Our Hearts – Two Telepaths

Blonde woman in the sun

As I’m writing this piece, the last sun rays of summer 2026 warm my home office. I hear sounds of lake seagulls in the distance and all seems to be well and swell within me and around me. The summer was a strong test of burning all sorts of layers around my heart and pouring more intuition and faith into the future path.

As the first shadows of Venus Retrograde season were cast upon us, more women came to me for advice against the fear mongering on the Internet. Though it will be a difficult autumn, it will also be successful, liberating one. Old wounds in love, commitment and partnership will resurface, yes, exes will possibly return if needed to show you something in you that changed in the meantime (think of your love and business relations back in 2018, 2010 and 2002), but most importantly, there will be an extreme, powerful energy who want YOU to get free and move on to greener, more hearty pastures.

If you ever wanted to love differently, more profoundly, NOW it’s the time to release whatever holds you back.
First, we make space. Then, we embrace.

Astrology is not forcing its way into the decisions of your life. But Astrology shows you the quality of time. There are times when it’s more fruitful to work, to build something successful. But there are also times when destroying the shackles and walls around your heart can be achieved faster and easier.

This autumn is about the latter.
The technology of the heart – mind coherence is really behind the heart to heart telepathy

Think about those times when your mind just remembered a person and the next think, that particular person wrote to you or called you. Or think about those times when you just woke up with this ingrained sense that something has shifted in someone we love or long for. You sit across your partner at the kitchen table and know the atmosphere between you two has changed.

The world has named these types of moments synchronicity or telepathy, for the lack of better terms. In the minds of most (reductive) scientists, this is out of the ordinary, strange, pseudo-science communication.

The past years have proved that there is such a think called heart-mind coherence through which two people can actually stay connected beyond the seen physical space.

This October is that type of month to prove it. October is preparing us for La Dia de Los Muertos (when the veil between the worlds is the lightest), and now we’re in the YIN season when power resides within Thought-Forms (in Romanian: forme-gand).

“Heart-to-heart telepathy” is not an established scientific construct, but a more spiritual and ezoteric interpretation that refers to the felt experience of knowing, sensing, receiving or transmitting something to another person without an explicit verbal exchange. Depending on the person using it, the phrase may describe:

  • Ordinary but subtle interpersonal perception: reading facial expression, posture, timing, tone, silence, context and behavioural patterns, often without conscious awareness.
  • Embodied and emotional attunement: sensing another person through one’s own nervous system, including emotional contagion, interoception and autonomic co-regulation.
  • Neural or physiological synchrony: measurable coordination between people’s heart-rate dynamics, brain activity, gaze, movement or electrodermal responses during interaction.
  • Psi or paranormal telepathy: the proposed transfer of thoughts, emotions or information without any known sensory or technological channel, including across distance.
  • A spiritual metaphor: a form of recognition, compassion or shared presence that is not reducible to explicit language.

The HeartMath Institute’s Science of the Heart study is where I found for the first time an actual detailed, scientific explanation for what I had experienced through my own spiritual and energetic experiences, in relation to sensing and feeling others.

According to them, the heart does not simply receive orders from the brain; it participates in a continuous conversation with the brain and the rest of the body through neural, biochemical, mechanical and electromagnetic pathways. Heart-rate variability, or HRV, reflects the changing intervals between heartbeats and is influenced by breathing, emotion, attention and autonomic regulation. In HeartMath’s model, coherence describes a more ordered and harmonious pattern of physiological activity, often visible when the heart rhythm becomes more sine-wave-like around a low-frequency resonance of approximately 0.1 hertz.

Their research on interpersonal synchrony is quite fascinating. In one study of couples, researchers recorded heart rate and heart-rate variability as partners spoke about positive and negative aspects of their relationship. Their cardiac rhythms showed patterns of in-phase and anti-phase synchrony associated with aspects of their relational experience.

Intimacy is a dynamic physiological environment in which two nervous systems continually adjust to one another.

Romantic couples have shown greater inter-brain synchrony during social interaction than strangers, particularly when gaze, positive affect and behavioural coordination were present. Close friends can also show similar neural responses to naturalistic events.

Gregg Braden speaks about heart–brain coherence as a state cultivated through attention, breathing and elevated emotions such as appreciation, gratitude and compassion. In his work, bringing awareness to the heart and regulating the breath can open access to intuition and what he calls heart intelligence. Braden also extends this idea into a larger metaphysical field, suggesting that the heart’s electromagnetic activity carries information and that coherent feelings can influence the field of possibilities around us.

The heart speaks, but it does not speak alone. It speaks with the nervous system, with memory, with attention, with longing, with fear and with the slow intelligence of lived experience. During the following weeks of October, try to work more conscious with these energies to fully capture their gifts.

Questions to sit with in October:
  • When I feel that I “know” what someone I love is feeling, am I sensing their reality, or responding to my own history and fear?
  • Can I remain deeply connected to another person while allowing them to remain separate from me?
  • What do I notice in the space between us before words are spoken?
  • What happens in my body when I feel safe, open and connected to another person?
  • Where am I picking up the emotional atmosphere of a workplace or collective?
  • Which experiences of wordless connection have changed the way I understand love?

This October, try to sense your heart more and what you radiate into the world. Then, as you observe your outer realities, try to become available to meet others with the same availability you meet yourself.

This month is intense, but it needs to be. It asks for our elevation before the end of the year and it needs us to accelerate our inner coherence in all areas of life, starting with our own. The aim is not to love or to mind control, but to put yourself in that state that makes loving inevitable.

The energies of October in a nutshell

The Venus Retrograde season is accompanied in October by Mercury Retrograde in Scorpio. Even if they don’t meet directly in the retrograde, the Mercurial energies are strongly governed by what Venus is uncovering and dismantling. They will work hand in hand to release, release, release.

The New Moon in Libra (October 10th) will ask for accountability and maturity in the pursuit of relations as well as open, loving hearts who choose authenticity and generosity over ego-boosting, while the closing Full Moon in Taurus (October 26th) could bring full liberations and truth in both heart and money matters, clearing the way towards better, more heavenly love connections.

Until November breathes phoenixes into our lives, let October uncover what needs to become ashes before rebirth.

The year turns YIN-ward

The first burnt leaves signal the energy is shifting. Sincer the end of August, Eclipses have prepared us for shedding. The inner chambers now begin to slowly open as the day shrinks and the night prepares to take over nature and our emotional spaces.

We are gradually asked to loosen the grip on what we want to achieve and turn inward into how we can ground whatever we worked on for the past 6 months. Expansion is still possible, but it needs to take on a slower pace. We need to notice the changes we’ve gone through, the circles we got to experience, the ideas that we opened our mind to.

We can only do that if we now prepare for receiving and receptivity.

For us women, this means our season is starting. September is a threshold (in the Northern Hemisphere) as the direction of our soul changes. What has grown outward begins to ripen, what has ripened must be harvested, and what has been harvested must eventually be absorbed.

Thanks for reading Women are Healing. Women are Sovereign! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.

We are entering thus into the Yin-dominant part of the year which started March 21st. Yin is not passivity, or the absence of power. It is a different type of strategy and activity. Maybe this is why as per usual, the big Planets (Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto) are retrograding during the Yin season. They point towards the inner geographies we’ve met and conquered during spring and summer.

September is quite a month as it follows the energies of the Eclipses (mind it that Eclipses impact us 6 months forward), but it also includes the ending of Mars in Cancer (a very emotional position for the planet of action), 2 Lunations which are linked to significant moments of 2026 and the shadow season for Venus Retrograde which is going to be the highlight of ending 2026.

