all sorts of possibilities for us. But are they all things we need to grab? Do we have the interior space and ability to capture it all? The intelligence of noticing what matters most and what’s for us will help us make the difference between what’s ideally exciting and what’s truly possible.
Every time I feel like there’s too much around, I tend to dive in more within. I take the Via Negativa, that of simplicity through removal of the non-essential.

April is more about the signals than the full story.

“We cannot explain everything. We know more about what something is not than what something is. If there would have been no word for colour blue, it would still have existed in reality. It would only have been absent in linguistics. But since we don’t have a word for it, we couldn’t define or comprehend it. But we still could say what it is not. It is not orange. It’s not an elephant, etc. This method of knowledge is truer and more rigorous than positive knowledge.”

— Nassim Nicholas Taleb

Via negativa is according to certain philosophical and theological traditions, this almost counterintuitive process by which clarity is achieved through the patient removal of what obscures definition.
To see what something is, one must notice first what it isn’t.

The concept of via negativa originates in apophatic theology, the early Christian mystical traditions which sought to approach the divine by acknowledging that language, however subtle, however poetic, however rigorously constructed, inevitably introduces limitations upon what it attempts to describe, and therefore the most honest approach to ultimate reality consists not in multiplying descriptions but in refining negations: God is not finite, not confined, not reducible to categories that belong to the human imagination; and in this careful removal of conceptual boundaries, something vast begins to appear, not as an object but as a horizon.

Therefore what is it to be done with the energy of anything is possible, all at once, that we experience in this mighty April?

Curate your interiority and simplify your pursuits to the bare essentials.

You will not be able to be everywhere, everything to everyone, all the time. You are asked to be YOU. You are asked to identify that which brings you the most fulfilment, excitement and aliveness. To know who you are is now a bit less important than knowing who you aren’t. And to pinpoint this, you must start to … experience and interact with life and the possible.

The complexity and effervescence of this month is real. Staying grounded in your own truth is the key now. We will not notice the intervals between happenings, because yes…we will not have them.

Approaching the energies of April through the filter of via negativa means:
  • Choose simplicity over complexity. Remove the complications in any conversation, idea, interaction. Stop building layers of meaning just to get comfortable with decisions. Simplicity means the intelligence of knowing how to optimise your life, day by day.
  • Cultivate your inner knowing and rely on the truth of your most ardent desires. You can’t want all things in the same way, the intensity will vary.
  • Embark on a path to self-discovery, which might lead you to unknown and uncharted shores. Be comfortable with sudden changes, revelations, restrictions and redirections. Be open to re-routing, because not even the Universe knows exactly what it’s being created right now. Cultivate an attitude of experiment. Ask more questions than give answers or solutions. Those who will stay curious will navigate through this uncertainty with fewer hardships.
  • Refine your interaction with the external environments. To curate your external life needs inner simplicity and maturation. Seek the meaning, not the overdoing of things.
  • Find mirrors you can rely on. You are changing, therefore the energies around you will mirror this new inner dynamic. There will be changes in your own surroundings, friendships, business collaborations and emotional partnerships. It’s OK to experience them.
  • Life will refuse you where you need to be refused. Just pay attention.
  • Courage is the leap of faith required by the first step. Surround yourself with examples and models of people and situations that made it against all odds.
  • Space requires subtraction from being everywhere. Speak less. Explain less. Be less available for others and more present for you. Performative behaviour, often leading to victimhood and attention grabbing is not a good route now. Stability starts within you and continues with what you do based on your own forces now. As a good friend of mine says, the time for manifesting while meditating has ended. Now we must go to the pantry of the Universe and choose the ingredients we need to cook an original recipe. Via Negativa does not mean rejecting the world, but rather recalibrate how you engage with it. Refine your attention span and become more selective, intentional.
  • Any new endeavour needs pauses. For integration. Knowing when to do these pauses for integration will make the difference on the long term. Respect your inner, feminine rythm. It is of course easier to do this when you can simplify and reduce. Taking on a via negativa approach means you will be able to bring back the necessary intervals for breathing, understanding, changing, perfecting and…noticing.
  • Simplification never stops. Life now offers us too many options and distractions from the essential. Reducing each day to what’s needed to create one’s authentic path is and will be a long-term process.

Rising to the occasions now will be easier if we stop carrying layers of complexity. This almost ascetic way of looking at the world gives way to mental clarity and being able to essentialize. We’ve been trained to accumulate knowledge, experiences, relations, objectives met and life trophies. We’ve become manifestations of accumulations and complex architectures hiding our essence.

We don’t know what’s being created now. It is the first time in hundreds of years when we experience this energy of fire and air combined. And it is the first time we experience it on this level of consciousness. We can create anything. We can also destroy everything. Where will YOU find yourself & balance in this process?

HER era. Sovereign feminine is rising.

Yes, I know, it’s been a very long time almost 2 months. Again, I broke my promise to write every week. But you see…life had other plans for me and I obeyed, sat quietly under her field of disruption and worked my way through the hardships. It’s been…a tough time with lots of meaningful leavings and sorrow, but about that in another, future message. And I know…the title of this healing letter seems extremely far from the realities of the world today. But hear me out!

As I’m writing these lines, I see we’re living in yet another war zone timelapse. The year of the fire horse has almost completely plugged in its energies (March 3rd will be the last day of the transition) and we’ve managed, as a collective to blow out in seconds, 100 little innocent girls in a school in the Middle East. It seems like this is never going to end and many of you reached out these past days to ask me where is the world going. Well…my loves…the dismantling is in the midst of it. But there is a lot of hope as well. It’s not about what’s happening, it’s about what’s being created as a response.

It’s a full on reset. Even though it feels like it’s more like a burn out from both ends.

You are now starting to sense the right to exist and be your unapologetically you. This Saturn & Neptune conjunction in Aries requires us to break all of our old soul contracts. This is why people are leaving our lives, why we are loosing money, relations, health, why we feel energetically depleted, can’t seem to see the road ahead. Old programs and paradigms are being extracted from our destinies. It’s not an easy process, but it’s a necessary one. And it’s going to unfold, no matter our resistances.

Now we’re experiencing: an initiation, a differentiation, an evolution, a rewiring or as we say in astrology, the conjunction of the rebirth.

You’ll learn to stop abandoning yourself and other energies around you will destabilise because they were feeding off of you and they were connected to something you are now releasing. They can’t control you anymore and your growth as a sovereign feminine might be seen as a threat.

We’re still in the space between the branches, because the last parts of the Pisces energy is being released with the Total Lunar eclipse in Pisces and Uranus moving through its last degrees in Taurus. The contrast between what’s ending and what’s beginning is quite stark.
How you experience yourself now is changing and you will no longer seek external validation to direct your journey or regulate your path. It’s a totally new 36 year cycle and it has already started last year. You will not be accessed by others in the same way like before and they will be…my dear…pissed off.
It’s a time to see the new YOU with new eyes. And you will see whatever around you destabilises now that you’ve grown.

The core feminine qualities like empathy, intuition, receptivity, emotional intelligence, connection, understanding, trust are being rewired now, far from their distorted, victim-based frequencies.

What you are guided towards is feminine power of expression.

And as we step into this new energy, men will need to adapt, readjust and rise in the same lane and rhythm. They need to do the same work on themselves, at the same time. The Universe as it is now coded works only on balance, so both energies are meant to reborn at the same time.

The dreams without Godly pursuits are now dissolved. Your right to exist and manifest your Godly nature is now reinforced. In the end, no matter how many religions and spiritual practices there are on Earth, the same truth is stemming from all: we are God’s manifestation and embodiment into this world. He who is both feminine and masculine experiences life through our good and bad deeds into a constant pursuit not for perfection, but for balance.

As a sovereign woman, you will need to step away from the energies that want to dim your light.

