Training season ANEW

blonde woman sitting in nature

As I am writing this week’s healing letter…I am preparing to leave country soon, for a couple of weeks. I will keep you posted on the shenanigans, but for the time being…slow and silent is what I need. My mind has been racing for the past 5 months at an incredible speed. Like all of you beloved women, between taking care of our lives, our loved ones and facing unpredictability, for me the beginning of 2025 brought a lot. I now need to recharge, refocus, get inspired again. But I do want to leave you with the weekly message you can use for inspiration, guidance or just to unwind.

This one is a bit longer because…well, Saturn made me do it. 🙂

This week and particularly today made me think more of this transit we are experiencing until 2028. SATURN IN ARIES. But you know me, I want to be less astro-technical and more grounded, as this is a shared agora and with it, the need for a common understanding is needed. So what is it all about?

There are moments when life rearranges our soul furniture.

It might not start with radical happenings, but soon enough the atmosphere will seem radically different. A room once familiar becomes strange, dismantled. The same chair now faces a different wall. The sun hits your skin through another window. You sense that you’re being asked to sit differently in your own life.

That’s what this time under Saturn in Aries is. A slow rearrangement. Not of things, but of self. You must walk slowly now. This is an initiation.

A new cycle has begun this week. A beginning without a grand entrance, but with a firm, resounding question: Are you ready to mould your new becoming? Saturn has entered the first sign of the zodiac. And that means: we begin again. Or we begin consciously something we have never really mastered. As Saturn needs approximately 28 years to visit the entire zodiac, some of you might experience this energy for the first time in your life.

It’s not the age of decoration. It’s not about how your life looks, but how it feels on the inside. Aries is the first gate. The I AM. The spark that begins the flame. And Saturn brings time, form, and pressure. Together, they ask us: What do you do with your raw will when no one is watching?

But beginnings are never innocent. They come with ghosts. With memory. With choices unmade. With responsibility we don’t feel like taking on.
We begin again, yes, but not as beginners. We begin as those who have seen enough to know that action has consequence, that impulse has weight, that every time we rise, we leave behind a trail. Someone watched us love. Someone felt us leave. Someone still carries our absence.

We are asked to hold the fire within. To learn how to keep the flame burning and turn it into shapes and forms we use in our lives. For each of us, this energy will activate certain domains in our lives and will make aspects with our birth astral DNA.

This transit which happens until spring of 2028 is not a time of theory. It is a time of practice. And practice. And practice. Until patience is learnt and surpassed completely, being integrated fully.

The energy that is now settling over us demands embodiment. Presence. Decisions made not in notebooks, but in movement, decisions, action. And to learn that starting means nothing without a firm plan that continues and grounds that idea into fulfilment. Fire doesn’t ask you to understand it. It asks you to respond to it. To let it shape your will.

Saturn in Aries is about holding fire with maturity and dedication, commitment in everything. It’s not the spark of youth, but the discipline of knowing when to ignite and when to pause.

This is the time when impulse meets consequence.

And there is no manual for this. There is no map. Because Aries is the territory before maps. The place before the lines were drawn. The raw, unclaimed field.

We are learning to build a self in a space that we haven’t measured.

The energy is an invisible architecture of impact

Saturn teaches an important thing: everything matters. Every choice. Every refusal. Every inaction. Every time we say yes too fast. Every time we say no out of fear. Every promise made and not kept. Every act of courage that no one clapped for. Every act of harm we never knew we caused with our aggression.

Because action has a shadow.

For the next 2 years and a half (my math is OK, these is a period of time Saturn will slip back into Pisces during these years), we will have to face the responsibility of being an authentic self in the world. Not a concept. Not an avatar. A soul. A body. A voice. A human IP, as my friend Oana says.

We will experience the paradox of real maturity. To keep choosing even without certainty. To live life knowing that your movement will ripple. That someone may misunderstand you. That someone may never forget you.
But you must still become.
Sometimes we might feel like our desires are denied. Not to suppress the self, but to temper it. To forge it into something that doesn’t just burn brightly for a moment, but becomes a long lasting flame.
This is not a time of swift rewards. It is the apprenticeship of restraint. Of deeper self-trust. The realisation that what we want is only as good as the ground we build it on.

Wanting is easy. Standing for that want, every day, with integrity, that’s where the true path starts.

You will feel the edges of your ego. You will watch how quickly you want to react. This will be the initiation of the wise warrior.

This moment asks something uncomfortable from us: to take full responsibility for our own becoming.
To carry the weight of one’s own life is the most intimate form of freedom.

This is a slow transit. It instructs. It disciplines. And if you let it, it dignifies. You will feel resistance. You will meet old wounds disguised as urgency. You will be asked to choose: Am I reacting, or am I responding? Am I performing, or am I building? Am I doing this for approval, or from alignment?

You must walk slowly now. This is an initiation. That’s the self Saturn wants to sculpt: your core architecture of consequence. And you will build it inward.

Imagine standing in a room filled only with light. You are not lit from above. You are immersed in it. Dissolved. You experience a new sense of space, perception and understanding. Under this transit, you can feel like you will start occupying yourself for the first time with more accountability and awareness.

You will get to start over if you’re willing to do the work differently.

Everything will feel like training. And training means mistakes. It means discomfort. It means finding yourself in old patterns and saying, “Not this time.” And when you fail, which you will, it means standing up and starting again in another way. This is the time for radical accountability.

As always, here are some of my prompts I use for this energy, maybe they will help you make the most of it also:

  • Where in my life am I acting from impulse instead of focused intention?
  • What am I building with my actions?
  • Do I know the difference between a true “yes” and a performative one?
  • What personal boundary have I avoided enforcing out of fear of losing approval?
  • Where have I confused self-expression with emotional reactivity?
  • What part of me wants to lead and is it ready to carry the responsibility that comes with that?
  • Am I willing to do something slowly and consistently, even if no one validates it for the time being?
  • Where am I still looking for someone else to give me permission to begin?
  • What does courage look like in my life right now?
  • What do I want to be known for even by those who never meet me?
  • In what ways am I still performing instead of living?
  • Am I willing to sit in discomfort long enough for something real to emerge?
  • Can I be honest enough to let this transit shape me, not just challenge me?
What to watch closely during this transit
  • This energy may amplify tension headaches, especially those related to stress, eye strain, or suppressed anger. Hydrate and follow regular sleep cycles. Daily magnesium supplementation (but do your blood work and consult with your MD). Be more mindful of your screen time and use blue light filters. Learn and practice daily jaw release and scalp massage.
  • We might also encounter problems with our sympathetic nervous system. We need to understand that the “go-go-go” mentality keeps the body in a constant state of stress. And if you don’t learn the importance of relaxation, Saturn will teach you (by stopping you). Opt for adaptogens like Ashwagandha, Rhodiola. Make a habit out of pranayama (daily breath work) or yoga nidra for nervous system repair. Create boundaries between output and recovery. Reduce caffeine intake; you will be demanded sustainable energy, not spikes and you do need a qualitative rest, so take your caffeine before 1-2 PM daily. Try once and again a facial lymphatic drainage massage.
  • Identify the true emotional and psychological root of inflammation or fatigue. Suppressed rage in women as they are constantly conditioned to be nice. Fear of asserting boundaries, shame around ambition or desire, disconnection from instinct. Try somatic practices that build integrity and identity: martial arts, primal movement, anger release rituals.