The threshold into the Yin-dominant half of the year is accompanied by the opening of one of the most psychologically revealing astrological passages of 2026: the Venus retrograde season through Scorpio and Libra.
Venus has already entered her pre-retrograde territory at the end of August, and it will move into Scorpio this week on September 10th, stationing retrograde on October 3rd and eventually returning to Libra, where she turns direct on November 13–14. Venus has not been Retrograde in Scorpio and Libra since 2018 (October-November).

September is therefore the prologue, the month in which the story introduces its characters, reveals its emotional landscape and quietly places on the table the questions that will accompany us throughout the autumn.

What begins now will not show its full meaning immediately. It will be incredibly hard for the impatient part in us to wait, discern, observe, test, say no, say yes, forgive, understand, release and then doing it all over again with another soul and another soul until we feel the void of our shadow.

So start creating your inner container now

September opens with a revealing contradiction: expectations may be high while available energy feels limited. The first days of the month bring tension between the desire to move forward and the reality of emotional, physical or practical constraints. You may know what you want to accomplish and still feel with the brakes on your movement forward. The energy will command a steadier rythm.

Choose wisely what is essential, make fewer promises with greater integrity, and conserve your energy on the most important activities and routines. Usually the body needs a couple of weeks of adjustment after the hyper-energy of the spring and summer.

The New Moon in Virgo on September 10th to 11th deepens this process by bringing attention to the systems through which your life is maintained: your routines, work patterns, physical environment, calendar, nutrition, responsibilities.

September 10th concentrates several changes into a single energetic portal: Venus enters Scorpio (in direct square with Pluto in Aquarius), Mercury enters Libra and Uranus begins its retrograde passage through Gemini. Desire becomes more private and uncompromising just as language becomes more relational, while the rapid changes, ideas and technological impulses of recent months begin to turn inward for review. Mercury in Libra can support therapeutic, respectful and solution-oriented conversations, yet it can also reveal how easily beautiful language is used to postpone a difficult truth. Uranus turning retrograde adds another level of inner revision, especially around information, attention, technology and the speed with which the mind moves from one possibility to another.

On September 10, Venus enters Scorpio and the atmosphere around love, attraction, money and value becomes deeper, more private and less willing to remain on the surface. Scorpio is not interested in the appearance of intimacy; it wants to know what happens when the performance ends, when the polished answer no longer satisfies, when desire exposes the places where we feel powerful and the places where we are afraid of being left, consumed, controlled or seen too completely.

Venus in Scorpio can intensify longing, sexuality, creativity and emotional perception, but her purpose is to reveal what is already charged.

She shows you where you are genuinely devoted and where you are merely attached, where an exchange is intimate and where it is entangled, where loyalty has depth and where it has become a reason to remain inside an arrangement that no longer respects your evolution. As Venus crosses into Scorpio, she confronts Chiron, opening tender questions around worthiness, embodiment, security and the right to have needs.

In relationships, this may be the beginning of a period in which hidden material rises closer to the surface: unmet needs, unspoken resentments, unequal emotional labor, fear of abandonment, jealousy, secrecy, sexual dissatisfaction, financial imbalance or the silent contracts through which two people maintain peace at the expense of intimacy.

For those who are single, Venus in Scorpio may bring encounters that awaken dormant desire or reveal how you relate to uncertainty. You may be drawn toward someone who feels mysterious, unavailable or transformative, and the temptation will be to fill what you do not know with psychic certainty.

For those already in a relationship, depth will require more than disclosure. It will require the capacity to hear what another person says without punishing them for having an interior life. Many people claim to want honesty but reward only the truths that confirm their preferred story. Scorpio asks whether your relationship is safe enough for complexity.

Pluto exposes the hidden bargain: what do you hope another person’s desire will repair, what are you willing to overlook in order to feel irreplaceable, and where might you be using sexuality, money, silence, competence, beauty or emotional availability to gain leverage rather than create connection?

During the coming retrograde season, you may also experience financial transformation, and reconsider what you charge, what you spend, what you own, what you share and what you have been trying to purchase emotionally through material choices. Some expenses are practical; others are attempts to regulate feeling. Some forms of generosity come from abundance; others are bids for loyalty, gratitude or indispensability. Some professional collaborations are equitable; others survive because one person has normalised giving more than the agreement actually requires.

Receiving money can activate many of the same wounds as receiving love.

On September 23rd, the Sun enters Libra and the autumn equinox unfolds.

The Yin season restores balance by returning attention to everything that outward movement has neglected. It brings you back to the body after months of living from the mind, to the home after constant external orientation.

The Full Moon in Aries on September 26 illuminates the other side of the Libra story: the self who wants to act, initiate and move according to her own desire.

As September unfolds, you do not need to withdraw from the world or place every decision on hold. You need a more conscious relationship with pace. Leave small spaces between activities. Delay responses when you can as to protect your inner schedule.

You can begin by choosing one area of your life—love, work, money, body, home or creativity—and examining the container you have created there.

The great movement of this season is from visible power to interior authority. The world may continue asking for speed, certainty and performance, yet the natural year is teaching another language: ripen, discern, gather, release, rest.

The light is turning inward, and you are invited to follow.

Until October, stay true to your heart. It’s gonna be INTENSE, but you need it to be like this!

xoxo,

From STEM. Dance and Neuroscience (2025) to DANS.ID (2026)

What Happens When the Body Becomes the Artist?

I have always been interested in the moment before we find words for an experience: the slight change in posture when we feel at ease, the instinct to move closer to something beautiful, the way a piece of music can seem to reach the body before it reaches the mind. We often speak about the body as though it carries us through life while our thoughts do the interpreting. Dance offers another possibility. It asks us to consider what the body already knows, and what becomes visible when we pay attention.

In 2025, our project STEM. Dance and Neuroscience brought dancers, engineers, psychologists, neurologists and arts researchers into a shared investigation. They were interested in what happens between a performer and an audience during live dance: how movement is perceived, how an artistic experience registers in the brain, and whether something of that encounter can be observed through scientific methods.

It was an ambitious undertaking in Romania, where dance and neuroscience have rarely been brought together in a sustained artistic research setting. Yet the most compelling aspect of the project was the spirit in which those disciplines met. Science could describe aspects of an experience without exhausting its meaning. Dance could give researchers a way to examine attention and emotion as they unfold in the presence of another person. Each discipline made the other more curious.

The research continued beyond that first pilot through a dedicated laboratory.

Now it is entering a different phase.

Its next chapter is called Dans.ID, an interactive digital installation conceived under the artistic direction of choreographer Sandra Mavhima with an interdisciplinary team. The project begins with a deceptively simple idea: our movements can become the source of an artwork. The body is no longer something we merely look at, study or ask to perform. It can influence an unfolding world of image and sound.

That shift matters. Much of our digital life asks us to present an identity that can be recognised at a glance. We choose an image, write a description, arrange ourselves into a version that will fit on a screen. Dans.ID approaches identity from another direction. What might emerge if a digital encounter began with the way you move, pause, respond or inhabit a space? Could technology make us more attentive to the particularity of a living person, rather than smoothing it away?

These are artistic questions as much as technological ones. The installation is being developed through experiments that bring movement, signals from the body and digital systems into conversation. Its team is still testing, learning and shaping the work. I am deliberately leaving the experience itself for them to reveal. Part of the pleasure of an encounter like this is arriving with enough knowledge to be intrigued, and enough openness to be surprised.

What feels new about Dans.ID in Romania is the path by which it has come into being. It grows from a research process that has moved through live performance, neuroscience and artistic experimentation toward a work the public will eventually enter. Instead of placing innovation behind the doors of a laboratory, the team is exploring how it might become an experience people can feel for themselves. The artistic and scientific work is grounded in Romania, while the questions it asks belong to a much wider conversation about embodiment and our increasingly digital lives.