Some of my predictions and guidance for the next years starting now:

  • Cut and prune outdated relations and relational patters. Challenge attachments, victimhood, annihilation of the self and self destruction. You don’t need these anymore. Be honest with yourself and start within yourself. There’s a massive scaling and reset needing your contribution. So do your work consciously.
  • Stand as yourself in any circumstance, and afirm your inner needs. Not to dim others, but to put your own mission at work with responsibility and clear intentions.
  • You will be challenged by the external environment during these next years. Sometimes if not many times, brutally criticised or attacked with words, opinions, projections and expectation, etc. It’s your job to see where you end and they begin and what they actually mirror from within your own self. We don’t learn courage in balance, we learn courage in the midst of the world falling apart.
  • You will need to be in the centre and you will be vulnerable. You will see more clearly where you are still energetically weak, what you are still absorbing from others and where you betray your accurate intuition.
  • You will not be able to not see the patterns of struggle and lies in others. The truth is that you will not want those within yourself, thus you will not override them in others. Rejection of old structured will mean your life and external cycle will look different.
  • You will need to own your shadow, you will be responsible for the energies that you bring to a space or place or relation. Unless you want to experience the karma right away, you will work on yourself more applied.
  • You will need to stop interacting with those who gossip or bad mouth others. One who does it with somebody else will do it with you as well. Whatever you choose, this will be rewarded, so choose well.
  • You will need to say yes to life experiences and invitations more than you will say maybe.
  • You will refuse to live below your real potential.
  • You will no longer carry other people’s drama and narratives. You will see how we will split in two large realities. The people caught up in the inferior drama and realm, and those spiking for greater, brighter horizons. The difference will be felt energetically on all levels of mind, heart, body and yes…consciousness.
  • You will be asked to step up and put your gifts to work for many years to come in the service of the Planet and her quantum field. No more excuses, NOW it’s time to stand up and most of all give back.
  • Grow stronger in your will, your manifestation, your choices, your embodiment, your life. Grow! Remain steady within your centre and yes…redefine your center!

The energetic shift is quite strong this time. I don’t care if you believe or not in the quantic field or any of the energetic theories, you will FEEL this.

It’s time you re-integrate all your facets and soul parts within ONE united SELF. And not everybody will be able to travel with you in the next Era, the energies will just be different and entanglements will dissolve completely.

Exist without apology as you are God’s creation and you received the right to exist. Exist as you have full authority over your destiny. And you will be asked to be responsible for yourself now than ever before. Understand and practice this daily and you will be untouchable.

The healed feminine rising into sovereignty has just begun. No longer naive, but spiritually connected and firm. No longer explaining herself, just leading and embodying. Not competing, but lighting the only possible path, that of love.

We are all, women, called to step up the ladder into this brand new next level. Our multi-dimensionality will need to reintegrate into one unbreakable piece.

You haven’t met the new YOU yet. But don’t forget the mantra for the next 36 years: You’re in it to WIN it!

Claim the inevitable YOU. The year of ONE.

As I am writing these lines, the New Year according to the imposed general calendar has started. But I can’t say I feel it.

The new yearly energy has not unfolded, nor is it wise for us to think that the new chapter in our lives has started.

Whenever I learn new things, I try to explain them logically and test them out. If it doesn’t work for me, I can’t share them with anyone else.

Since I’ve been more intentional with my healer path, I’ve managed to start working with daily energies according to the Planetary rulership (yes, Monday is the worst day to start the week ahead with 100 meetings, while the best day to start a new cycle is Sunday) and I am happy to say that Nature’s rhythm comes first. And Nature says…NOT YET!

Do you feel like we’ve started the New Year? NO.

It took me years to smash the imposed systems of beliefs and return to the common sense we are all encompassing. That is: intuition and connection to mother Nature. And Nature is the best at showing us there are still things, places, people, relationships, versions of us we need to shed before the warmth and promise of Spring reveals the energies of what’s next in store for us.

We are still experiencing the Year of 9 | The Year of the Snake.
What or who left? What did you shed? How are you now different?
But we are slowly preparing for a brand New Year, the one of the Fire Horse.

I am not a practitioner of Chinese astrology (yet), but I study it with my teachers as Asian wisdom and healing practices as top in my life.

In Chinese calendrical practice there are actually two commonly used “doors” into the new year’s current: the widely celebrated Lunar New Year (which in 2026 falls on February 17, 2026) and the solar-term threshold Li Chun (“Beginning of Spring”), used in many Chinese metaphysics schools as the seasonal reset, which lands around February 4-7, 2026.

2026 does not promise ease, but it offers aliveness.

What changes with the Fire Horse Year is not only speed but also temperature: the atmosphere becomes more combustible, more responsive, more unwilling to be managed by careful narratives, and if 2025’s Snake energy has tended to teach through hidden corridors (a quiet recalibration, private shedding, the slow intelligence of endings), then 2026 steps into our rooms asking not “what do you know?” but “what will you do with what you are?”

This is a year that “charges forward” with intensity and bold opportunities, a year in which systems can shake and momentum can build; yet the healing invitation is to remember that momentum is not the same as whiplash, and fire is not the same as destruction unless we refuse to tend it.

The Horse is movement made symbol, a creature that does not negotiate with stagnation, and when paired with the Fire element, it can feel like life itself is urging us to stop living in the waiting room, to leave behind the polite half-decisions, to stop calling postponement “prudence,” and to return to the kind of courage that is inevitable, that comes from finally being more loyal to your inner truth than to the comfort of staying legible to everyone else.

But we will need steadier steps than before. Not caution, but compassion towards the inner wheel that guides us intentionally towards the new chapter that this year starts in us and around us.

This year, what we think and say will manifest swiftly. The Fire Horse amplifies at speed. The fire element is the one that closes the gap between intention and materiality. So be careful with what you release into the world, it might reflect into being sooner that you might expect. The good, but also the bad.

Autonomy, impulse, freedom, ambition, courage, initiative. But from a devotional place of inner authority and alignment between spirit, soul, body and mind. This year, the purification of the world starts within each of us. The most luminous use of this energy is not to gallop away from caring, intimacy or responsibility, but to gallop toward the one life that is actually yours.

The medicine of 2026 can be as simple as this: you cannot be healed by the life and inner truth you do not claim.

The year asks for motion, but not frantic motion; it asks for the kind of movement that has direction, that is born when you start letting your choices be imperfect, embodied, and real.

It can be an extraordinary year for visibility, for projects that were incubating in the dark suddenly wanting daylight, relationships refusing ambiguity, careers pushing for a bolder articulation of value, and it can also be a year of heat in the nervous system, where the temptation is to rush and increase your adrenaline.

Contrary to what you might expect, this is a year for the feminine. The feminine that rises and claims its manifestation and truth with positivity and strength.

Choose pacing as a spiritual practice, choose rest as a way to keep your fire clean, choose clarity as a series of coherent actions repeated until your life begins to show you clarity. There is a wild tenderness in this year, though it rarely gets described that way.

2026 may also ask us to rewrite the false binary between independence and belonging: to be free without being avoidant, to be sovereign without being isolated, to be passionate without burning bridges simply to prove you can.

This year can teach you the deeper kind of power: the ability to choose one direction and stay with it long enough for your life to change shape.

ENERGY GUIDANCE FOR THIS FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY

We are now experiencing a threshold between the old and the new. The energies of the old are sinking below the Full Moon in Crab (3rd of January) in opposition with a unique configuration of Sun-Mars-Venus in Capricorn, supported by Jupiter retrograde in Cancer and activated by Chiron in Aries. The coordinator of this Full (Wolf) Moon is the Moon herself, so all you Crab placements out there … you will FEEL it. We are ready to begin, yet there are still things we need to shed. A beginning of the year that asks us to first ground ourselves in authenticity and the courage to admit the real path we need to be on. The energies will be felt differently by all of you, regarding how the sky activates your own natal chart (or soul chart). Take care of your health, stomach, sleep patterns, and relationships with those loved ones. You might have 1000 plans to unfold, but it is not the right time yet. Think of this Full Moon as a rush of release for the old to quietly leave your life. Things dealing with parents and family might arise during this Full Moon in Crab. Some of the personal planets involved now in the planetary activation are what we astrologers call “out of bounds”, so there might be an erratic energy around and solutions to problems from a different, extraordinary angle.