The Saturnian healing principle during this transit is simple: DISCIPLINE OVER IMPULSE | DRAMA. Health will come from behaviours that are integrated in your daily life, not from 3-day detoxes in expensive places. Healing will also require patience. I have a principle: you can’t heal in a day what you’ve destroyed for years. You must learn the pain and discipline of respecting your body and your soul.

Remember: the body never lies. It speaks for the parts of you that haven’t found or used words yet.
The father wound might take center stage during this time.

Under Saturn in Aries, we are dealing with the architecture of identity. And in that structure, the earliest scaffolding often came from one place: authority. Particularly, our relationship with the father, biological, symbolic, or societal.

This transit will bring us face-to-face with:

  • The voice we internalised in childhood (“Don’t speak. Be strong. Don’t cry.”)
  • The inherited narrative about what it means to lead, to act, to be respected
  • The unhealed grief around absent, authoritarian, or emotionally distant fathers
  • The patterns we’ve developed to either rebel against or replicate authority

In medical astrology, Saturn relates to the skeletal system. Symbolically, it’s the framework we grow around. And many of us still carry frozen anger, shame, or fear in their bones, quite literally, stemming from a father who didn’t see them, protect them, or allow them to be fully expressive with full on wings.

So…what better time to heal your authority | father wound.

A resource I am recommending is Susan Schwartz “The absent father effect on daughters”. It investigates the impact of absent – physically or emotionally – and inadequate fathers on the lives and psyches of their daughters through the perspective of Jungian analytical psychology. This book tells the stories of daughters who describe the insecurity of self, the splintering and disintegration of the personality, and the silencing of voice.

Saturn in Aries will teach you can be your own authority now.

You can protect your truth.
You can validate your choices.
You can honour your instincts.

You will stop outsourcing your power.
You will stop waiting to be chosen.
You will start building from the inside out.

What if the wall is the doorway?

WAH Bali 2024

As I’m writing this message…the New Moon in Gemini is in full swing. For me it means a beautiful chart formation that hopefully I will be able to activate and grow over the next 6 months to 1 year. But it also means mental stress and an overly anxious brain that is less patient and more restless now.

Blaming it on the Gemini New Moon? Never…

These days though are showing us, whether we want | like it or not, where the mental work needs to begin. Where it needs to become a more dedicated practice. Where we need to take control of the thoughts, words, patterns we so easily absorb through family, society or just pure ignorance.

It might feel like a wall we are hitting. But what if that wall is actually the doorway?

There are lunations that whisper, and others that strike a tuning fork within our psyche. Today’s New Moon in Gemini is one such moment. And it is very visible, as Gemini are ruled by the daily Mercury.

This is a celestial tuning of the mental body to a new octave of consciousness. A moment of something we need to start learning (or relearning). These days it will be less about certainty and more about perspectives and new portals of understanding.

As a Gemini Soul Destiny holder, I usually think of the twins as mirrors functioning in supreme harmony with our inner and outer reflections. Geminis are masters of reflections. Whatever we are, crave to be or resent, they will mirror and embody it so relentlessly that hiding would be impossible.

The Gemini archetype is where the self first sees its reflection in another, in language, in gesture, in symbol, then returns to do the inner work.

Geminis mirroring is about interaction. In every conversation, every mimicry, every attempt to articulate the inexpressible, Gemini learns who it is becoming.

The Twins are not split; they are iterative. Each twin reflects and refracts the other, discovering nuance.

This New Moon offers us such a mirror. It invites us into a sacred process of mirroring that is both embodied and mental. It is not enough to think differently; we are being called to listen differently, speak differently, and above all see ourselves as refracted through the lens of others.

There is a celestial mathematics of the energy of the Sky. Always. This week also.

Whether we take the time to do the work, the energy is still here, active, directing us.

Here are some prompts to use this week considering the aspects of the New Moon in Gemini and its geometry.

  1. Go deeper into the realms of the mind. This New Moon is like a double shot of Gemini, which makes it 4 Geminis. What is hidden there and needs to come out? This is a good time to begin the detoxifying of the mind and the relations you have and mirror who you are. Or do they? Start with some somatic realigning: the famous (and easy) 4-6-8 breathing. Breathe in on 4 counts, hold for 6 counts, breathe out for 8. After 10 repetitions of this cycle, mind clutter will decompress and thoughts will rearrange into cleaner shelves.
  2. How can you start a mind inquiry process for the next months? Pluto aspects this New Moon in a bigger planetary formation and asks us to think bigger, with a perspective. Pluto is already retrograde, so the process is even more introspective and inward oriented. Look for that psychological depth and ask yourself more: What do I believe because I was told, and what have I discovered through lived inquiry? There’s a detoxification of inherited thought patterns, especially those internalised through unconscious mimicry.
  3. Whatever your mind births now, it needs to materialise according to a solid plan. This is where Saturn comes in and asks us not only for patience, but also for understanding that this moment is a seed that needs to evolve through input and stable work, a plan that you and only you need to put together. Make structure out of instinct and idea. The mirrored self is responsible for its reflection. This is an invitation to commit to your inner student. You are not supposed to know yet. You are supposed to explore, fail, reframe, and try again.
  4. This is a very intuitive New Moon. Neptune, the master of illusion and delusion is active and fully charged. This ain’t no word or communication lunation. This is a word frequency lunation. Listen more than what you actually hear, there is a meaning that needs to be uncovered.

The entire celestial configuration indicates toward experiential learning, that teaches through trial, response, and adaptation. Over the next several months, this geometry suggests we will be learning not from static truths, but from the mutable flow of interaction, conversation, and inner questioning. It’s fire and air, none the less.

The Gemini archetype thrives on questions: What is this? Why does it matter? Who said so? Why should it mean something for me directly? Yet in our digital age, curiosity is often commodified into distraction, endless scrolling and fake news. A Gemini can change their clothes, job, love life, or residence as swiftly as they change their mind, highlighting their restless and ever-evolving nature. This duality is not indicative of deceit but rather a reflection of their multifaceted personalities and insatiable curiosity.