I am especially drawn to the fact that the project begins with dance without asking anyone to be a dancer. Movement is often treated as a skill to master or an image to perfect. But the small movements of an ordinary day have their own intelligence. We turn, hesitate, reach, withdraw and find our balance again. Each gesture carries a trace of how we meet the world. An artwork that starts there makes room for people to encounter their own bodies with curiosity.

There is also something quietly hopeful in bringing this kind of work into public life. We need cultural experiences that give us space to sense and to wonder. Dance has always understood that knowledge can pass between people without a spoken explanation. Technology, used thoughtfully, may help us notice another dimension of that exchange.

STEM. Dance and Neuroscience began by asking what takes place when we witness a body in motion. Dans.ID carries that curiosity forward and invites us to imagine what may happen when our own movement becomes part of the work. The installation is still taking shape, and its full reveal will come later. For now, I want to leave you with the question that stays with me: if your body were allowed to make an artwork before your mind explained it, what might you discover?

August Eclipses: a midsummer night’s dream

Eclipsey
“you are the infinite, temporarily given a name”

As I’m writing this healing letter for August, we’ve entered in the (new) Eclipses season and stepped into the threshold of second part of 2026 changes. This year, Eclipses are a bit early in the game (the first pair of Eclipses were in February instead of spring and now, the 2nd pair comes in the middle of summer instead of autumn) which in my view signifies the incredible soul urge to…move us forward without waiting for our natural hesitations.

It’s been quite a year, darlings. I know you feel the same. For me, for you, for the world as a collective. It feels like these first 7 months were packed with all sorts of endings and new beginnings we were not able to fully understand or steer into our own lives. We were given glimpses in what lays ahead while abrupt endings made us question the path we’re on.

Eclipses have already started to show their power since July 29th, with the Full Moon in Aquarius announcing the unravelling of a new set of energies (fire & air) in our lives, individually and collectively. For the next 18 months, Aquarius will govern our soul urge, whether we want it or not. This is not an easy energy for the inflated or hurt ego. This is freedom from all ties and the path of becoming…nobody better than the other one.

Now we might feel extremely dizzy, foggy and confused after the Pisces journey since January 2025, but there is not time for rest. Work must be done for the collective.

How far can you go beyond the confines of your self?

Aquarius North Node will want us to:
  • uplift our own conscience to a higher level, and this also means the way we think and speak to ourselves and to others. Telepathy is also involved, yes.
  • free our soul from expectations and old patterns or be prepared to be taken out from ecosystems and circumstances who we don’t resonate with anymore.
  • reinvent the path we’re on (remember the energies you felt during February’s Eclipse and reflect on what was happening back then in your life)
    • model a new reality in work and career. Pisces-Virgos (also the axis of work and employment) have dismantled our professional egos with a purpose. The purpose is now revealed, Aquarius wants us to move forward, embrace technology and humanitarian pursuits, find new ways of expression in the world and offer our best selves to bigger causes. You need to answer a different type of call for adventure.
    • model another path in love or more precisely, to choose the right path in love. Some relationships will end because the attachment strategy and egos can no longer glue 2 souls who are only earning to be free again to grow. The relations that will be favoured are the ones ready to take it to the next level, with a leap of faith and courage like never before. True love is interdependence, the quality to grow with the other while being a witness to his/her ascension and evolution. Review my interview with Astrolov (here and below) to find our more on what’s expected in love from us.
    • model a new relation with our inner child but also with the children around us. What is the joy of life and how are you protecting the Divine childhood in you and around you?
  • cultivate courage instead of ego, and generosity instead of narcisist behaviours. It might start with you donating your free time to various causes or just plain generosity to the people that are less lucky than you. Find the role you need to have in the greater humanitarian vision.

The quality of time in August is quite intense…yes, I know you didn’t want to read this, but here we are and you know I’m honest. The Eclipses make this month a very important manifestation timeline for both what’s ended and also what’s beginning. But it’s just a timeframe we need to navigate with that unshakeable trust that life happens for us, and everything good is coming our way to hold us and teach us how to arrive in a better place.

Eclipses are pathways of acceleration and manifest a very unstable energy. Not even us, experienced astrologers can pinpoint exactly what will happen. We can see the general themes, yes, but the Eclipses are their own rulers. They always come in pairs and sometimes they speak with different energies, one is asking us to release and the other one to receive. Life is always like the sea tides, some things come and some things go.

The First Eclipse happens around August 12th and it’s a potent one as it is a total solar eclipse in the sign of Leo, close to the South Node in Leo. We currently have a huge concentration of Leo activation (Jupiter, Sun and South Node). This means there is a time for shake-ups and break-ups, but also for breakthroughs. The phenomenon will be visible in many areas in Europe, which also means European leaders might be under scrutiny and a possible change of leadership is in preparation. Watch out for Spain…I will not say more as this is not a message regarding global politics…

I am extremely positive about this Eclipse in Leo as this quietly marks the beginning of the 18 month soul journey in Aquarius-Leo nodes. So wherever you have 20-21 degree Leo (and Aquarius) in your birth chart (and progressive chart) and fixed sign placements (which mean Taurus, Scorpio), change is about to be accelerated in your life. Of course, we astrologers look at the entirety of the chart for predictions, but this is an essential glimpse in what the Eclipse energy might bring for you.

How you can take care of yourself during the Total Solar Eclipse.

1.Identify and release energetically and intentionally old patterns around visibility, self-worth, and creative expression. It’s about the ego release now, but also about identifying what’s true about your inner gifts to the world.

For the next 18 months, anything that’s true and valuable about you must be put in the service of greater causes, places, contexts, communities. You are ready to do this, and you are also requested to do this (by Saturn).

2.Eclipses are times when acceleration needs energy, it’s just like you see a rocket leaving for space. It needs the initial ignition to be powerful enough to rise. This means your energetic body is also releasing a lot of energy, and you need to be gentler with your resources during this time. Sleep more, go to fewer and less crowded places, spend time in nature (the sun and the sea are preferable right now), eat quality food (especially nutritious, fruits, citrus, honey, warm spices) and clean your energy as often as you can (with salt and long baths). Opt for gentler ways to move your body (walks, yoga, pilates, swimming). Maybe wear sun-kissed crystals like citrine, carnelian.

3.With Saturn retrograde stabilising and the Part of Fortune protecting the Solar Eclipse, expect plot twists with a BANG. And yes, you might be the plot twist in somebody else’s story. The project and career that you missed might come back. The trip that was cancelled might be happening after all. The soul urge to contribute to a creative endeavour is accelerated even more. Le coup the foudre relationship that was not in the cards at the beginning of this year might just be the thing that turns your life and routine upside down in an instance and you need to be brave to jump on the train even though the destination is not yet visible. Believe the best things are coming your way and put yourself in the energy of solar energy, happiness, love and generosity.

But there’s a trick here. And not everybody will see it. Saturn is Retrograde, which means the process requires a deep, inner work of maturity, responsibility and respect for the time it needs to unfold. So…listen to your inner authority, look beyond the flashy and decide what needs to be done.

This is not a time for the easy, this is a time for what’s needed. And you will be needed in places and spaces that are very different from what you might expect. Put yourself out there in the service of others and you will shine.