Then, the energies will swiftly leave space for this unique (and quite rare) alignment of planets in Capricorn at exact 18 degrees, culminating with a Full On Grand Cardinal Cross on January 10th. Depending on where this activation is placed in your chart, you might need to get on with starting something new and quite suddenly. Under the influence of the Great Enhancer Jupiter in Crab and the Universal Healer Chiron in Aries, you will not be able to hide anymore under the same shell which protected you until now. Just as the crab does, the old shell will become too small for what you’ve grown into and you will put it aside in an attempt that will show both courage and vulnerability.

Lovely beings, take care of your energy and heart!
Until next time,
Blessings!

For when things are slow. For when you’re low.

blonde woman in jungle

As I’m writing these lines today, I realise that I have been crying a lot. Over the past 2-3 weeks, my spirit urged me to surrender more, to let go, to abandon myself into an ocean of emotions and cruel unknown that I am well acquainted with. The almost quiet despair of things not working, of projects not following through, of not experiencing the right timings, of not meeting the right people for the ideas I have or of seeing a lot of dear people and animals around me suffer, including my own familiar, my cat. The worst thing for a healer or guide is definitely to be unable to contribute or find solutions for those in need.

These weeks of August…well, they bring so much to transmute, feel, understand and leave behind. Only if we are attuned to the frequency of both open-heart and surrender.

The days will feel like full of echoes of what needs to leave, for the new to enter. Some days will also be more filled with a mellow sorrow. Dipped in silence and maybe a stillness that needs to be seen, not rushed to leave.

I know the world is heavy right now to the sensitive women souls. We carry so much in our hearts. The ocean of justice that needs to be done, of stories that need to be told, or the love that is ready to be manifested.
I feel you, I see you. Damn it, I also cry for me, for you!

Maybe you are now reading this letter and see that somebody really feels the heaviness of your heart. Women are taught to hide their ocean of feelings, to fill it with lists of objectives, tools, solutions, words of encouragement. When all we need as women is…PRESENCE and CONNECTION.

Thanks for reading Women Are Healing! This post is public so feel free to share it.

If you are carrying your heavy heart in secret, I feel and see you.

If you are showing up for anyone else, but feel your soul is split between highways of duties, I feel and see you.

Today, more than ever, I am writing to you from the same edge. A sort of fog that precedes a closure of some sorts.

It is particularly these weeks of August that precede the great autumn eclipses (in September) that forge within us the strength to be able to accept, not only to surpass life’s greatest lessons of this year.

We have built a world that rewards momentum. That decorates speed and achievement. But the soul always moves differently, in seasons, in tides, in breaths that do not match the ticking of a clock.

When the soul needs space to shift, it will slow everything else around it. NOW we’re seeing this more intensely in August.

The energy of the sky itself is like drawing its planets home. There is a different type of gravity in August. Saturn, the ancient sculptor of structure, adulthood and karma, has turned inward in Aries, as it needs us to question more the integrity of what we started to build this spring. Neptune, the soft (also delusional) dissolver of ego, reverses in the same sign, urging us to see where we mistook performance, purpose, courage, authenticity. Chiron, bearer of the inner wound and the wisdom within it, the Asteroid gravitating between the OLD (Saturn) and the NEW (Uranus) has joined both mentioned before, in the same archetypal Aries. 3 major principles of change are now even more intensely journey-ing in the archetype of the Ego. Feels like a portal of some sort into a new world we will be building more precisely starting the next spring.

Retrogrades are normal. They happen each year for all bigger planets. Retrogrades are not backwards (of course, it is not even correct in astronomy). They are circles, spirals more likely and definitely invitations to re-encounter ourselves at deeper layers.
August is an incubator, not an accelerator. Of potential energies and frequencies we want to build on for the next months and year. You may not feel expansive now. You may feel small, low, uncertain, disturbed or overwhelmed.
If you feel low, let yourself slow. Let your emotional landscape reveal its textures and your soul’s needs.
The smaller, personal planets are not static also. They just need you to pause a bit. Not by doing nothing. But by asking the good questions of the heart.

Especially with Mercury in Leo for its last days of retrograde, turn inward looking and let the heart more in control of the flow.

Venus, the keeper of tenderness and longing, has entered in Cancer. Us astrologers are very interested to look at the chart of the ingress of a planet in a sign, as it will speak a lot about the faith and intention of the journey. With Venus in Cancer ingress directly in a conversation of tension with Saturn and Neptune in Aries, the mission of the little benefic just turned more seriously karmic. Maybe now we can return more to our roots, to the parents, the family and the archetypes of stability and care that we were witnessing while we were growing up. The home within us now needs redefining. Venus will meet trickster Jupiter in Cancer around the middle of the month, giving a path that we can walk more steadily on if we want to mend the roots we have in this world.

The spiritual significance of home might just be a top frequency to get attuned to right now, in the weeks to follow.

This month is definitely packed. Retrogrades, Sirius Gate, Venus meeting Jupiter in a conjunction that has never happened since 2001, the Mercury Retrograde to Direct season, the Full (void) Moon and the New Moon preparing us for the autumn Eclipses.

This year is a corridor, a rite of passage. Souls part far from us, away. Those who are refusing to experience the next part of this existence and world. By the end of this year, none of us will be spared to let something go. To tie up the loose ends. To forgive because you need to also forget. This year’s completion energy needs you to learn to walk away gently.
For us living in a culture and systems of arrival, our souls need more return to oneself than ever. Maybe this is the main source of pain we will experience during this season (and this year) of transgression.
So if this letter of mine finds you low, slow, unsure, undone, may you know that you are also luminous, even here in the mess. That the light in you is just sitting deeper in the soil now, waiting for the right season to emerge.

I’ll be here. I am here. Not ahead of you, not behind. Somewhere on the same map, under the same sky, letting the same soft tide carry me inward. You give me the strength and meaning to carry on, to move forward. Writing this weekly and receiving all your messages keep me afloat in many turbulent times.

We are here because we chose to.
We just need to remember why we did that.

Until next week, Thank You!

Open up to Mater Amoris. Jupiter in Cancer and what’s next for us

woman posing under flowers

As I’m writing these lines, I am already settled back home.

After a plentiful 2 week trip in South Korea (yes, I am going to tell you all about it soon), I have the same feeling of dismantling I always experience when travelling far from home. The thing is, you see…I simply adore far away places and extremely different cultures.

I first wanted to tell you all about Jupiter in Cancer before leaving to the k-world, but I thought it might be wiser to really catch the gist of it during its first days in Cancer, while I was on the road in SK. So here we are, almost 2 weeks later, Jupiter in Cancer (squaring Neptune and Saturn in Aries) in full swing with the world kind of fed up with the “world leaders” blowing everything up.

In many ways, the first half of this year felt like an uphill climb, a rollercoaster ride “not for the faint of heart”. Heavy planets changed their element and sign, Mars in Cancer stirred everything that we hid under the emotional carpet, eclipses, new Destiny Nodes.

Now a different cosmic tide is turning. Yes, we don’t get to rest much this year. The rollercoaster is on speed and we are on it.

On June 10th, Jupiter, the energy and principle of expansion, luck, and wisdom (also trickery) entered the soothing (still overly emotional and sometimes depressive, victimhood-y) waters of Cancer, the sign of its exaltation (ancient dignity).

This thing with exaltation is really a tricky thing, you see. Nothing peaceful and balanced comes from being in exaltation. More when Jupiter steps into such energies. It will feel like double, triple espresso if I am to be honest about it.

In this already turbulent year, Jupiter’s shift into Cancer might be the silver lining we’ve been quietly hoping for or the emotional trigger that sends everything into explosive mode. A deep stir of discontent is felt everyday. And most of the time, this discontent comes with leaders, patriarchy, old systems of oppression. And basically everything that Pluto in Capricorn tried so profoundly to weaken, reveal, distrust since 2008 until last autumn.

Overall, Jupiter in Cancer will expand, stir, challenge and put to work our inner emotional landscapes for the next 12 months. In a nutshell. But there are extremely deeper layers to these times, that will unfold both in a positive and negative way.
We will experience Mater Amoris & Mater Doloris at the same time. The intensity will really depend on our unique life circumstances our and evolutionary place in the world.