This New Moon asks us to reclaim curiosity as a sacred act. A quiet devotion to meaning-making.

So…

  • expect for the next months a surge in relational and cognitive mirroring. People around you may act as catalysts, sometimes helpful, sometimes triggering. Stay curious about your reactions; they are teachers in disguise. Open-ended pathways, are you ready to embrace them?
  • Old thought-forms, especially collective beliefs or ideological frameworks that no longer serve your soul’s path, may begin to disintegrate. Let them. This is a moment of clearing the mental field, detoxing from borrowed truths to make room for authentic understanding.
  • Use this time window to write, teach, speak, mentor, communicate, learn something new or just listen more to the people around you. Detox your language, notice your habitual expressions. Which phrases, idioms, or thought patterns are inherited rather than chosen? Begin editing your inner monologue.
  • Literally look in the mirror. Speak to yourself out loud. Observe what emerges. This is you witnessing you.
  • Join or initiate a learning group where exchange is based more on curiosity. Choose one person each day to listen to without interruption, correction, or agenda.

Under this Gemini New Moon, our consciousness is invited to split into multiplicities.

We are all mirrors now. And what is the obstacles you are now facing are just the doorway?

Until next time, thank you!

Know thyself to know your travels

blonde woman in the jungle in the sun

As with everything else important in our life, travelling is another way of not only expansion, but most of all self-awareness, acceptance, healing and discovery of our inner potential and imposed limitations.

We are all on our own journeys. Most of us are travelling only in our heads though.

According to the latest World Tourism Barometer from UN Tourism, an estimated 1.4 billion tourists travelled internationally in 2024, indicating a virtual recovery (99%) of pre-pandemic levels. But there are 8.2 billion human beings on the planet currently. A simple math exercise would indicate that 73% of the world population stays at home (and let’s remember still many don’t a home either).

The numbers might be estimated, but the reality is not far from me saying: YOU ARE THE LUCKY ONES in this statistics. Be it you are moving around with you family, job or just having enough money to see the world, an incredible large part of the world’s population will not see the world beyond their hometown or home country, not even once in their lives. Due to live options, fears, customs and traditions, but most of all, due to lack of financial means and time.

Apply this 17% on your own family, let’s say of 7 people (4 grandparents, 2 parents and yourself). Yes, you might or might not be the only one who will travel in your entire family.

Very few (almost none) of my family members have traveled to date. My parents have never left the country. In my close family, I am definitely the lucky one who gets to see faraway continents and islands and people and customs. Who gets to open her heart more to the differences between people and cultures, while returning to the gratefulness of being part of a (still) free land. I started travelling in 2008 (those were the days of the city breaks and short-carriers’ deals) and I never stopped. My natal chart is definitely showing I was (and still am) a traveler across worlds and oceans, and I embrace this as my most wonderful expression of the love I have for this incarnation.

Traveling is an expansion technique for the soul, the mind, the body. But it is rarely accessible to the ordinary man and woman. It is the commodity of the rich, privileged, open-minded, but most of all, the lucky.

Having these simple numbers in mind, I can’t un-see the fact that we, the 17% are so lucky. So…as with any other thing we are granted access to, it also comes with great responsibility, whether we like it or not.

And this leads me to greater depths of today’s healing message: How many of us 17% really apreciate it and how many are we taking traveling for granted?

Recently, I noticed several Romanian public figures (I can’t fathom to see them as “influencers”) who wrote on their social media accounts negative reviews on faraway places they visited. Be it Bali or The Maldives, the recollections of their experiences were in my view superficial, limited and not to mention somehow distructive for the culture. Let me explain why.

While their views and usage of social media is (still) a free speech right and I am in agreement with that, the negative ripple effect of their understanding of travelling to those places could impact: 1.the wellbeing and income of these places who mostly base their existence on tourism and 2.the traveller who wants to experience the world and now

So, it really comes down to these people publishing reviews that prevent other people from experiencing the world with all its differences and inequalities, but also diminishing the positive effect of distribution of money from the wealthier to the poorer. Yes, tourism and travelling is also in my views a means through which we can exert our right to support the cultures and places who are maybe kept more under poverty by the current geopolitical and economic systems.

As an experienced traveler but also critical thinker, let me give you my view on how I approach travelling in a way that I believe is more nurturing to the entire players in the field.

1.First of all, travelling must really be a conscious and intentional decision. And it requires a healthy and rested body and mind.

If you want to rest and unwind during you 2 week something holiday, travelling might not be a correct option. Studies have shown (and I believe common sense says the same) that going on a trip activates the human system more than it relaxes it. You go to a place you don’t know, eat food your body/microbiome is not accustomed to and live off a different timezone. By the time your body settles into the new, you need to go back home. So, rest and recuperation happens at home, where you can control the parameters. Discovery of new places needs another mental approach.

When you travel, all your senses are excited. You see new things, you smell new aromas, you hear new words. And so on. Expansion really needs full commitment and awareness. Once you understand this, it gets easier when travelling might become more difficult (accidents, delays, bad food, etc).

2.Let’s say you’ve settled this. You want to explore and expand. You choose your destination based on the budget, time and personal context.

If you have a week, opt for a nearby location that gives you a similar timezone. If you have more, then look for further options.

For me, Europe in the past years has not been an option. Plane ticket prices have soared as well as accommodations, not necessarily having a rational explanation. Too much for my taste and the offering. But Europe is still a viable option if you only have a couple of days to move your suitcase around.

As for me, I tend to give myself the option to leave for at least 2 or even 3 weeks. Constant travelling to far places has been my jam for the past 3-4 years. Asia mostly I feel is a heart home and Indonesia is definitely its center. I have been able to see less fortunate (but infinitely more beautiful and spiritual) places and contribute to their welfare.

3.You now have the destination. Start learning about it more. See travelling blogs, read tripadvisor reviews. Read about the culture, its economic and political context. This way, you will be less surprised by local realities and yes, if anything undesirable happens on the spot, you will not make a fool out of yourself or the destination on social media.

I’ve seen reviews from people who didn’t bother to understand that sharks are found in the Maldives or that Bali has areas of garbage. As far as I am concerned, these are tourists not travellers. Uninformed but full of expectations.

If you are not doing your research at home, there is another good way to understand the local context: talk with the locals, doh! Hire a local guide, engage with any local vendor, service provider, artists, community member. For example, this is how one could understand that Indonezia has a problem of garbage collection and recycling, and this hugely impacts not only the tourism but also the local communities. That NGOs all over the islands are doing their best with the few resources they get from govern of Jakarta. That the local population still lacks ecological education and that also a lot of the litter comes from tourists that misbehave.