The 2nd Eclipse though is much more of a God-given closure. It wants to end the energies of the past 18 months that were defining the Axis Pisces-Virgo. Dismantling our inner structures and lives so that the next 18 months can create a new space inside our soul. The Eclipse is a partial lunar one, happening at around 4 degrees Pisces on August 28th, but standing right on top of one of the luckiest and most benefic fixed stars, Fomalhaut. You’ll be invited to leave behind a spiritual belief that confines you in a place your Soul doesn’t want to be anymore. And also…let an old dream die, your Soul wants new dreams now. The Eclipse is aspected positively by Chiron in Taurus and Mars in Cancer. A heart healing of some sorts will come your way, according to your own reality and context.

How you can take care of yourself during the Partial Lunar Eclipse.

1.Make a list or meditate on the past 18 months of your life. This is the time to understand the blessings you have received even in the toughest of the moments. It will feel like a soul release and also comforting for what’s closing. The energy is quite erratic and unpredictable as it involves both Mercury and Uranus speaking in a conversation of tension. Whatever closes now is a blessing and lets you enter the new phase of your life lighter. The Eclipse watched by Fomalhaut might give you a higher understanding of life and a better goal to reach for.

2.Try to eat less, I encourage you to even opt for total fasting during the day of the Eclipse. In this way, you make a clearer path towards the Divine and its messages for you. Go towards still water places. Release whatever grudges you might feel towards certain people in your life. Toxic feelings will only poison you.

Until September, my ladies, take care of your soul and heart.

Xoxo,

July and Jupiter in Leo: your heart will leave undeniable evidence

Brasil woman

It’s finally July and both the heart and the ego want to come forward. How do we meet with one another in this perfect storm between the 2 eras (the old and the new one) is really the question.

The answer, I think, is in the way we are open (or learn to) receive each other. You can’t meet the other with your mind only. You need to meet him/her with the heart.

And this is where most of the work for the next 13 months resides: the heart.

As I’m writing these lines, I am back in Bucharest, trying to settle my energy into the old matrix I call (my) life. After several weeks of intensity, I am finally resting in my own source (and sauce). I am leaving this week for an energetic camp (tibetan reiki), as a new threshold is upon me and the people I surround myself with or that are under my protection.

While on the verge of the final layer of change which will happen at the end of this month, we finally feel that long overdue processes and relations are now finding their much needed dissolution.

Until the Nodes of Destiny switch gear from Pisces-Virgo (the axis of work and healing and endings) to Aquarius-Leo (the axis of the heart and the higher consciousness) around July 29th, we are now charging our souls with the Jupiterian energy in Leo and processing the last structures of attachments with Mercury retrograde in Cancer.

A lot of heart opening energies while we also mourn for our old structures of feeling, perceiving, attaching or running (the famous runner-chaser pattern). And the healing will happen at the same time with the new doors opening ahead of us.

Jupiter in Leo opens up a different type of healing and growth.

For a long time, healing may have meant protecting the heart, softening the survival strategies, returning to the inner child, rebuilding trust, learning to belong to ourselves before belonging anywhere else. The heart was hidden within a strong sanctuary.

But now…hearts will need to be open again with courage and a higher level of consciousness from both parties involved: the feminine and masculine. Until July 25th, 2027, the rite of passage for the heart and the ego will bring forward themes of visibility, performance, creative identity, public influence, personal myth, but all in the service of the great collective.

In astrology, we tend to look at previous cycles to inform the next cycles with some sort of predictability. This time though, Jupiter in Leo arrives in a world that is very different from the world of 2014. The attention economy has matured. Leadership is no longer contained only in institutions; it moves through networks, communities, images, stories, movements, podcasts, newsletters, salons, retreats, classrooms, private rooms, boardrooms, online spaces, and the strange new intimacy of being known by people who may never meet us.

The energy of Jupiter in Leo can put you on the stage, but it cannot guarantee maturity. It can amplify charisma, but not necessarily integrity. It can increase confidence, but it can also inflate the ego. It can bring recognition, opportunity, applause, creative momentum, romance, joy, leadership, influence, and a more theatrical relationship with life.

This time, Jupiter in Leo is the transit of the heart’s education.

Any education starts with identifying the right objectives:

  • How radiant is your heart without depending on external validation?
  • What is true visibility for you and how can you ground it in real work and service?
  • What type of leadership do you exhude?
  • Can you shine while also supporting others shine?
  • What is your heart want?

“Vanity… Definitely, my favorite sin,” said Al Pacino, right after Keanu Reeves’ character starts buying into the idea that he is an un-defeatable attorney in the movie The Devil’s Advocate.

In its lowest manifestation, Leo is the sign of vanity, spectacle, pride, and self-importance. But at its highest level, Leo is the dignity of being alive. Leo is the solar principle inside the psyche: the power to radiate from one’s own center rather than borrow light from someone else’s approval. Leo is the courage to create. The courage to love openly. The courage to play. The courage to be generous. The courage to stand in front of others and offer something warm, vital, human, memorable.

Thanks for reading! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.

And Leo rules the heart. The Heart is an organising intelligence. It tells the body what matters. It brings rhythm to life. It gives direction to warmth. And Jupiter in Leo comes to widen these permissions.

For women, and especially for women who lead, create, guide, hold space, build businesses, steward communities, mentor others, raise children, protect families, organise teams, repair invisible fractures, and carry emotional knowledge across generations, this transit has a particular force.

As women, we have been taught, in subtle and obvious ways, to manage other people’s discomfort with our light.

We learned to say, “I am not ready yet,” when what we meant was, “I am afraid of what will change if I stop hiding.” Jupiter in Leo may bring the end of this postponement.

Now it’s the time for radiant women, not only competent and independent ones.

Some of you will experience Jupiter in Leo as public recognition. Others will experience it as creative rebirth. Some will fall in love again with their art, their body, their children, their leadership, their pleasure, their beauty, their laughter. Some will leave the backstage role they have occupied for years. Some will finally publish, teach, perform, speak, dance, launch, direct, mentor, or build the thing that has waited inside them. Some of you will stop hiding behind other people’s visions and begin to author their own.

Jupiter in Leo will expand your heart, but this expansion will be accompanied by sovereignty. The Leo archetype, when healthy, chooses.

Jupiter in Leo can bring forward a new generation of women leaders, or perhaps more accurately, women who were already leaders but had not fully come into view. This transit says: the hidden sovereign begins to appear.

The woman behind the system begins to be seen as the system’s heart.

The one who held the room begins to enter the room as herself. This is leadership as warmth with backbone, the ability to animate people toward meaning.

Traditional astrology reminds us that Jupiter is associated with wisdom, law, protection, teachers, priests, judges, benefactors, and the larger frameworks through which human life finds meaning. Psychological astrology reminds us that Jupiter describes the function of belief: where we expect life to support us, where we seek growth, where we overreach, where we find faith. Evolutionary astrology brings another dimension: Jupiter as the expansion of consciousness through experience, the call to move beyond the known horizon.

With Jupiter in Leo, the soul asks to participate in its own mythology. And your heart will leave an undeniable evidence.

For the next thirteen months, creativity is not only an artistic matter. It is a psychological and spiritual practice.

Creativity may mean writing, painting, dancing, filming, performing, designing, singing, acting, styling, teaching, building a brand, launching a podcast, creating a retreat, developing a methodology, founding a company, making a home beautiful, raising children with more freedom, shaping a team culture, building an educational program, creating rituals, telling family stories differently, turning knowledge into language, turning experience into mentorship.

Jupiter in Leo will ask us to make visible all our previous work of the heart and of healing.

In love, Jupiter in Leo can reopen the romantic imagination. It can bring warmth, desire, generosity, play, fertility, theatrical affection, and the courage to be adored. But it can also reveal where love is nothing but ego and foolish games. Some may attract dramatic relationships that mirror unhealed needs for attention. Some may feel the return of passion after a long emotional winter. Some may crave a love that celebrates them rather than merely depends on them.