This transit though might be the thing we need to…release so many of our inner, family and subconsciously inflicted wounds. It might be a transit that if you understand it correctly and welcome it gladly, you might find it as the most emotionally supportive and spiritually nourishing transits of the year. Jupiter is the governor of Pisces and this year, the collective destiny is in Pisces. Some might say that Jupiter will be able to guide us, as a social planet but also a principle of expansion, to our dharma more than our karma.

Relief is coming; actually, not just relief, renewal. A renaissance of feeling is dawning, as the Great Benefic comes “home” to the realm of the cosmic Mother.

Jupiter in Cancer brings a profound change of focus. After a year in the restless Gemini, which flooded us with information, gossip, courses, short travels, no focus and even misinformation, the dharmic emphasis now shifts from thinking to feeling. Or even more, from overthinking to over-feeling. Ideas and words yield to emotions and intuition. Things no longer have to sound good; they have to feel right.

Our hearts will have to open.

More and more with this energy. Our wounds will be exposed for all to see and for us to heal. Sensitivity will heighten, sometimes overwhelming us, other times to cultivate empathy and deeper connection to our heart’s strongest desire.

We might be feeling it easier to “understand how the other side feels,” weaving common emotional threads where before there were only disparate facts. In a world starved for genuine care, Jupiter in Cancer will be able to show what we really need as healing, healers.

Spiritually and psychologically, Jupiter in Cancer asks us to return to the Mother principle, the source of life and love. To “bless the waters of our inner world”, to take care of our heightened sensitivity and compassion.

For the next 12 months, the nurturing impulse will thrive. Cancer’s desire to care and protect will be amplified by Jupiter’s generosity, infusing the collective psyche with a renewed emphasis on home, family, and emotional truth.

  • Many of us will want to slow down, return home and to our roots, tend to the places and faces that cared for us or that need healing.
  • Acts of kindness and communal support will take center stage; indeed, “acts of collective care are the best ways to honour Jupiter in Cancer.
  • So reconnect with family, both blood relatives and the family you chose. This is a year to reinforce the bonds of kinship and community, to create bigger “tents” of belonging.
  • The concept of family itself will expand: new members are embraced, old estrangements may heal, and friends or neighbours will be folded into a wider circle of care.
  • Jupiter in Cancer will encourage us to see that we are each other’s keepers; by caring for one another, we discover meaning and grace.
  • As a collective, we begin to remember that compassion is not a finite resource but a well that refills and even multiplies as we draw from it.
  • Cancer is a cardinal water sign, meaning its kindness asks activity, not passivity. Jupiter in Cancer doesn’t just invite us to feel; it spurs us to act on those feelings. If you haven’t considered actively yet astrology, therapy or family constellations, it might just be the right time.
  • Rather than sitting around hoping for security, this transit says: make it happen. We are CALLED to fortify our foundations and cultivate emotional safety in tangible ways. On a practical level, this might mean investing in our homes or creating supportive domestic spaces, as well as taking initiative to nurture our emotional well-being. Many will feel a pull to build a “bigger nest” or improve their living environment, reflecting a collective urge to secure the base from which our dreams can grow.
  • It’s a perfect time to practice what one might call sacred frugality, tending gardens, cooking for loved ones, mending instead of discarding, all gestures of care that ground us in a feeling of safety and abundance.
  • Meanwhile, our intuitive faculties are sharpening. Cancer rules the stomach, our gut feelings, and Jupiter’s presence here urges us to trust that intuitive voice within. There is “no better time to develop and trust your intuition”, to go with your gut. In a sense, care itself becomes our greatest currency, repaying us in peace of mind and profound fulfilment.
  • Think of 2013-2014 and what you have experienced back then. It’s not gonna be the same as you are a different individual now, living in a different world, but the main themes might just reappear again. In medical astrology, Cancer governs the stomach, digestive system, breasts, chest, and lymphatic flow, the emotional body’s physical expression. With Jupiter transiting Cancer, we may see both expansion and healing in these areas. On the one hand, Jupiter can exaggerate digestive sensitivity, fluid retention, or emotional eating tendencies, especially if feelings are suppressed or care is overextended. This transit supports deep nourishment, regenerative healing through food, intuitive eating, and somatic therapies. Jupiter here encourages us to treat the gut as the second brain, listening to our body’s wisdom and respecting emotional rhythms. Healing becomes possible when we prioritise safety, emotional regulation, and rest. For those in caregiving roles or recovering from burnout, this transit is especially supportive: it invites us to refill our inner cup before pouring into others. Herbal medicine, warm nourishment, hydrotherapy, and slow, grounding movement are particularly potent allies under Jupiter in Cancer.
In the collective soul, a deeper reverence for maternal wisdom awakens. There is an instinct now to honour the archetypal Mother, the Mater Amoris or “Mother of Love,” in everyday life. We are drawn to the “art of homemaking” not as drudgery, but as a sacred act of creating safety and warmth.

Rather than roam in search of meaning, we feel the call to root and bloom where we are. It turns out the sanctuary we’ve been seeking isn’t in some faraway land, it’s in the here, the now, the inner. Home is not just a place but a feeling we carry and cultivate.

Collectively, the next 12 months become a pilgrimage back to what is heartfelt and real. Old emotional wounds, especially those tied to family or lineage, may surface now not to hurt us, but to be healed. Jupiter in Cancer brings fertile energy for ancestral healing; we are invited to go “deeper into your roots” to understand and transmute the pain of our lineages, and to receive the gifts buried there.

This will have the potential to be a gentle revolution: by healing the past, we free the future.

Every renaissance has its birthing pains, and this one is no exception. In the early weeks of Jupiter’s Cancer sojourn, the planet of hope faces off with two other giants: Saturn and Neptune, both newly in Aries. These tense aspects present a cosmic test of our intentions. It’s as if the universe is ensuring that our emotional and spiritual growth comes with grounding and clarity. Saturn in Aries brings the voice of realism and responsibility into the dialogue. Its square with Jupiter can make us aware of friction between unchecked optimism and necessary limitation. We might feel the weight of practical concerns or external obstacles even as our hearts urge us forward. Yet the challenge of Jupiter square Saturn carries a wise teaching: “stay positive, don’t surrender to discouragement”. We are asked to balance Jupiter’s faith with Saturn’s discipline, to make sure that our grand visions have sturdy roots. If we heed this, our dreams won’t just soar, they’ll have the foundations to last.

Neptune in Aries, meanwhile, casts a gauzy, idealistic haze over this period, challenging us to discern truth from glamour. Jupiter square Neptune can be a double-edged sword: on one side, it heightens spiritual longings and imagination; on the other, it can blur boundaries and inflate illusions. We may find ourselves wrestling with big questions: Are our ideals attainable, or are we chasing mirages? Are we living in alignment with our true emotional needs, or lost in a fantasy of how things “should” feel? It’s easy under this influence to get swept up in collective dreams that may not have solid ground. “Don’t confuse your dreams with reality,” comes the warning. In practice, many of us could feel “torn between maintaining a sense of comfort and security in familiar surroundings versus chasing new, exciting, yet uncertain opportunities”. The heart (Cancer) says “hold what is safe and sacred,” while Neptune in fiery Aries whispers “leap into the unknown.” This dynamic tension can leave us questioning what we truly desire versus what we merely fantasise about.

Misunderstandings in relationships or public discourse can arise, as the line between fact and feeling gets blurry. The saving grace here is intuition and honesty. If we stay grounded and listen to that inner voice, we can navigate Neptune’s fog without losing our way. Jupiter in Cancer ultimately demands emotional truth; any glamorous illusion that doesn’t nourish our soul will eventually dissolve. By trusting our gut and keeping one foot on solid ground, we turn this square into an opportunity to refine our dreams. We learn to infuse our bold visions with the authenticity of the heart, avoiding the trap of false starts or idealistic crusades that lack empathy. In this process, a quiet miracle happens: we clarify what truly feeds us at a soul level.

These June weeks will be the maximum tension and relief challenge for what will begin starting July 7th, a configuration of growth that will expand us collectively and individually for the next years.

The tension at the end of June can be a time for smarter, “new allegiances, new needs, a new sense of family, and a new sense of connection with our spiritual Sisters and Brothers globally.

Under pressure, we might remember that we are one human family.