4.But this is really a question of critical thinking. An un-researched and malice review can actually lower the income of poorer community members who actually rely on tourism to survive.

So I begin to wonder: where do we all get our references when it comes to travelling? Who do we look up to, who do we read or watch? There are a lot of bloggers, vlogers, youtubers and yes, “influencers” who seem to throw their own limited views online just because they can. And it’s ok as long as this is the system we are all living in. But how about being more self-critical about that? How about giving the chance of real storytellers to enchant us and give us the perspective of expansion and understanding?

We used to read travelling books written by talented storytellers. Why do we now look at random people exposing in a post only the negativity that they have experienced at their own ignorance?
I do believe that places are energies. The way a destination looks, smells, vibrates is just an external manifestation of a vibration. This is why some of us vibrate with some destinations, others with … others and some with none. Travelling is an exchange of energies between 2 people, 2 places, 2 cultures, 2 realities.
Travelling is the way we let ourself expand and explore. The more stuck we are, the harder it gets to have a positive experience anywhere outside the home.

If you want to travel for real, here are some of my prompts for you. For a conscious, more balanced exploration:

  • The outer journey should assist us with the inner one. Why are you travelling? What are you running away from or what is the question you need and answer to?
  • Become more aware of your uniqueness in the world, but also the quieting of the ego that says: “my life is more important thank other people’s”. When you travel, you’re invited in the home of another. Respect that!
  • If you want to understand a place, then immerse in the local realities. Talk with the people, be curious, ask as many questions as possible. Understand their reality and why they need you and your resources. You might just think again before posting the way you view the world from the top of your ego.
  • Get information beforehand from reliable resources. Read the books, talk with positive people, experienced travellers and avoid the ones who usually say: hmm, I didn’t like that of this there. They could actually prevent you from having the best time of your life because they will impose their own realities over you. No place is perfect, but all places are equally worthy.
  • If you can, hire local guides or talk with a tourism agency that operates locally. You need people on those grounds who know the realities.
  • If you have any problems with flexibility or disconfort, know that any destination might increase them. Different food, noises, atmosphere, heat and so on. Prepare mentally to bend your mind and break your inflexibility. Remember that people just like you thrive there. So it’s a matter of adaptability, that’s all.
  • Check the details of your tickets, accommodations before. Read the reviews, ask the questions, ask for the services, make a list of all urgent numbers you should call in case of anything. Travelling is like a project and should not be treated lightly of with carelessness.
  • Upon return, be kind and write that thank you note to the travelling agency or agent, a message to your guide or hotels. Be grateful for they have kept you safe, in comfort and entertained. This is more than a money-services exchange. This is energy and bonding with a place that you were lucky enough to see. This is how you support maybe a not so fortunate economy and community to get their own needs met.
  • Travelling releases karma and builds more dharma. So choose those places that you can actually use for your own uplifting and becoming.
Know thyself & know your travels! Remember, you’re the lucky 17%! Don’t waste that!

But does she have a caring heart?

blonde woman in a rice field in the morning
I had someone tell me a long time ago: “you will never be a leader, you care too much and this is weakness.”

It was a woman who said that. A woman telling another woman she can’t do something, probably because of immaturity, or spite or envy. To this day for me, this is an abomination. Remember this short conversation, I will come back to it later in this healing letter.

It might seem for many decades that we are living in a toxic patriarchy, now infused with strategically placed images of broligarchy figures, the so called “wise-guys” of tech. But I continue to ponder why we as women have endured it for so much time. Because we did and we still consciously accept and replicate among ourselves the same heartless behaviours that fostered the unbalance we now see in the world.

The truth is the feminine shadow is currently extremely strong. The rise of the toxic masculinity is just a balancing response. Knowing this, how about changing this for the better?

This year is definitely going to be different and, in many aspects, stronger than 2024. In changes, transformations and also unbelievable recklessness. More (aggressive) manly than balanced. But this is where we are as individuals and as a collective.

In astrology, 3 major planets are changing their element and polarity, from feminine to masculine energies. Uranus, Neptune and of course, the star of the season, Pluto, are migrating taking their first steps into uncharted territories.

We’ve never experienced fully, intentionally, Pluto in Aquarius energy as a collective, as the dwarf planet was discovered in early 1930 and it was then in the sign of Cancer, so real-time analysis were not possible. Uranus is bringing its major unpredictability and innovation spirit to whatever Pluto is demanding or uncovering for humanity. Neptune is adding its borderless energy in a very spiritual year of 9, dissolving paths and destinies while enhancing both imagination and delusion. Saturn is a seriousness, structural sigil to whatever Neptune wants to dream more of.

Their tango back and forth over the 1st degree of masculine elements and signs is no easy experience.

This spring might seem unusual, not ordinary, a bit unpredictable. Like an uprooting of some sort that needs us to awaken and unite more consciously. Spring and summer bring forth immense power and aggression, indubitable energy, but also…a chance for guiding this new start with the heart, not the mind.

I see this moment like a special light taking us by the hand and guiding us from the start of summer. Jupiter, the great amplificator will move sign from curious, expansive and superficial Gemini to caring Crab. And it will stay there until June 2026, amplifying whatever he finds in the sign of emotionality and intuition. The good and the bad. But let’s focus on the good for now, as we are a bunch of conscious women and we understand energies and the world on a higher level.

For me, the Crab is truly the special feminine sign that is most connected with multiple realms. The Crab feels all the feels and ensures a deeper understanding of The Caring Principle and why today’s world really needs a comeback on it.

With Jupiter in Crab, we will build the homes we need in our souls, families and workplaces. The darker it might get around us, the cosier should get within us.

So you see, Jupiter, as magnifier, might just be what we need to tone a bit the year down and start a very important wave: the rising of exceptionally Caring Feminine Leaders. I do believe new women leaders and healers will appear or become more visible, and definitely rise to meet this great occasion of building a world that cares more than it destroys. Time will tell if these months starting June will bring about the women we need to move forward with more grace, acceptance, gratitude and consciousness. The strong ones. The caring ones. The kind ones. Because being kind and caring and devoted is actually a great achievement and quality in a leader. Which reminds me to go back to the start of this message and thank myself that I never took advice from the people that wanted me to fail. As a leader, colleague, friend, woman.

So if you are starting or envisioning your own rising this year, here it is, as per usual, a prompt list to help your journey become more focused but also more intentional:

Do you feel like you deserve a bigger role in the world?

What is the real intention behind your pursuit in leadership, career, business, entrepreneurship, etc? The feeling you weave the entire cloth with. The good leader has a higher meaning than money or success.

How strong and vibrant is your support system: family, partner, friends, etc? Do you feel connected and emotionally engaged with them? A good leader needs a good ecosystem.