In work and vocation, Jupiter in Leo can expand leadership, visibility, entrepreneurship, education, public roles, creative authority, and the desire to be recognised for one’s unique contribution. It supports those who are willing to put their name on their work. It favors personal methodologies, signature projects, bold positioning, artistic leadership, public speaking, teaching, storytelling, performance, and any work that requires confidence in one’s own creative center.

But again, Jupiter will demand wisdom. Overpromising is a Jupiter shadow. Expanding too fast without infrastructure is a Jupiter shadow.

In money and value, Jupiter in Leo can increase the desire to invest in beauty, pleasure, luxury, children, art, experiences, education, celebration, travel, visibility, and creative projects. It can bring financial growth through personal talent, leadership, entertainment, education, branding, performance, design, hospitality, and creative industries. But it can also bring excess spending, speculative risk, vanity investments, or the temptation to buy symbols of self-worth instead of building real self-worth.

In the body, Jupiter in Leo invites us back into embodied joy. Leo is linked symbolically with the heart and the spine, and the transit asks us to examine both: the emotional heart and the posture of dignity. This is a year to take the body out of punishment and into celebration.

In friendships and community, Jupiter in Leo brings a paradox that becomes especially important as the lunar nodes shift onto the Aquarius–Leo axis at the end of July. Leo wants to shine as an individual. Aquarius asks what the individual contributes to the collective. Leo says, “This is my heart.” Aquarius says, “How does your heart serve the future?”

This axis will become one of the defining evolutionary teachings of the next eighteen months. With the North Node moving into Aquarius and the South Node into Leo, with Pluto serving in Aquarius, the collective lesson is not to erase individuality, but to purify it.

With Jupiter opposing Pluto, the work of expansion is far from being soft and it brings the need for deep transformation of power, influence, wealth and leadership.

Practising receiving is also part of the story with Jupiter in Leo. Leo is a sign of generosity, but also of reception. So…be ready to play the dance of the heart and of authentic, solar joy.

July’s quality of time and how to process the energetic corridors ahead of us

1.Mercury will be retrograde in Crab until July 23rd-24th. It is one of the 3 stages of final release we get during 2026. The chance to let go of the past and of our past versions we can’t bring into the new era anymore. Past relationships, business contexts, behaviours, choices, a lower level of consciousness and of heart emission will not cross the line into the Aquarius driven energies. Use this time to make peace with yourself, with what you can no longer feel or choose, with your family and emotional hive. Declutter both externally and internally. July 14th New Moon in Crab (in conjunction with Mercury Retrograde in Crab) will accelerate the release and internal realisations.

2.Prepare for your BIG change of Destiny. The end of July brings the end of all endings and the new door we need to step through because our soul made a promise long ago. I will be back with a dedicated newsletter on the Aquarius-Leo energies, but for now just make sure the last structures that need releasing are on your mind but off your soul. July prepares us for the season of Eclipses which this year will happen in Mid-End of August. The lighter you come into the season, the more accelerated it will become for you.

3.The Aquarius Full Moon on July 29 brings the polarity into full illumination. The Moon in Aquarius is close to Pluto, while the Sun in Leo is close to Jupiter. This is a powerful, emotionally intense lunation. It can magnify the tension between personal desire and collective responsibility, between the need to be recognised and the need to belong, between creative sovereignty and social consequence. It may bring revelations around friendships, groups, audiences, organisations, communities, platforms, movements, or the power dynamics inside networks.

This is not a month to be static or balanced. This is a month of active releasing and courage to make space for the new. In our hearts, lives and relations.
Until August, I am sending you all my love!

All eyes on the future. Crossing the threshold towards the Aquarian Era

It had already been two and a half years since our first podcast together.
Back then… the themes of my life (and the energy I was living through) belonged to a completely different chapter.
Now… we found each other again, this time with our eyes much more on the future than on what we’re leaving behind.

I’ve never been interested in becoming a public figure, but somehow the people who love and believe in my work keep gently pushing me into the spotlight—lights, cameras, and all.
I truly hope this conversation, a more relaxed, yet perhaps even richer in substance, offers you guidance, clarity, and support as we cross the threshold between July and August and step into what I like to call “the new world.”

July brings a remarkable series of energetic shifts that will ripple through every practical area of our lives. We explore what they mean, how to work with them, and why this period matters more than it may first appear.

APRIL 2026: choose Via Negativa.

We’re here. We’ve made it! After the end of 2025 and quite a destructive sometimes, foggy start of 2026, we’ve reached the point of real, active beginnings.

The month of April is here (I know, it’s mid month this essay reaches you, but Mars in Aries is quite fresh in the energies), and it’s in these particular last 2 weeks anchored by the start of May that we have the full swing and support of all planets being direct and most of them being part of the most important Aries activation of the year (and probably of the decade ahead).

Thanks for reading! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.

I feel though like the pressure of April will dismantle any resistance we might still be having towards a chapter we’ve yet to uncover, unravel and co-design with the Universe. As much as I’m excited for me and you, at the same time I’m also a bit unsettled. Will we be able to extract what is important from the horizons we are being given?

This month and May also will bring all sorts of possibilities for us. But are they all things we need to grab? Do we have the interior space and ability to capture it all? The intelligence of noticing what matters most and what’s for us will help us make the difference between what’s ideally exciting and what’s truly possible.
Every time I feel like there’s too much around, I tend to dive in more within. I take the Via Negativa, that of simplicity through removal of the non-essential.

April is more about the signals than the full story.

“We cannot explain everything. We know more about what something is not than what something is. If there would have been no word for colour blue, it would still have existed in reality. It would only have been absent in linguistics. But since we don’t have a word for it, we couldn’t define or comprehend it. But we still could say what it is not. It is not orange. It’s not an elephant, etc. This method of knowledge is truer and more rigorous than positive knowledge.”

— Nassim Nicholas Taleb

Via negativa is according to certain philosophical and theological traditions, this almost counterintuitive process by which clarity is achieved through the patient removal of what obscures definition.
To see what something is, one must notice first what it isn’t.

The concept of via negativa originates in apophatic theology, the early Christian mystical traditions which sought to approach the divine by acknowledging that language, however subtle, however poetic, however rigorously constructed, inevitably introduces limitations upon what it attempts to describe, and therefore the most honest approach to ultimate reality consists not in multiplying descriptions but in refining negations: God is not finite, not confined, not reducible to categories that belong to the human imagination; and in this careful removal of conceptual boundaries, something vast begins to appear, not as an object but as a horizon.

Therefore what is it to be done with the energy of anything is possible, all at once, that we experience in this mighty April?

Curate your interiority and simplify your pursuits to the bare essentials.

You will not be able to be everywhere, everything to everyone, all the time. You are asked to be YOU. You are asked to identify that which brings you the most fulfilment, excitement and aliveness. To know who you are is now a bit less important than knowing who you aren’t. And to pinpoint this, you must start to … experience and interact with life and the possible.

The complexity and effervescence of this month is real. Staying grounded in your own truth is the key now. We will not notice the intervals between happenings, because yes…we will not have them.