By late 2025, the cosmic tone softens considerably. As Jupiter sails through Cancer’s later degrees, Saturn and Neptune briefly retrograde back into Pisces, and something beautiful happens: a Water Trine shimmers into being. After the tests of summer, this feels like grace descending. During this period, waves of inspiration and compassion flow more freely. We may experience a surge of creative and emotional momentum, finding that our projects and relationships gel almost magically. But we might also experience loss, clearance, goodbyes.

Jupiter in Cancer serves a crucial role now: it nourishes the human side of change. And yes, it nourishes the women, the ones forgotten, unseen, abused and neglected. Progress devoid of compassion would not truly be progress. And so Jupiter in Cancer helps “nourish those projects rooted in personal meaning, freedom, and innovation,” aligning growth with the heart’s intelligence.

Mater Amoris, the mothering love, demands both courage and vulnerability.
We are challenged now to protect what is sacred by pouring our love into it, to be warriors of tenderness in a world that is awakening from coldness. This is how the feminine and masculine principles find a new harmony: bold action fused with loving wisdom.

The gifts of Jupiter in Cancer are profoundly life-changing. We are remembered we are not starting from zero, each of us possesses inner resources and talents, and when we focus on what we already have, even if small, it can grow into something much greater.

The crab only grows when it breaks its shell. Jupiter in Crab might just be able to do it for you, with you or against you. YOU CHOOSE. Remember: delays are not denials in 2025!

Training season ANEW

blonde woman sitting in nature

As I am writing this week’s healing letter…I am preparing to leave country soon, for a couple of weeks. I will keep you posted on the shenanigans, but for the time being…slow and silent is what I need. My mind has been racing for the past 5 months at an incredible speed. Like all of you beloved women, between taking care of our lives, our loved ones and facing unpredictability, for me the beginning of 2025 brought a lot. I now need to recharge, refocus, get inspired again. But I do want to leave you with the weekly message you can use for inspiration, guidance or just to unwind.

This one is a bit longer because…well, Saturn made me do it. 🙂

This week and particularly today made me think more of this transit we are experiencing until 2028. SATURN IN ARIES. But you know me, I want to be less astro-technical and more grounded, as this is a shared agora and with it, the need for a common understanding is needed. So what is it all about?

There are moments when life rearranges our soul furniture.

It might not start with radical happenings, but soon enough the atmosphere will seem radically different. A room once familiar becomes strange, dismantled. The same chair now faces a different wall. The sun hits your skin through another window. You sense that you’re being asked to sit differently in your own life.

That’s what this time under Saturn in Aries is. A slow rearrangement. Not of things, but of self. You must walk slowly now. This is an initiation.

A new cycle has begun this week. A beginning without a grand entrance, but with a firm, resounding question: Are you ready to mould your new becoming? Saturn has entered the first sign of the zodiac. And that means: we begin again. Or we begin consciously something we have never really mastered. As Saturn needs approximately 28 years to visit the entire zodiac, some of you might experience this energy for the first time in your life.

It’s not the age of decoration. It’s not about how your life looks, but how it feels on the inside. Aries is the first gate. The I AM. The spark that begins the flame. And Saturn brings time, form, and pressure. Together, they ask us: What do you do with your raw will when no one is watching?

But beginnings are never innocent. They come with ghosts. With memory. With choices unmade. With responsibility we don’t feel like taking on.
We begin again, yes, but not as beginners. We begin as those who have seen enough to know that action has consequence, that impulse has weight, that every time we rise, we leave behind a trail. Someone watched us love. Someone felt us leave. Someone still carries our absence.

We are asked to hold the fire within. To learn how to keep the flame burning and turn it into shapes and forms we use in our lives. For each of us, this energy will activate certain domains in our lives and will make aspects with our birth astral DNA.

This transit which happens until spring of 2028 is not a time of theory. It is a time of practice. And practice. And practice. Until patience is learnt and surpassed completely, being integrated fully.

The energy that is now settling over us demands embodiment. Presence. Decisions made not in notebooks, but in movement, decisions, action. And to learn that starting means nothing without a firm plan that continues and grounds that idea into fulfilment. Fire doesn’t ask you to understand it. It asks you to respond to it. To let it shape your will.

Saturn in Aries is about holding fire with maturity and dedication, commitment in everything. It’s not the spark of youth, but the discipline of knowing when to ignite and when to pause.

This is the time when impulse meets consequence.

And there is no manual for this. There is no map. Because Aries is the territory before maps. The place before the lines were drawn. The raw, unclaimed field.

We are learning to build a self in a space that we haven’t measured.

The energy is an invisible architecture of impact

Saturn teaches an important thing: everything matters. Every choice. Every refusal. Every inaction. Every time we say yes too fast. Every time we say no out of fear. Every promise made and not kept. Every act of courage that no one clapped for. Every act of harm we never knew we caused with our aggression.

Because action has a shadow.

For the next 2 years and a half (my math is OK, these is a period of time Saturn will slip back into Pisces during these years), we will have to face the responsibility of being an authentic self in the world. Not a concept. Not an avatar. A soul. A body. A voice. A human IP, as my friend Oana says.

We will experience the paradox of real maturity. To keep choosing even without certainty. To live life knowing that your movement will ripple. That someone may misunderstand you. That someone may never forget you.
But you must still become.
Sometimes we might feel like our desires are denied. Not to suppress the self, but to temper it. To forge it into something that doesn’t just burn brightly for a moment, but becomes a long lasting flame.
This is not a time of swift rewards. It is the apprenticeship of restraint. Of deeper self-trust. The realisation that what we want is only as good as the ground we build it on.

Wanting is easy. Standing for that want, every day, with integrity, that’s where the true path starts.

You will feel the edges of your ego. You will watch how quickly you want to react. This will be the initiation of the wise warrior.

This moment asks something uncomfortable from us: to take full responsibility for our own becoming.
To carry the weight of one’s own life is the most intimate form of freedom.

This is a slow transit. It instructs. It disciplines. And if you let it, it dignifies. You will feel resistance. You will meet old wounds disguised as urgency. You will be asked to choose: Am I reacting, or am I responding? Am I performing, or am I building? Am I doing this for approval, or from alignment?

You must walk slowly now. This is an initiation. That’s the self Saturn wants to sculpt: your core architecture of consequence. And you will build it inward.

Imagine standing in a room filled only with light. You are not lit from above. You are immersed in it. Dissolved. You experience a new sense of space, perception and understanding. Under this transit, you can feel like you will start occupying yourself for the first time with more accountability and awareness.

You will get to start over if you’re willing to do the work differently.

Everything will feel like training. And training means mistakes. It means discomfort. It means finding yourself in old patterns and saying, “Not this time.” And when you fail, which you will, it means standing up and starting again in another way. This is the time for radical accountability.

As always, here are some of my prompts I use for this energy, maybe they will help you make the most of it also:

  • Where in my life am I acting from impulse instead of focused intention?
  • What am I building with my actions?
  • Do I know the difference between a true “yes” and a performative one?
  • What personal boundary have I avoided enforcing out of fear of losing approval?
  • Where have I confused self-expression with emotional reactivity?
  • What part of me wants to lead and is it ready to carry the responsibility that comes with that?
  • Am I willing to do something slowly and consistently, even if no one validates it for the time being?
  • Where am I still looking for someone else to give me permission to begin?
  • What does courage look like in my life right now?
  • What do I want to be known for even by those who never meet me?
  • In what ways am I still performing instead of living?
  • Am I willing to sit in discomfort long enough for something real to emerge?
  • Can I be honest enough to let this transit shape me, not just challenge me?
What to watch closely during this transit
  • This energy may amplify tension headaches, especially those related to stress, eye strain, or suppressed anger. Hydrate and follow regular sleep cycles. Daily magnesium supplementation (but do your blood work and consult with your MD). Be more mindful of your screen time and use blue light filters. Learn and practice daily jaw release and scalp massage.
  • We might also encounter problems with our sympathetic nervous system. We need to understand that the “go-go-go” mentality keeps the body in a constant state of stress. And if you don’t learn the importance of relaxation, Saturn will teach you (by stopping you). Opt for adaptogens like Ashwagandha, Rhodiola. Make a habit out of pranayama (daily breath work) or yoga nidra for nervous system repair. Create boundaries between output and recovery. Reduce caffeine intake; you will be demanded sustainable energy, not spikes and you do need a qualitative rest, so take your caffeine before 1-2 PM daily. Try once and again a facial lymphatic drainage massage.
  • Identify the true emotional and psychological root of inflammation or fatigue. Suppressed rage in women as they are constantly conditioned to be nice. Fear of asserting boundaries, shame around ambition or desire, disconnection from instinct. Try somatic practices that build integrity and identity: martial arts, primal movement, anger release rituals.