What is the source of your higher calling? Can you think of doing more with your project or job, with higher meaning and larger impact?

How emotionally regulated are you? To be a good leader means knowing your own needs and fulfilling them. You are the energy and intention you bring to a space.

How are you practising what you preach? Kindness and care are verbs.

It will never be clearer than in this moment: abundance starts within the soul. And this is the time for good women leaders to rise to the occasion.
Until next time, thank you for being here and reading my weekly healing letters.

#WomenAreHealing

Rest your wings for later, honey

Blonde woman in a sunny rice field

I must admit, I wanted to write about judgement and how this year is gently inviting us to release and let go, accept and forgive while forging a better cycle for ourselves. Away from all the prejudice and criticism we fuel our lives and relationships.

But as it always happens, another topic stole my attention and took over this newsletter. Just as the year began, almost all my closest people are experiencing a slower pace. Whether they like it or not, even the astrology of 2025 is advising us to cool off, calm down and breathe before starting the journey. Delayed projects, put-on-hold-relationships, inner tension and lack of energy to do most of the daily work.

But this is quite a normal pace for this time of the year.

As I always say, January is more like a transition month, a transient couple of weeks to take advantage of, before initiating greater, newer endeavours. This is why maybe a lot of people are always struggling with these weeks just after the Xmas and Western New Year’s Eve. We expect too much, too soon, too fast. We define ourselves through the rapid pace, not by the calmness and grounding of our movements and choices. Slow has become synonym with weak or poor. Taking fewer jobs and giving yourself a break from always being the best has never been more condemned by the culture of productivity and efficiency.

But Nature and Earth has a different rhythm and definitely a soul of her own. And this year we’re not invited, but tied up until end of April to experience what slow means for our lives, wellbeing, maturity of choices, relationships and projects. Mars Retrograde will be followed by Venus Retrograde and Mercury Retrograde. Almost all the personal planets will put pressure on us to calm down, reconsider and change innerly.

We are starting 2025 in a retrograde mood.

What it means is that we need to take our foot off the acceleration pedal and wait a bit. Wait to see the first whispers of the year. On a political, economic, philosophic but also spiritual level. Inform from reliable sources, dig a bit deeper into what is estimated for 2025, what are the forces behind this realignment on a Global level. And remember, everything is actually guided by energy and spirituality. You can connect with that part of you that is your Soul calling and intuitive place.

It’s not a coincidence that the planet of action and initiation, Mars, is retrograde since early December going (apparently) backwards until the end of February in the sign of Cancer. There is this incredible need to go inward and connect with what makes us nurtured, sure, at peace. The mother’s caring nature and the care with which we are feeding our lives. This process needs silence and peace. Not action or discombobulation.

There are big shifts happening right now. All over the world, the chaos that swallowed the end of 2024 is silencing our most active drives. The Trumps are taking over the US again and with them, a new wave is spreading across companies, nations and individuals. Political regimes are changing abruptly all over the world and people are beginning to say and show what they need. Something like an inner volcano is deeply moaning in the collective conscience. Different in language and behaviours, identities, but united in the need for change and revolution.

These are the months we need to build something higher in our conscience. So these months, with all their blockages are deeply needed. Whether you believe me or have the patience to read this through, you need to stop. Breather. Reflect. Do what’s necessary, not what’s extra. Listen, reflect, project. If you act in an opposite manner, you might experience unwanted and frustrating delays, closed doors.

You might experience low energy levels now, the need for constant emotional reassurance or the inability to make stir decisions unless we feel 200% secure, abandonment issues or playing the victim in some ways in our relationships. Tension might build up if we are not careful and backfire energetically at the expense of our loved ones. We might feel weak or too vulnerable which might also attract defensiveness in relations. The seat of emotions is now troubled by the energies of every moment in which we chose against our better judgement or needs. Yes, these might be extremely heavy times.

But what do we do with this? As always, here are some prompts you might use. Take this time to:

  • Get settled in your own life, I am sure the end of 2024 was not far from being hectic. What do you need to purify, cleanse and rearrange?
  • Reprioritise what is a must versus what can be planned and launched later in the year.
  • Get more quality time at home, with your relatives, connect with your parents more gently and build that inner mother within you.
  • Move your body gently in any ways you like. Sanity walks, yoga, stretching, dancing. I would advise especially women to opt for less cortisol or muscle training and slower, lighter forms of movement. Your choice is nevertheless your own.
  • Sleep as much as you can. Prioritise quality sleep before 12 AM so your bodily functions can regenerate accordingly.
  • Look deeper at your inner traits of masculine versus feminine and how they are entangled while working together. Maybe it’s time your masculine served the feminine more by respecting her needs and rhythm.
  • Visit your local sauna maybe once per week. Sauna has incredibly good results with mental health and it’s been proved through many studies.
  • Take care of your microbiome and eat as diversely as possible. Reduce inflammation by taking out sugar, carbs and seed oils. Practice intermittent fast. Eat at home and warm food, as much as you can, you will notice the difference immediately in your mood. Probiotics, Omega 3, Magnesium and D3 are the essentials for your starting the year kit.
  • Reduce caffeine as it induces more anxiety and frankly it distorts your idea of how much stuff you can do daily. Since I quit coffee, my pace has become gentler and my work more focused.
  • Talk better to yourself. I use daily expressions like: “I give myself the peace I need”; “I am already doing the best I can do”; “I am my best friend”. If you are respecting the words you say to yourself, you are respecting your needs.
  • Revel into the Planetary Sky of January 21st to 25th. No less that 6 planets are now beginning their somewhat aparent alignment in the night sky, four of them visible to the naked eye. According to BBC, “There is an imaginary line that the path of the Sun traces across the daytime sky, and this is known as the ‘ecliptic‘.

The ecliptic is due to the fact that Earth and all the other Solar System planets formed out of the same flat disc of gas and dust that once surrounded our infant Sun. This means the planets in the Solar System all occupy roughly the same orbital plane – Earth included – and therefore all more or less follow the line of the ecliptic in the sky. So, when multiple planets are visible in the sky, they’ll located be roughly along this line.” It’s not a unique phenomenon, like the Internet said, but a very common experience that happens annually. Nevertheless, it is still a beautiful thing to watch.

We are entering in the season of Aquarius tomorrow and a New Moon is waiting for us at the crossroads of the New Chinese Year. As always, I am here to guide you so be sure to send this newsletter to your friends as well.

But for now, rest your wings, honey. They will need this time to fly to newer realms once this time is over.

Xoxo,

Roxana

Chapter 9 | Ready for it?

blonde women in the jungle on a sunny day

“And so may a slow
Wind work these words
Of love around you,
An invisible cloak
To mind your life.”