Approaching the energies of April through the filter of via negativa means:
  • Choose simplicity over complexity. Remove the complications in any conversation, idea, interaction. Stop building layers of meaning just to get comfortable with decisions. Simplicity means the intelligence of knowing how to optimise your life, day by day.
  • Cultivate your inner knowing and rely on the truth of your most ardent desires. You can’t want all things in the same way, the intensity will vary.
  • Embark on a path to self-discovery, which might lead you to unknown and uncharted shores. Be comfortable with sudden changes, revelations, restrictions and redirections. Be open to re-routing, because not even the Universe knows exactly what it’s being created right now. Cultivate an attitude of experiment. Ask more questions than give answers or solutions. Those who will stay curious will navigate through this uncertainty with fewer hardships.
  • Refine your interaction with the external environments. To curate your external life needs inner simplicity and maturation. Seek the meaning, not the overdoing of things.
  • Find mirrors you can rely on. You are changing, therefore the energies around you will mirror this new inner dynamic. There will be changes in your own surroundings, friendships, business collaborations and emotional partnerships. It’s OK to experience them.
  • Life will refuse you where you need to be refused. Just pay attention.
  • Courage is the leap of faith required by the first step. Surround yourself with examples and models of people and situations that made it against all odds.
  • Space requires subtraction from being everywhere. Speak less. Explain less. Be less available for others and more present for you. Performative behaviour, often leading to victimhood and attention grabbing is not a good route now. Stability starts within you and continues with what you do based on your own forces now. As a good friend of mine says, the time for manifesting while meditating has ended. Now we must go to the pantry of the Universe and choose the ingredients we need to cook an original recipe. Via Negativa does not mean rejecting the world, but rather recalibrate how you engage with it. Refine your attention span and become more selective, intentional.
  • Any new endeavour needs pauses. For integration. Knowing when to do these pauses for integration will make the difference on the long term. Respect your inner, feminine rythm. It is of course easier to do this when you can simplify and reduce. Taking on a via negativa approach means you will be able to bring back the necessary intervals for breathing, understanding, changing, perfecting and…noticing.
  • Simplification never stops. Life now offers us too many options and distractions from the essential. Reducing each day to what’s needed to create one’s authentic path is and will be a long-term process.

Rising to the occasions now will be easier if we stop carrying layers of complexity. This almost ascetic way of looking at the world gives way to mental clarity and being able to essentialize. We’ve been trained to accumulate knowledge, experiences, relations, objectives met and life trophies. We’ve become manifestations of accumulations and complex architectures hiding our essence.

We don’t know what’s being created now. It is the first time in hundreds of years when we experience this energy of fire and air combined. And it is the first time we experience it on this level of consciousness. We can create anything. We can also destroy everything. Where will YOU find yourself & balance in this process?

The invisible, necessary work of family constellations

As I’m writing these lines, I’ve just ended my participation and contribution to yet another family constellations day event in Bucharest (this time, in the online format). I’ve read about this spiritual and energetic technique many years ago, then the first books of Bert Hellinger (and many other authors on the topic) reached me. Like a lot of you, I was first in front of the TV line for Another Self.

I searched then for years a proper facilitator for working with the energies of my family, but I could not reach the one person to create the right energetic space for this healing to happen.

Until one of my astro teachers, Barbara Bacauanu announced me and my astro classmates she was launching family constellations events in Bucharest.

I remember that day with accuracy in mind and heart, April 12th 2025. It feels like it was yesterday. My brother had just experienced a stroke and during the same week, I broke a bone in my left foot. For who knows the energetic medicine and intelligence of the body, I took on some of his burden and filtered his coming back to health through my body also. The left part of the body is linked to the right side of the brain and the emotions we inherit or create, thus being the gateway to the past and most of all, to releasing the past. I arrived with a broken leg to the event, and Barbara gave us the chance to extract a note with or without a number. We were supposed to work on 5 constellations that day. I extracted NO 1! As she told me later, she put the intention for the most urgent constellations to be chosen that day. And our family, me, my brother and a lot of the energies that were surrounding us screamed for attention. I KNEW IT, I felt it in all of my body that I was supposed to be there, broken bone and all, to work on behalf of my family and the pain that was too big and strong not to be heard or seen. And it was seen and it was released. As it should be.

12 months later, I’ve participated to 8 day family constellations events (in real life and online) and worked on behalf of me and my family, but also for my friends, for people I didn’t know and for the bigger field. The energy shift is extremely visible and the people I’ve recommended to join us are saying the same.

Whoever knows me closely, knows that I have little patience with spiritual by-passing mambo jumbo. I have seen too much and I’ve been disappointed many a times. A technique is either good or not for me and I see it very fast. Simplicity is key, don’t wait for ages to see if something is working for you and understand that everything you need and God dwells within you, as you.

A bit about family constellations

Family Constellations (also called systemic or family/systemic constellation therapy) is an experiential, usually group-based method that aims to surface hidden patterns in a person’s family or social system by arranging “representatives” in space and tracking what participants report feeling or sensing in those roles. It emerged in early-1990s Germany through the work of founder Bert Hellinger, drawing on elements of family systems approaches, psychodrama-like enactment, and a distinct “phenomenological” stance that emphasises attending to what unfolds in the room rather than analysing a client’s history in a conventional talk-therapy way. In research literature, Family Constellations is generally dated to early 1990s Germany, with later diffusion into multiple applied domains (family, health, organisations, conflict transformation).

I don’t know if you will ever find accurate research on the efficiency of this method. Because it works with the cuantic field. And because those funding research are not the right people to fund family constellations.

Over time, “constellations” diversified:

  • Organisational and structural constellations became popular in coaching and organisational development.
  • Transnational spread is documented ethnographically. For example, an ethnographic paper analysing workshops in Beijing and Oaxaca City argues the method functions as both a “technology of the self” and a “technology of the social,” reworking boundaries of self/other and moral narratives in context-specific ways.
  • In Mexico, anthropological work details how constellations blend imported therapeutic idioms with local cultural and spiritual frames.
How a session works and the core principles
me and Barbara Bacauanu, November 2025, working on my feminine lineage

In its classic workshop format, one participant (“the client”) brings a presenting issue. The facilitator invites group members to act as representatives for family members (or sometimes for abstract elements like “my anxiety,” “the symptom,” or “work”). Representatives are positioned in physical space. The facilitator then tracks the field reports—sensations, emotions, impulses to move—while making minimal interpretive claims in conventional psychological language.

The method is often taught through a small set of “orders” or guiding principles—frequently summarised as:

  • Belonging: everyone in the family system has a place; exclusions are said to reverberate.
  • Order/hierarchy: attention to generations and roles (e.g., parents before children), sometimes described as restoring dignity to what came first.
  • Balance of giving and taking: relational systems are thought to destabilise when reciprocity is severely disrupted.

In many trainings, the hallmark phenomenon is “representative” (or “surrogate”) perception: representatives claim to experience feelings or bodily states that correspond to the person/element they represent, despite not knowing them. Practitioner materials describe this as a tool for accessing system information.

The method is not standardised: “Family Constellations” can mean everything from a highly structured, consent-driven group process run by licensed clinicians to loosely run enactments in the personal-development marketplace. Second, the very features many people find powerful—group intensity, embodiment, symbolic role-play, authoritative ritual—are also the features that create risk when boundaries and aftercare are weak.