The Saturnian healing principle during this transit is simple: DISCIPLINE OVER IMPULSE | DRAMA. Health will come from behaviours that are integrated in your daily life, not from 3-day detoxes in expensive places. Healing will also require patience. I have a principle: you can’t heal in a day what you’ve destroyed for years. You must learn the pain and discipline of respecting your body and your soul.

Remember: the body never lies. It speaks for the parts of you that haven’t found or used words yet.
The father wound might take center stage during this time.

Under Saturn in Aries, we are dealing with the architecture of identity. And in that structure, the earliest scaffolding often came from one place: authority. Particularly, our relationship with the father, biological, symbolic, or societal.

This transit will bring us face-to-face with:

  • The voice we internalised in childhood (“Don’t speak. Be strong. Don’t cry.”)
  • The inherited narrative about what it means to lead, to act, to be respected
  • The unhealed grief around absent, authoritarian, or emotionally distant fathers
  • The patterns we’ve developed to either rebel against or replicate authority

In medical astrology, Saturn relates to the skeletal system. Symbolically, it’s the framework we grow around. And many of us still carry frozen anger, shame, or fear in their bones, quite literally, stemming from a father who didn’t see them, protect them, or allow them to be fully expressive with full on wings.

So…what better time to heal your authority | father wound.

A resource I am recommending is Susan Schwartz “The absent father effect on daughters”. It investigates the impact of absent – physically or emotionally – and inadequate fathers on the lives and psyches of their daughters through the perspective of Jungian analytical psychology. This book tells the stories of daughters who describe the insecurity of self, the splintering and disintegration of the personality, and the silencing of voice.

Saturn in Aries will teach you can be your own authority now.

You can protect your truth.
You can validate your choices.
You can honour your instincts.

You will stop outsourcing your power.
You will stop waiting to be chosen.
You will start building from the inside out.

What if the wall is the doorway?

WAH Bali 2024

As I’m writing this messagethe New Moon in Gemini is in full swing. For me it means a beautiful chart formation that hopefully I will be able to activate and grow over the next 6 months to 1 year. But it also means mental stress and an overly anxious brain that is less patient and more restless now.

Blaming it on the Gemini New Moon? Never…

These days though are showing us, whether we want | like it or not, where the mental work needs to begin. Where it needs to become a more dedicated practice. Where we need to take control of the thoughts, words, patterns we so easily absorb through family, society or just pure ignorance.

It might feel like a wall we are hitting. But what if that wall is actually the doorway?

There are lunations that whisper, and others that strike a tuning fork within our psyche. Today’s New Moon in Gemini is one such moment. And it is very visible, as Gemini are ruled by the daily Mercury.

This is a celestial tuning of the mental body to a new octave of consciousness. A moment of something we need to start learning (or relearning). These days it will be less about certainty and more about perspectives and new portals of understanding.

As a Gemini Soul Destiny holder, I usually think of the twins as mirrors functioning in supreme harmony with our inner and outer reflections. Geminis are masters of reflections. Whatever we are, crave to be or resent, they will mirror and embody it so relentlessly that hiding would be impossible.

The Gemini archetype is where the self first sees its reflection in another, in language, in gesture, in symbol, then returns to do the inner work.

Geminis mirroring is about interaction. In every conversation, every mimicry, every attempt to articulate the inexpressible, Gemini learns who it is becoming.

The Twins are not split; they are iterative. Each twin reflects and refracts the other, discovering nuance.

This New Moon offers us such a mirror. It invites us into a sacred process of mirroring that is both embodied and mental. It is not enough to think differently; we are being called to listen differently, speak differently, and above all see ourselves as refracted through the lens of others.

There is a celestial mathematics of the energy of the Sky. Always. This week also.

Whether we take the time to do the work, the energy is still here, active, directing us.

Here are some prompts to use this week considering the aspects of the New Moon in Gemini and its geometry.

  1. Go deeper into the realms of the mindThis New Moon is like a double shot of Gemini, which makes it 4 Geminis. What is hidden there and needs to come out? This is a good time to begin the detoxifying of the mind and the relations you have and mirror who you are. Or do they? Start with some somatic realigning: the famous (and easy) 4-6-8 breathing. Breathe in on 4 counts, hold for 6 counts, breathe out for 8. After 10 repetitions of this cycle, mind clutter will decompress and thoughts will rearrange into cleaner shelves.
  2. How can you start a mind inquiry process for the next months? Pluto aspects this New Moon in a bigger planetary formation and asks us to think bigger, with a perspective. Pluto is already retrograde, so the process is even more introspective and inward oriented. Look for that psychological depth and ask yourself more: What do I believe because I was told, and what have I discovered through lived inquiry? There’s a detoxification of inherited thought patterns, especially those internalised through unconscious mimicry.
  3. Whatever your mind births now, it needs to materialise according to a solid plan. This is where Saturn comes in and asks us not only for patience, but also for understanding that this moment is a seed that needs to evolve through input and stable work, a plan that you and only you need to put together. Make structure out of instinct and idea. The mirrored self is responsible for its reflection. This is an invitation to commit to your inner student. You are not supposed to know yet. You are supposed to explore, fail, reframe, and try again.
  4. This is a very intuitive New Moon. Neptune, the master of illusion and delusion is active and fully charged. This ain’t no word or communication lunation. This is a word frequency lunation. Listen more than what you actually hear, there is a meaning that needs to be uncovered.

The entire celestial configuration indicates toward experiential learning, that teaches through trial, response, and adaptation. Over the next several months, this geometry suggests we will be learning not from static truths, but from the mutable flow of interaction, conversation, and inner questioning. It’s fire and air, none the less.

The Gemini archetype thrives on questionsWhat is this? Why does it matter? Who said so? Why should it mean something for me directly? Yet in our digital age, curiosity is often commodified into distraction, endless scrolling and fake news. A Gemini can change their clothes, job, love life, or residence as swiftly as they change their mind, highlighting their restless and ever-evolving nature. This duality is not indicative of deceit but rather a reflection of their multifaceted personalities and insatiable curiosity.

This New Moon asks us to reclaim curiosity as a sacred act. A quiet devotion to meaning-making.

So…

  • expect for the next months a surge in relational and cognitive mirroring. People around you may act as catalysts, sometimes helpful, sometimes triggering. Stay curious about your reactions; they are teachers in disguise. Open-ended pathways, are you ready to embrace them?
  • Old thought-forms, especially collective beliefs or ideological frameworks that no longer serve your soul’s path, may begin to disintegrate. Let them. This is a moment of clearing the mental field, detoxing from borrowed truths to make room for authentic understanding.
  • Use this time window to write, teach, speak, mentor, communicate, learn something new or just listen more to the people around you. Detox your language, notice your habitual expressions. Which phrases, idioms, or thought patterns are inherited rather than chosen? Begin editing your inner monologue.
  • Literally look in the mirror. Speak to yourself out loud. Observe what emerges. This is you witnessing you.
  • Join or initiate a learning group where exchange is based more on curiosity. Choose one person each day to listen to without interruption, correction, or agenda.

Under this Gemini New Moon, our consciousness is invited to split into multiplicities.

We are all mirrors now. And what is the obstacles you are now facing are just the doorway?

Until next time, thank you!

Stop guessing, start moving with me: VIA ANIMAE

blonde woman smiling in the jungle sun

This year more than ever is the YEAR OF THE SOUL.

And the spiritual guard is also changing. New perspectives, new professionals, new ways of understanding the SOUL and higher life meaning.

A NEW GENERATION OF SOUL GUIDES IS NOW PREPARED TO TAKE OFF.

The new generation of healers and soul guides isn’t here with complicated mantras or abstract theories, hidden layers or overly intellectualised advice.