As I am writing these first words for #WAH in 2025, the year feels like it is still trying to begin somehow. The energy is sluggish, sometimes unclear and the next is still hidden from our sight. Nature mimicks it well. Days of fog mix in with days of cringy suns. Well, this is normal for a 2024 that has not really ended, right? Those of you reading me for sometimes already know this.

The transition between years is actually made in these weeks of January, February and March.
The first glimpse of the new clothes of 2025 will actually be seen around January 29th with the New Chinese Year (of the Wooden Snake) and subsequently around February 28th during Losar | New Tibetan Year. The climax of this beginning is, of course, for Western (and Northern) societies, the Spring Equinox coming March 20th together with its Eclipses.
So you see, there is never a fixed moment when we say goodbye to the past and welcome the new. It’s always a liminal space and time that allows us to shed, become lighter, get carried away or refocus.
These upcoming weeks are crucial for preparing for 2025, numerologic year of 9 and a Pisces destiny cycle in western astrology.
  1. We navigate into the coming year, moving from the tangible and palpable toward more subtle energies. The energies around us, but especially those within us.
  2. Health will be an important theme, but many of us might also turn to other methods than modern medicine, more towards holistic healing than treatments. During this period, we might encounter conditions we’ve never heard of or for which there is still no exact treatment.
  3. We may begin to feel tendencies to sacrifice ourselves for others, to find mechanisms that explain why others do not function well and to attempt an illusory repair. But what lies behind these tendencies of ours? Do we genuinely want to contribute, or do we seek attention, hoping that we, too, can be seen, understood, and saved?
  4. We might become more intuitive and find it easier to connect to the energies of others. This ability can help if we work in fields where it is a useful skill, but at the same time, if we are too empathetic, certain spaces may leave us feeling drained of energy. It’s crucial to discern between people, spaces, and experiences.
  5. We are called to greater compassion, forgiveness, and the ability to leave behind suffering, judgments, traumas, and moments that may still weigh on us. Let us not grow rigid, but instead, accept that those moments and those people merely brought us face-to-face with our own blocks. Through them and because of them, we could no longer run from ourselves.
This is a cycle of Neptune. We might feel drawn to live experiences that are, in fact, utopian. It’s important to observe how we mentally manage imagination and practicality, clarity. What do you want to close and leave behind as you enter 2026? 2025 can be the year when we recognise how we’ve held onto situations, memories, people, or contexts that haven’t been ours for a long time. We can look back to see what decisions we’ve made throughout this cycle and how they’ve supported us. 2025 is the year we can count our blessings from the years before, starting in 2017. It is not a singular year but a nearly collective one.
  1. We are likely to feel more vulnerable to disappointment or hurt. We might find ourselves dreaming more, both literally and metaphorically.
  2. We can be open to experimenting with different methods of recreation that enhance our imagination, creativity, and aesthetic spirit. However, it is important not to channel these tendencies or openness toward addictive substances, of any kind, that could endanger our health or our anchoring in the daily, practical reality.
Let us dream, but let us distill and begin to work with and for our dreams. Let us believe, but let us also explain, even if only through the lens of our personal truth. Let us retreat when we feel the need, but stay connected to everything and everyone that is part of our lives.

Let us view troubles or obstacles with greater wisdom, even if it is difficult.

  1. Let us identify our limiting beliefs and examine the programs or mantras guiding our lives. What is blocking us? What is influencing us? Where do these come from, and to which family members or close circles do we feel a misplaced loyalty? How well do we truly know our families? Secrets, hidden truths, unspoken words, or forgotten things might come to light during this cycle.
  2. Sometimes, we may need to learn to detach from strict programs and endless daily to-do lists. We might allow others to take on tasks that we could have always delegated anyway. We can give ourselves the chance to disconnect, to create, to hope. To be less of an “organized robot” and more of a spirit filled with imagination and creativity. After all, isn’t this the essence of humanity? This year, we may see how the impossible becomes possible. A new idea born now might be precisely what we need to leave behind a job or a program that no longer benefits or constrains us. To-do lists shouldn’t live our lives; we should live them.
  3. We will no longer seek perfection because we will always need to adapt to new states of being to overcome obstacles. But how can we understand what lies beyond us if we don’t let go of ourselves?
  4. The tendency to see problems might grow stronger in those who resist spiritual experiences.
  5. Perhaps we will overcome our tendency to hide and to conceal, driven by the need to be perfect.
Our faith might be tested through various ailments, people, or illusory relationships.

Judge less, detach from excessive rationality, or from the habit of finding flaws in everything. Where we are inflexible and too strict, we will be guided or compelled to reshape ourselves around others, other circumstances, or other concepts.

Some of us might feel the urge to break away from reality and retreat, to isolate. This is fine as long as we use the time to reconnect with our inner selves and understand what we must leave behind to begin a new cycle in 2026.

Perhaps we will find the support we need to stop suppressing our desires and intuition. Life is not just about what must be done, but also about what can be created.
Neptune

In relationships, we may need to trust the other person more and stop being constantly suspicious. At the same time, imbalanced energy in this area might expose us to people or relationships marked by ambiguity, deceit, illusion, or chaos. Really bad relationships will break, for the 2 to seek their own fulfilment and healing within other paths.

We will learn to travel with our imagination, if not with our passport. We might understand those who are different, unseen, un-helped, or abandoned, and we will be asked to offer them a helping hand or a kind word. Giving and returning to faith are beautiful ways to balance this year’s energy in our personal destinies.

We find mental peace if we allow ourselves to believe we deserve it and that it can meet us. We can allow ourselves to believe we are supported by something greater than ourselves.

This year might seem slow at times or, at other moments, too fast. Opportunities and people might pass us by before we can recognise them.

Dreams will have a significant influence on our minds, but they may also be the path to healing our souls. Isolation and regeneration in retreats, monasteries, or quiet, inaccessible places can be of great help.

Let us cultivate an appreciation for art in all its forms in 2025.

2025 feels like an ending, perhaps of something started in 2017. Or maybe the end of a path, an identity we built and proposed for ourselves since then. But there is no ending without a new beginning, is there? So why not see endings as moments that make us freer, lighter, more flexible, and more open?

Gently, we lay down all that is no longer ours (or never was). It will feel easier to travel through the year with just our hand luggage.

In 2025, we cannot change anything about the past, and the future is still unclear beyond a few steps ahead. So we can pause to contemplate, evaluate, forgive ourselves, and let ourselves be. Like after a race where it doesn’t matter what place we’ve finished, only that we’ve surpassed ourselves.

That person who left painfully wasn’t truly yours or even their own. That job you left when you had no energy left wasn’t the place that served you well, anyway. We are not victims but creators of our own healing and evolution. Creators of our own suffering as well if we do not pay attention.