Here are my top recommendations for you to follow if you want to heal with family constellations and you are trying to find a good community or facilitator:
  1. First of all, set a couple of intentions more clearly. Write down in a journal why you want to open yourself to family constellations. A clear intention is extremely important if not CORE important to finding the right facilitator for you and the right field energy.
  2. Research a bit and make a list of facilitators. Try different approaches or methods if you want. I can say I went to a couple of NO-NOs until I found my current facilitator and I don’t want to leave for now. You will see, when the student is ready, the master appears – this is a true saying in constellations as well. Sometimes it takes a bit until you reach the place where you can work correctly for your soul.
  3. Start small, if you can find a smaller group to work with. Don’t go towards groups that are bigger than 20-25 people, you will have less opportunities to extract and play your theme, also the energies might be overwhelming if you are starting out now. I genuinely advise not to go for bigger groups unless your energy is cleaner, more stable and you are grounded in your life. I’ve noticed that good facilitator often work more closely and privately, so don’t follow the advertisement, it failed me every time.
Family constellations are probably close to Christian work, and this is not something odd as the creator of the technique was a priest himself.
  4. Stay always grounded, check the energy of the group and see if you receive answers and hints and feelings in the body. Wait for clues after a constellation, a conversation, messages, be aware and be present. Follow also the cycle of the constellation. I am still working, to this day, the themes revealed on April 12th 2025. I see how they unfold, evolve, move with practical changes in my life and the life of my family. See if things change to the better, if not, change the method or facilitator. Don’t waste time you don’t have. And have patience, the energy is working and changes can appear sometimes with a bit of a delay, but they appear.
  5. Try to feel more and think less. Family constellations work with the cuantic field information, that is yes, both mind and matter, but most of all, heart and soul. The family tree souls can only speak their truth if you allow heart to heart connection, that place where judgement and rationals are not prioritised. The work that you will be doing is subtle but extremely strong.
The thing with family constellations is that they will never be like psychotherapy. In traditional therapy, your soul speaks. But in family constellations, your family’s souls speak, and this is more powerful than you can even comprehend. What you work and release in family constellations, you will never ever do with traditional therapy. They will work nevertheless, in combination.
  6. You can bring any theme to a family constellation, from healing to having more money or meeting the love of your life. Don’t limit yourself, just ask guidance for any obstacle you might have. And you’ll see it’s almost all about somebody who was lost or unseen or unloved.
  7. Try to avoid the places where there are no rules for working with the energies or close the field properly. Look for a facilitator that knows and has the power to open the field, hold it correctly and close it with a humble, grateful heart. Search the one who embodies the talk and walks the walk. Who has healed. Who’s not living in the ego and publicity, but in the consciousness of the heart field and has a balanced, grounded life outside the work. You don’t need a facilitator who thinks they are Mesia, you need someone wise and heart-centred who knows that constellations are a gift of God for us and that the voices of the departed are those we need to honour most. And we can do them only if we are humble enough to kneel to the incredible power of our family trees and of God.
  8. No matter the themes you need to work in your life, offer your energy and time to supporting others as well. In time, you will see that you will change your intentions towards being of service more than being served. And this is great, it’s an evolution.
  9. MOST IMPORTANTLY: if you mock or judge this practice, stay away. There are a lot of people who want to work with the soul intelligence and want to heal. I see so many painful stories, limits, wounds, desperation, loss and extreme faith that within our community, answers will be given and souls will be heart. Stay on your lane and do us all (others) a favour. From my experience though, those who reject healing practices like this on the basis that they ar pseudo-science, those are the ones who need healing the most.
Life is not matter, it is magic under the form of matter, both visible and invisible. And just like I say with astrology, family constellations exist because they need to exist as a practice. They are from God and they are magical. And they don’t need you to believe in the efficiency of the technique. They will exist with or without you anyway.
Maybe be greatest gift of all from family constellations after practicing them, is this one: every time you live your truth, you free an ancestor who was forced to hide their’s.

If you want to experience and most of all, work with us, you’re kindly invited to join us at Scoala de Stiinte Spirituale (School of Spiritual Sciences) by Barbara Bacauanu. The full calendar for next sessions (live and online) is here.

HER era. Sovereign feminine is rising.

Yes, I know, it’s been a very long time almost 2 months. Again, I broke my promise to write every week. But you see…life had other plans for me and I obeyed, sat quietly under her field of disruption and worked my way through the hardships. It’s been…a tough time with lots of meaningful leavings and sorrow, but about that in another, future message. And I know…the title of this healing letter seems extremely far from the realities of the world today. But hear me out!

As I’m writing these lines, I see we’re living in yet another war zone timelapse. The year of the fire horse has almost completely plugged in its energies (March 3rd will be the last day of the transition) and we’ve managed, as a collective to blow out in seconds, 100 little innocent girls in a school in the Middle East. It seems like this is never going to end and many of you reached out these past days to ask me where is the world going. Well…my loves…the dismantling is in the midst of it. But there is a lot of hope as well. It’s not about what’s happening, it’s about what’s being created as a response.

It’s a full on reset. Even though it feels like it’s more like a burn out from both ends.

You are now starting to sense the right to exist and be your unapologetically you. This Saturn & Neptune conjunction in Aries requires us to break all of our old soul contracts. This is why people are leaving our lives, why we are loosing money, relations, health, why we feel energetically depleted, can’t seem to see the road ahead. Old programs and paradigms are being extracted from our destinies. It’s not an easy process, but it’s a necessary one. And it’s going to unfold, no matter our resistances.

Now we’re experiencing: an initiation, a differentiation, an evolution, a rewiring or as we say in astrology, the conjunction of the rebirth.

You’ll learn to stop abandoning yourself and other energies around you will destabilise because they were feeding off of you and they were connected to something you are now releasing. They can’t control you anymore and your growth as a sovereign feminine might be seen as a threat.

We’re still in the space between the branches, because the last parts of the Pisces energy is being released with the Total Lunar eclipse in Pisces and Uranus moving through its last degrees in Taurus. The contrast between what’s ending and what’s beginning is quite stark.
How you experience yourself now is changing and you will no longer seek external validation to direct your journey or regulate your path. It’s a totally new 36 year cycle and it has already started last year. You will not be accessed by others in the same way like before and they will be…my dear…pissed off.
It’s a time to see the new YOU with new eyes. And you will see whatever around you destabilises now that you’ve grown.

The core feminine qualities like empathy, intuition, receptivity, emotional intelligence, connection, understanding, trust are being rewired now, far from their distorted, victim-based frequencies.

What you are guided towards is feminine power of expression.

And as we step into this new energy, men will need to adapt, readjust and rise in the same lane and rhythm. They need to do the same work on themselves, at the same time. The Universe as it is now coded works only on balance, so both energies are meant to reborn at the same time.

The dreams without Godly pursuits are now dissolved. Your right to exist and manifest your Godly nature is now reinforced. In the end, no matter how many religions and spiritual practices there are on Earth, the same truth is stemming from all: we are God’s manifestation and embodiment into this world. He who is both feminine and masculine experiences life through our good and bad deeds into a constant pursuit not for perfection, but for balance.

As a sovereign woman, you will need to step away from the energies that want to dim your light.

Some of my predictions and guidance for the next years starting now:

  • Cut and prune outdated relations and relational patters. Challenge attachments, victimhood, annihilation of the self and self destruction. You don’t need these anymore. Be honest with yourself and start within yourself. There’s a massive scaling and reset needing your contribution. So do your work consciously.
  • Stand as yourself in any circumstance, and afirm your inner needs. Not to dim others, but to put your own mission at work with responsibility and clear intentions.
  • You will be challenged by the external environment during these next years. Sometimes if not many times, brutally criticised or attacked with words, opinions, projections and expectation, etc. It’s your job to see where you end and they begin and what they actually mirror from within your own self. We don’t learn courage in balance, we learn courage in the midst of the world falling apart.
  • You will need to be in the centre and you will be vulnerable. You will see more clearly where you are still energetically weak, what you are still absorbing from others and where you betray your accurate intuition.
  • You will not be able to not see the patterns of struggle and lies in others. The truth is that you will not want those within yourself, thus you will not override them in others. Rejection of old structured will mean your life and external cycle will look different.
  • You will need to own your shadow, you will be responsible for the energies that you bring to a space or place or relation. Unless you want to experience the karma right away, you will work on yourself more applied.
  • You will need to stop interacting with those who gossip or bad mouth others. One who does it with somebody else will do it with you as well. Whatever you choose, this will be rewarded, so choose well.
  • You will need to say yes to life experiences and invitations more than you will say maybe.
  • You will refuse to live below your real potential.
  • You will no longer carry other people’s drama and narratives. You will see how we will split in two large realities. The people caught up in the inferior drama and realm, and those spiking for greater, brighter horizons. The difference will be felt energetically on all levels of mind, heart, body and yes…consciousness.
  • You will be asked to step up and put your gifts to work for many years to come in the service of the Planet and her quantum field. No more excuses, NOW it’s time to stand up and most of all give back.
  • Grow stronger in your will, your manifestation, your choices, your embodiment, your life. Grow! Remain steady within your centre and yes…redefine your center!