We are here to make things simple, direct, efficient, authentic and most of all, doable.

Through us, spirituality becomes more about action, not about escapism or separation.

We show up fully. We live the mission in our hearts because we did the work, we went through it all and we stand by what we claim to know.

And we are here to support humankind differently.

In a new way, a way that we are shaping as we are walking on it.

It’s exhilarating to live now.

Your soul has always known its path.

In this world, it’s easy to get lost or astray. Maybe you went further on a road that wasn’t yours. And forgot about your light and purpose. Or you have never been truly connected to it. Now you feel something is deeply off, but can’t grasp what it is.

What if your life, your work, and the way you show up in the world were never really separate?

What if the thing you’ve been searching for out there… was actually a deep knowing that’s been living inside you all along?

Your soul has always known its path.

In 2025, it’s monumentally important to align with it.

This is why I created VIA ANIMAE for you.

Who am I?

NOW: Experienced awarded strategist and communicator. Entrepreneur. Women guide and founder of Women Are Healing. Certified astrologer practising since 2021. Teacher, trainer and mentor.

My mother raised me in the middle of herbal remedies, acupuncture, homoeopathy, crystal therapies, bioenergy guides and mysteries of ancient cultures.

For the past +20 years, I’ve created brands, worlds around words, stories, events, communities. I’ve seen the world through my travels. I’ve experienced multiple healing methods and practices. I’ve guided professionals, teams, artists, entertainers and leaders to find their voice, express their essence, and move their dreams into action, fast.

Yet, all this time, something deeper was happening. I could always see beyond the commercial, into the true meaning of a person or endeavour. I could chart not only projects, but soul paths and archetypes.

In 2021, astrology entered my life, not as entertainment, not as prediction, but as a tool for deep listening and remembering.

Reading the soul life beneath the mundane, the surface, is now a daily mission I have embraced fully.

Noticing the invisible rhythms, the cycles of growth, the moments when life is asking you to rise, to release, to rewrite the story you tell yourself.

I work at the intersection of many systems and understandings. Because I have experienced them and know how to use them.

I translate for you the language of your soul whenever you can’t hear or understand it anymore.

I mix my strategy expertise with spiritual practices and knowledge into a new hybrid of guidance.

And I can guide you to bring your inner knowing out into the world in ways that people can feel and trust.

✦ What is VIA ANIMAE?

VIA ANIMAE is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about becoming more of who your soul already is and needs you to embody. You just don’t know it or trust it yet.

And I will decode it for you and with you. With my expertise in communication and strategy as well as my skills as a certified practising astrologer.

You will remember who you really are.

You will trust your voice in this new ERA.

You will have the courage to share your authentic self with others in a way that feels real, grounded, and powerful. You will be magnetic & impactful.

✦ What makes VIA ANIMAE different?

You need more than predictions. You need a soul strategy.

VIA ANIMAE gives you integration between:

  • The inner and the outer.
  • The soul and the story.
  • The knowing and the doing.
  • The vision and the expression.

It’s not either/or.
It’s both.

✦ Who is VIA ANIMAE for?

You might be:

  • An entrepreneur, corporate professional, creative, a coach, a therapist, a leader, or someone quietly holding space for others but feeling like your own voice is still shaking or unclear.

  • Someone who knows you’re here for more than the old models of success, but hasn’t quite found the language or the map to name that “more.”

  • Someone already on a spiritual path but needing help translating it into a grounded, visible, impactful offering.

  • Or maybe you’re just someone standing on the edge of a new chapter, knowing something big is shifting but not yet seeing the bigger picture.

Know thyself to know your travels

blonde woman in the jungle in the sun

As with everything else important in our life, travelling is another way of not only expansion, but most of all self-awareness, acceptance, healing and discovery of our inner potential and imposed limitations.

We are all on our own journeys. Most of us are travelling only in our heads though.

According to the latest World Tourism Barometer from UN Tourism, an estimated 1.4 billion tourists travelled internationally in 2024, indicating a virtual recovery (99%) of pre-pandemic levels. But there are 8.2 billion human beings on the planet currently. A simple math exercise would indicate that 73% of the world population stays at home (and let’s remember still many don’t a home either).

The numbers might be estimated, but the reality is not far from me saying: YOU ARE THE LUCKY ONES in this statistics. Be it you are moving around with you family, job or just having enough money to see the world, an incredible large part of the world’s population will not see the world beyond their hometown or home country, not even once in their lives. Due to live options, fears, customs and traditions, but most of all, due to lack of financial means and time.

Apply this 17% on your own family, let’s say of 7 people (4 grandparents, 2 parents and yourself). Yes, you might or might not be the only one who will travel in your entire family.

Very few (almost none) of my family members have traveled to date. My parents have never left the country. In my close family, I am definitely the lucky one who gets to see faraway continents and islands and people and customs. Who gets to open her heart more to the differences between people and cultures, while returning to the gratefulness of being part of a (still) free land. I started travelling in 2008 (those were the days of the city breaks and short-carriers’ deals) and I never stopped. My natal chart is definitely showing I was (and still am) a traveler across worlds and oceans, and I embrace this as my most wonderful expression of the love I have for this incarnation.

Traveling is an expansion technique for the soul, the mind, the body. But it is rarely accessible to the ordinary man and woman. It is the commodity of the rich, privileged, open-minded, but most of all, the lucky.

Having these simple numbers in mind, I can’t un-see the fact that we, the 17% are so lucky. So…as with any other thing we are granted access to, it also comes with great responsibility, whether we like it or not.

And this leads me to greater depths of today’s healing message: How many of us 17% really apreciate it and how many are we taking traveling for granted?

Recently, I noticed several Romanian public figures (I can’t fathom to see them as “influencers”) who wrote on their social media accounts negative reviews on faraway places they visited. Be it Bali or The Maldives, the recollections of their experiences were in my view superficial, limited and not to mention somehow distructive for the culture. Let me explain why.

While their views and usage of social media is (still) a free speech right and I am in agreement with that, the negative ripple effect of their understanding of travelling to those places could impact: 1.the wellbeing and income of these places who mostly base their existence on tourism and 2.the traveller who wants to experience the world and now

So, it really comes down to these people publishing reviews that prevent other people from experiencing the world with all its differences and inequalities, but also diminishing the positive effect of distribution of money from the wealthier to the poorer. Yes, tourism and travelling is also in my views a means through which we can exert our right to support the cultures and places who are maybe kept more under poverty by the current geopolitical and economic systems.

As an experienced traveler but also critical thinker, let me give you my view on how I approach travelling in a way that I believe is more nurturing to the entire players in the field.

1.First of all, travelling must really be a conscious and intentional decision. And it requires a healthy and rested body and mind.

If you want to rest and unwind during you 2 week something holiday, travelling might not be a correct option. Studies have shown (and I believe common sense says the same) that going on a trip activates the human system more than it relaxes it. You go to a place you don’t know, eat food your body/microbiome is not accustomed to and live off a different timezone. By the time your body settles into the new, you need to go back home. So, rest and recuperation happens at home, where you can control the parameters. Discovery of new places needs another mental approach.

When you travel, all your senses are excited. You see new things, you smell new aromas, you hear new words. And so on. Expansion really needs full commitment and awareness. Once you understand this, it gets easier when travelling might become more difficult (accidents, delays, bad food, etc).

2.Let’s say you’ve settled this. You want to explore and expand. You choose your destination based on the budget, time and personal context.

If you have a week, opt for a nearby location that gives you a similar timezone. If you have more, then look for further options.

For me, Europe in the past years has not been an option. Plane ticket prices have soared as well as accommodations, not necessarily having a rational explanation. Too much for my taste and the offering. But Europe is still a viable option if you only have a couple of days to move your suitcase around.

As for me, I tend to give myself the option to leave for at least 2 or even 3 weeks. Constant travelling to far places has been my jam for the past 3-4 years. Asia mostly I feel is a heart home and Indonesia is definitely its center. I have been able to see less fortunate (but infinitely more beautiful and spiritual) places and contribute to their welfare.