In 2025, everything we’ve lost in recent years becomes, in fact, a gain. Look back and see: would you still be who you are today without everything you’ve already lived?
2025 begins with many personal planets in retrograde, in a very tight row (Mars, then Venus, then Mercury). Not by accident. Because 2025 will feel like it’s pulling us back, throwing us toward ourselves more than ever, blocking external motion so we stop running from the movement within.

This year, past situations may repeat. People might return so that we can let go, integrate the lessons, and be content with where we’ve arrived, without them, but stronger.

If we were to describe 2025 in one word, it would be “purpose” or “meaning”, an invitation to live with intention and elevate every aspect of our lives.

Next week I will dive deeper into the Karmic Cycle we are stepping into starting January 12th, which will last for 1.5 years.

Until then, I am here to support, guide or just…see YOU.

With love,

Beannacht

by John O’Donohue

On the day when
The weight deadens
On your shoulders
And you stumble,
May the clay dance
To balance you.

And when your eyes
Freeze behind
The grey window
And the ghost of loss
Gets into you,
May a flock of colours,
Indigo, red, green
And azure blue,
Come to awaken in you
A meadow of delight.

When the canvas frays
In the currach of thought
And a stain of ocean
Blackens beneath you,
May there come across the waters
A path of yellow moonlight
To bring you safely home.

May the nourishment of the earth be yours,
May the clarity of light be yours,
May the fluency of the ocean be yours,
May the protection of the ancestors be yours.

And so may a slow
Wind work these words
Of love around you,
An invisible cloak
To mind your life.

You must also be darkness

Red haired woman with feather in her hair

I sit alone on a Saturday afternoon in my nearby church. Sun beams are gently illuminating the holy interior as I quiet my mind and just look at the paintings. It smells like burnt candles. I hear soft voices beneath the altar. All the red chairs are carefully placed after a quick baptism.

In this quiet revery, suddenly I notice. The wind blowing the foliage outside makes sure the light and dark dances on the face of a silver icon. And in that moment it suddenly dawns on me: we are actually halfway on our journey between light and dark.

The Autumnal Equinox is here.
From now on until March, life begins to slow down. Life will get darker. We are called to embrace our shadow as the most beloved part of ourselves. The part that we mostly hide, despise, neglect, ignore or chase away.

This week’s blog article is a milder, shorter message to accompany all our transitions to another season in our lives.

Transitions happen without our decisions. Transitions happen because we need them and don’t usually have courage to start them.

In astrology, starting points of transitions are symbolised by Eclipses, the dual/paired lunar and solar events happening 2 times a year, meant to strike swift endings and beginnings.

Today we are stepping into the season of balance, of beautiful Libras.

And we are also in the middle of Autumn Eclipse season and the veil is thin. (read below my last week’s article on the first Eclipse).

We lost something or someone during the past week, but life will soon ask us to be brave and fill that void with something new. A new feeling, a new activity, a new meaning, a new project. Nobody will be able to stand still this autumn. We need to move forward. Even in complete darkness.

We don’t know yet what to put in that place that is now liberated. And the guidance is to listen carefully and wait. Wait until the middle of October to start anything. Let the waves of this transition settle.

I see autumn as a sudden descend into the darkness of our souls. The decisions we took and affected our lives and the lives of others, the actions we are not so proud of, the sins we’ve been tolerating in our nature and around us, the greed with which we expect everything from others and nothing from ourselves.

Today, the equinox marks the perfect balance of Yin and Yang, as day and night are equal. From here, Yin energy rises as autumn’s changes begin—the air cools, leaves turn golden, and nature prepares for its final harvest before winter.

Here are some introspection prompts for your darkness:
  1. Am I ready to stand up for the life I am living and admit to the darkness I create?
  2. Am I ready to look for balance or am I still excited in the face of chaos and dopamine?
  3. When and where am I betraying my values, principles, needs so that I can get rewarded by quick, easy gratification moments?
  4. Who are the people I am influencing with my poor decisions?
  5. When and where am I playing the generous woman for others to perceive me as good?
  6. What am I getting from hiding my darkness?
Our happiness is determined solely by the darkness we reject, neglect or entertain.

This autumn will mean transitions of all sorts. Pluto retrograde for the last weeks in Capricorn, autumn Eclipses, the advent of winter retrogrades and the dawn of changing the destiny nodes in 2025, they will all push us to embrace the most hidden and unloved part of us: the darkness. Nobody can escape. Either with inner work or outer suffering, we will all journey into the dark if we want to rise again into the light.

Until next time, embrace your darkness!

I believed before I knew

Blonde woman near a sun lamp
[Seraph] "Did You Always Know?" [Oracle] "Oh, No. No, I Didn't... But I Believed. I Believed!" - Matrix

Ahhhh, having faith over the known. What an intricate choice to make during these turbulent times when everything changes rapidly and not necessarily for the better all the time.

We turned information into a weapon of control over our life, others. We want to possess all the fact more than we believe in a better plan that the Universe has for us. And this limits us. A lesson that we are now beginning to learn during this Eclipse season starting in Mid September.

Yes, this edition is a blend of astrology and spirituality but also of self-care.

But first, some astrology for those curious. We have entered the Eclipse Autumn Season, lasting until 1 week after October 2nd. This is a mixed theme time, with an Eclipse in Pisces-Virgo on September 18th (this upcoming week) which will be the focus on this message. The second one will happen October 2nd and will be focused on relationships and new beginnings. But first things first – let’s focus on this week a bit because it’s a key serious of events forecasting what we will experience next year.

We are shown the seeds of a profound energetic shift in society. The Pisces-Virgo axis emphasises the transition from the pragmatic, control-oriented energy of Virgo to the more spiritual, intuitive flow of Pisces. With a Saturn transiting the archetype of Pisces, illusions are now questioned and matured, so that the dreams that really matter could come into the material.

The last time we experienced the Virgo-Pisces Eclipse cycle was back in mid 2006 to end of 2007, so think back on your life and see if something similar comes to the surface.