The energetic shift is quite strong this time. I don’t care if you believe or not in the quantic field or any of the energetic theories, you will FEEL this.

It’s time you re-integrate all your facets and soul parts within ONE united SELF. And not everybody will be able to travel with you in the next Era, the energies will just be different and entanglements will dissolve completely.

Exist without apology as you are God’s creation and you received the right to exist. Exist as you have full authority over your destiny. And you will be asked to be responsible for yourself now than ever before. Understand and practice this daily and you will be untouchable.

The healed feminine rising into sovereignty has just begun. No longer naive, but spiritually connected and firm. No longer explaining herself, just leading and embodying. Not competing, but lighting the only possible path, that of love.

We are all, women, called to step up the ladder into this brand new next level. Our multi-dimensionality will need to reintegrate into one unbreakable piece.

You haven’t met the new YOU yet. But don’t forget the mantra for the next 36 years: You’re in it to WIN it!

Claim the inevitable YOU. The year of ONE.

As I am writing these lines, the New Year according to the imposed general calendar has started. But I can’t say I feel it.

The new yearly energy has not unfolded, nor is it wise for us to think that the new chapter in our lives has started.

Whenever I learn new things, I try to explain them logically and test them out. If it doesn’t work for me, I can’t share them with anyone else.

Since I’ve been more intentional with my healer path, I’ve managed to start working with daily energies according to the Planetary rulership (yes, Monday is the worst day to start the week ahead with 100 meetings, while the best day to start a new cycle is Sunday) and I am happy to say that Nature’s rhythm comes first. And Nature says…NOT YET!

Do you feel like we’ve started the New Year? NO.

It took me years to smash the imposed systems of beliefs and return to the common sense we are all encompassing. That is: intuition and connection to mother Nature. And Nature is the best at showing us there are still things, places, people, relationships, versions of us we need to shed before the warmth and promise of Spring reveals the energies of what’s next in store for us.

We are still experiencing the Year of 9 | The Year of the Snake.
What or who left? What did you shed? How are you now different?
But we are slowly preparing for a brand New Year, the one of the Fire Horse.

I am not a practitioner of Chinese astrology (yet), but I study it with my teachers as Asian wisdom and healing practices as top in my life.

In Chinese calendrical practice there are actually two commonly used “doors” into the new year’s current: the widely celebrated Lunar New Year (which in 2026 falls on February 17, 2026) and the solar-term threshold Li Chun (“Beginning of Spring”), used in many Chinese metaphysics schools as the seasonal reset, which lands around February 4-7, 2026.

2026 does not promise ease, but it offers aliveness.

What changes with the Fire Horse Year is not only speed but also temperature: the atmosphere becomes more combustible, more responsive, more unwilling to be managed by careful narratives, and if 2025’s Snake energy has tended to teach through hidden corridors (a quiet recalibration, private shedding, the slow intelligence of endings), then 2026 steps into our rooms asking not “what do you know?” but “what will you do with what you are?”

This is a year that “charges forward” with intensity and bold opportunities, a year in which systems can shake and momentum can build; yet the healing invitation is to remember that momentum is not the same as whiplash, and fire is not the same as destruction unless we refuse to tend it.

The Horse is movement made symbol, a creature that does not negotiate with stagnation, and when paired with the Fire element, it can feel like life itself is urging us to stop living in the waiting room, to leave behind the polite half-decisions, to stop calling postponement “prudence,” and to return to the kind of courage that is inevitable, that comes from finally being more loyal to your inner truth than to the comfort of staying legible to everyone else.

But we will need steadier steps than before. Not caution, but compassion towards the inner wheel that guides us intentionally towards the new chapter that this year starts in us and around us.

This year, what we think and say will manifest swiftly. The Fire Horse amplifies at speed. The fire element is the one that closes the gap between intention and materiality. So be careful with what you release into the world, it might reflect into being sooner that you might expect. The good, but also the bad.

Autonomy, impulse, freedom, ambition, courage, initiative. But from a devotional place of inner authority and alignment between spirit, soul, body and mind. This year, the purification of the world starts within each of us. The most luminous use of this energy is not to gallop away from caring, intimacy or responsibility, but to gallop toward the one life that is actually yours.

The medicine of 2026 can be as simple as this: you cannot be healed by the life and inner truth you do not claim.

The year asks for motion, but not frantic motion; it asks for the kind of movement that has direction, that is born when you start letting your choices be imperfect, embodied, and real.

It can be an extraordinary year for visibility, for projects that were incubating in the dark suddenly wanting daylight, relationships refusing ambiguity, careers pushing for a bolder articulation of value, and it can also be a year of heat in the nervous system, where the temptation is to rush and increase your adrenaline.

Contrary to what you might expect, this is a year for the feminine. The feminine that rises and claims its manifestation and truth with positivity and strength.

Choose pacing as a spiritual practice, choose rest as a way to keep your fire clean, choose clarity as a series of coherent actions repeated until your life begins to show you clarity. There is a wild tenderness in this year, though it rarely gets described that way.

2026 may also ask us to rewrite the false binary between independence and belonging: to be free without being avoidant, to be sovereign without being isolated, to be passionate without burning bridges simply to prove you can.

This year can teach you the deeper kind of power: the ability to choose one direction and stay with it long enough for your life to change shape.

ENERGY GUIDANCE FOR THIS FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY

We are now experiencing a threshold between the old and the new. The energies of the old are sinking below the Full Moon in Crab (3rd of January) in opposition with a unique configuration of Sun-Mars-Venus in Capricorn, supported by Jupiter retrograde in Cancer and activated by Chiron in Aries. The coordinator of this Full (Wolf) Moon is the Moon herself, so all you Crab placements out there … you will FEEL it. We are ready to begin, yet there are still things we need to shed. A beginning of the year that asks us to first ground ourselves in authenticity and the courage to admit the real path we need to be on. The energies will be felt differently by all of you, regarding how the sky activates your own natal chart (or soul chart). Take care of your health, stomach, sleep patterns, and relationships with those loved ones. You might have 1000 plans to unfold, but it is not the right time yet. Think of this Full Moon as a rush of release for the old to quietly leave your life. Things dealing with parents and family might arise during this Full Moon in Crab. Some of the personal planets involved now in the planetary activation are what we astrologers call “out of bounds”, so there might be an erratic energy around and solutions to problems from a different, extraordinary angle.

Then, the energies will swiftly leave space for this unique (and quite rare) alignment of planets in Capricorn at exact 18 degrees, culminating with a Full On Grand Cardinal Cross on January 10th. Depending on where this activation is placed in your chart, you might need to get on with starting something new and quite suddenly. Under the influence of the Great Enhancer Jupiter in Crab and the Universal Healer Chiron in Aries, you will not be able to hide anymore under the same shell which protected you until now. Just as the crab does, the old shell will become too small for what you’ve grown into and you will put it aside in an attempt that will show both courage and vulnerability.

Lovely beings, take care of your energy and heart!
Until next time,
Blessings!