3.You now have the destination. Start learning about it more. See travelling blogs, read tripadvisor reviews. Read about the culture, its economic and political context. This way, you will be less surprised by local realities and yes, if anything undesirable happens on the spot, you will not make a fool out of yourself or the destination on social media.

I’ve seen reviews from people who didn’t bother to understand that sharks are found in the Maldives or that Bali has areas of garbage. As far as I am concerned, these are tourists not travellers. Uninformed but full of expectations.

If you are not doing your research at home, there is another good way to understand the local context: talk with the locals, doh! Hire a local guide, engage with any local vendor, service provider, artists, community member. For example, this is how one could understand that Indonezia has a problem of garbage collection and recycling, and this hugely impacts not only the tourism but also the local communities. That NGOs all over the islands are doing their best with the few resources they get from govern of Jakarta. That the local population still lacks ecological education and that also a lot of the litter comes from tourists that misbehave.

4.But this is really a question of critical thinking. An un-researched and malice review can actually lower the income of poorer community members who actually rely on tourism to survive.

So I begin to wonder: where do we all get our references when it comes to travelling? Who do we look up to, who do we read or watch? There are a lot of bloggers, vlogers, youtubers and yes, “influencers” who seem to throw their own limited views online just because they can. And it’s ok as long as this is the system we are all living in. But how about being more self-critical about that? How about giving the chance of real storytellers to enchant us and give us the perspective of expansion and understanding?

We used to read travelling books written by talented storytellers. Why do we now look at random people exposing in a post only the negativity that they have experienced at their own ignorance?
I do believe that places are energies. The way a destination looks, smells, vibrates is just an external manifestation of a vibration. This is why some of us vibrate with some destinations, others with … others and some with none. Travelling is an exchange of energies between 2 people, 2 places, 2 cultures, 2 realities.
Travelling is the way we let ourself expand and explore. The more stuck we are, the harder it gets to have a positive experience anywhere outside the home.

If you want to travel for real, here are some of my prompts for you. For a conscious, more balanced exploration:

  • The outer journey should assist us with the inner one. Why are you travelling? What are you running away from or what is the question you need and answer to?
  • Become more aware of your uniqueness in the world, but also the quieting of the ego that says: “my life is more important thank other people’s”. When you travel, you’re invited in the home of another. Respect that!
  • If you want to understand a place, then immerse in the local realities. Talk with the people, be curious, ask as many questions as possible. Understand their reality and why they need you and your resources. You might just think again before posting the way you view the world from the top of your ego.
  • Get information beforehand from reliable resources. Read the books, talk with positive people, experienced travellers and avoid the ones who usually say: hmm, I didn’t like that of this there. They could actually prevent you from having the best time of your life because they will impose their own realities over you. No place is perfect, but all places are equally worthy.
  • If you can, hire local guides or talk with a tourism agency that operates locally. You need people on those grounds who know the realities.
  • If you have any problems with flexibility or disconfort, know that any destination might increase them. Different food, noises, atmosphere, heat and so on. Prepare mentally to bend your mind and break your inflexibility. Remember that people just like you thrive there. So it’s a matter of adaptability, that’s all.
  • Check the details of your tickets, accommodations before. Read the reviews, ask the questions, ask for the services, make a list of all urgent numbers you should call in case of anything. Travelling is like a project and should not be treated lightly of with carelessness.
  • Upon return, be kind and write that thank you note to the travelling agency or agent, a message to your guide or hotels. Be grateful for they have kept you safe, in comfort and entertained. This is more than a money-services exchange. This is energy and bonding with a place that you were lucky enough to see. This is how you support maybe a not so fortunate economy and community to get their own needs met.
  • Travelling releases karma and builds more dharma. So choose those places that you can actually use for your own uplifting and becoming.
Know thyself & know your travels! Remember, you’re the lucky 17%! Don’t waste that!

But does she have a caring heart?

blonde woman in a rice field in the morning
I had someone tell me a long time ago: “you will never be a leader, you care too much and this is weakness.”

It was a woman who said that. A woman telling another woman she can’t do something, probably because of immaturity, or spite or envy. To this day for me, this is an abomination. Remember this short conversation, I will come back to it later in this healing letter.

It might seem for many decades that we are living in a toxic patriarchy, now infused with strategically placed images of broligarchy figures, the so called “wise-guys” of tech. But I continue to ponder why we as women have endured it for so much time. Because we did and we still consciously accept and replicate among ourselves the same heartless behaviours that fostered the unbalance we now see in the world.

The truth is the feminine shadow is currently extremely strong. The rise of the toxic masculinity is just a balancing response. Knowing this, how about changing this for the better?

This year is definitely going to be different and, in many aspects, stronger than 2024. In changes, transformations and also unbelievable recklessness. More (aggressive) manly than balanced. But this is where we are as individuals and as a collective.

In astrology, 3 major planets are changing their element and polarity, from feminine to masculine energies. Uranus, Neptune and of course, the star of the season, Pluto, are migrating taking their first steps into uncharted territories.

We’ve never experienced fully, intentionally, Pluto in Aquarius energy as a collective, as the dwarf planet was discovered in early 1930 and it was then in the sign of Cancer, so real-time analysis were not possible. Uranus is bringing its major unpredictability and innovation spirit to whatever Pluto is demanding or uncovering for humanity. Neptune is adding its borderless energy in a very spiritual year of 9, dissolving paths and destinies while enhancing both imagination and delusion. Saturn is a seriousness, structural sigil to whatever Neptune wants to dream more of.

Their tango back and forth over the 1st degree of masculine elements and signs is no easy experience.

This spring might seem unusual, not ordinary, a bit unpredictable. Like an uprooting of some sort that needs us to awaken and unite more consciously. Spring and summer bring forth immense power and aggression, indubitable energy, but also…a chance for guiding this new start with the heart, not the mind.

I see this moment like a special light taking us by the hand and guiding us from the start of summer. Jupiter, the great amplificator will move sign from curious, expansive and superficial Gemini to caring Crab. And it will stay there until June 2026, amplifying whatever he finds in the sign of emotionality and intuition. The good and the bad. But let’s focus on the good for now, as we are a bunch of conscious women and we understand energies and the world on a higher level.

For me, the Crab is truly the special feminine sign that is most connected with multiple realms. The Crab feels all the feels and ensures a deeper understanding of The Caring Principle and why today’s world really needs a comeback on it.

With Jupiter in Crab, we will build the homes we need in our souls, families and workplaces. The darker it might get around us, the cosier should get within us.

So you see, Jupiter, as magnifier, might just be what we need to tone a bit the year down and start a very important wavethe rising of exceptionally Caring Feminine Leaders. I do believe new women leaders and healers will appear or become more visible, and definitely rise to meet this great occasion of building a world that cares more than it destroys. Time will tell if these months starting June will bring about the women we need to move forward with more grace, acceptance, gratitude and consciousness. The strong ones. The caring ones. The kind ones. Because being kind and caring and devoted is actually a great achievement and quality in a leader. Which reminds me to go back to the start of this message and thank myself that I never took advice from the people that wanted me to fail. As a leader, colleague, friend, woman.

So if you are starting or envisioning your own rising this year, here it is, as per usual, a prompt list to help your journey become more focused but also more intentional:

Do you feel like you deserve a bigger role in the world?

What is the real intention behind your pursuit in leadership, career, business, entrepreneurship, etc? The feeling you weave the entire cloth with. The good leader has a higher meaning than money or success.

How strong and vibrant is your support system: family, partner, friends, etc? Do you feel connected and emotionally engaged with them? A good leader needs a good ecosystem.

What is the source of your higher calling? Can you think of doing more with your project or job, with higher meaning and larger impact?

How emotionally regulated are you? To be a good leader means knowing your own needs and fulfilling them. You are the energy and intention you bring to a space.

How are you practising what you preach? Kindness and care are verbs.

It will never be clearer than in this moment: abundance starts within the soul. And this is the time for good women leaders to rise to the occasion.
Until next time, thank you for being here and reading my weekly healing letters.

Happy New Lunar Year, my dears! The energies of 2025 are only now starting to be charged into the Earth realm. So take it easy and inhale, exhale! This is a journey of recharging until the Spring Equinox. Take it all in and absorb the positives you need to create the best with what 2025 has in store for your.