Some of the principles we will be asked to re/discover and practice:

  • A collective transit influences differently each of us depending on our evolutionary level, state of consciousness, birth chart and additional charts.Raising your consciousness will nevertheless be a dominant theme for all.
  • Release the control of the information and facts, hyper organisation, perfectionism, order. Believe more in the creative juice of the chaos. Don’t waste your time constantly improving, sometimes this takes magic out of your life. Less stress and anxiety.Surrender! Yes, I know it’s hard in this time of the mind, not the soul. There is real magic and reinvention in the chaos. The bigger picture is not in the details. “The Devil is in the details” is a phrase with a lot of meaning behind it.
  • If you are a manager or leader, micromanaging will cause poor results and underperformance for your team and your business. Infuse your organisation with strategy sessions, creative brainstormings. But also discern between the delusional.Growth comes from the uncharted path.
  • Health is the real wealth. There is a reason why we chose the body (Virgo) to carry our soul (Pisces). So attention to health and wellness will be a major theme, either doing required check-ups or having problems with correct diagnosis. Many of our pains and sorrows lead to body somatisation as diseases. A dis-ease is nothing but a signal to return to inner temple and connection with outer sources of faith.Don’t loose faith, pray you are guided towards a therapist of the body and a holistic healer that really understands healing and not superficial treatment. Remember all illnesses come from the sickness of the soul. Develop your spiritual life just like the professional or relational ones. And you will see everything else unfolds beautifully.
  • Trust art and artists and creative expression. Invest your time more in arts, expos, movies especially, connect with art communities.I definitely expect that 2025-mid 2026 will shine bright light on the ones earning through feeling and imagining.
  • You are not alone, but a glimpse of a bigger reality. Pisces is the compassion of the Christ. Guide that towards helping the ones in more need. Animals, orphans, the elders, the sick, the unseen, the rejected, the judged, those still not understood. We are as strong as our weakest cell. Practice more unconditional love.
Kind guidance for how to self-care during these transitions
1.Eclipses are eventful and emotional. This one delusional also. Especially for women and for those connected through their birth chart with the Mother Moon.

Accept whatever comes to you during these 2-3 weeks. But let your soul take the wheel, it might cloud your mind first and brings all sorts of illusions (and delusions), but the key is to…believe you are kept safe and cared for.

You might experience a test of faith around September 18th, but it is just a mild glimpse into what’s unfolding since February 2025. I don’t know the specificities of your experience (that is indicated by the birth chart and connected charts of each person), but common themes will be unfolding for all of us. The more you resist and try to control with your mind & facts, the more you will be shown that this is not a 1 player game. We are in this together.

2.What needs to end now in order for something else to begin? Make it clear and grounded. You might just have the lucky break to end something that you have seen coming for a while and did not have courage to proceed with.
3.Write more during these weeks, be more introspective, connect with your inner guidance. Pay attention to the whispers of your soul, your gut, your dreams, your messages received from other people. Note down words, keys, ideas. Like a brain (and soul) dumping, you will know what to do with it after mid October.
4.For those of you that are active Christians, there’s no better time than praying. If you don’t have a specific topic, then dedicate your prayers to someone in need during these times, maybe someone going through sickness.
5.Take real good care of your body. If you need a blood work report, schedule it! If you need to take care of any part of your body (but especially digestive system, feet, circulation, lymphatic, then check it. Celebrate your health with a therapeutic massage, a plant bath full of relaxation oils, a dance class or a movie.

For those experiencing turbulent times and are impacted by recent floods in Europe, I pray you remain safe and navigate these days unharmed.

Whatever you experience during these 2 weeks, remember to always tell you softly:

I believe more than I know.

Until next week, I will pray for you!

Are you still feeding the wolves?

This week’s blog title is actually inspired by one of my friends. During our most recent meet-up, as I was venting passionately, on an on about the changes this summer brought to my life and the problems I had with certain relationships.

She suddenly turned to me and said: we need to stop feeding the wolves.

No, she was not referring to people, but to contexts, behaviours, poor personal limits and our constant oblivion to feeding the unbalanced, immature and sometimes poisonous relationships.

Whatever you accept, you deserve. The Universe is simple in observing you: “oh, she accepts that in her life, then she might want more of that, let’s windfall with it right now!”

You don’t get what you want, you get what you are.

Access to your energy and love and care is Godly. Be careful in these times of chaos who you are feeding with your gifts and if they reciprocate. If there’s a lack of mutual contribution, you will feel it right away in your body, health, luck.

This 2024 hasn’t been easy. To any of us. I wrote about this year in January and most of the things I felt back then (unfortunately) came to life.

Some of us experienced power struggles in relationships and a lot of dark patterns. Others became money obsessed and lost people and joy due to this hunger for more. I counselled women on loss, truth, acceptance, understanding and anger.

After a very different February energy (Pluto was entering Aquarius and the matrix changed), a cloudy incoherent spring with Neptune squaring Lilith followed. But this summer, oh, THIS summer really felt like an “all or nothing” energy. Most of the times, all = nothing, especially during August.

I’ve always said an 8 year is not about money, but about acknowledging the problems we have with money, the bad patterns, the fears or obsessions. 8 is not about power, but about power dismantling and the mental pain necessary for the transformation you’ve been delaying. This is the lesson of Pluto in Capricorn, that ends this autumn. This is also the lesson of Saturn in Pisces. The energy of discipline, truth, rigour and endurance is probably the core of this autumn. How will you embrace it?

To be abundant is to learn to appreciate who and how you are in the middle of poorness or failure. 8 teaches us this: the only power we have is the one to lead our own life on the path of truth. Power is within us, as us.

Now, as I am writing these words, Pluto is re-entering Capricorn (at 29 degrees, the grade of urgency and deep clearance) as part of its annual retrograde season, while Uranus begins its own retrograde in Taurus season. September will be packed with sudden endings and extremely sudden beginnings at the same time. The Eclipse season starts right in the middle of the month, echoing a divine path we will all walk on starting next February 2025. Curious for more? Then, let’s dive into your unique birth chart and the blessings you have laid before you.

For some of us will be harder. For other, will be softer. But we will feel these months, I assure you of it.

A short thinking or journaling prompt for this next week, as we are stepping into another cycle of clearance.
  1. What are the big changes you’ve navigated since 2008, on all levels? Which area was the most activated: self, relations, career, control, trust, etc?
  2. How have you been able to understand your patterns, structures, control and adapt them to a softer, kinder life?
  3. Did you integrate this findings in your practice today? Information without practice equals mental and emotional turmoil. What can you do during these months to finally GET THIS?
  4. Who are you feeding with your energy while you get nothing or less in return? You are loved and you matter without those relationships, you do know that?
  5. Are you the friend you expect others to be with you? Matchy-matchy!
Potential remedies, depending on your own practice:
  • spend time doing something you love with all your heart. A comedy, a book, a walk in the park, sex. Joy opens the heart and dismantles any negative emotion.
  • try softer body practices: Balinese massage, yoga, qi gong, pranayama (breathing). Transformation and turmoil is somatized rapidly this year, so take it easy.
  • pray! I restarted praying more a couple of months ago, and it’s a practice I now hold dear to me. Who knows, it might guide you well during these months too.
  • listen to a new podcast for the soul. My friend Ana has launched her soothing podcast a couple of weeks ago, and I am guiding you to listen to her. 15-30 minutes per week with a counsellor who really gets what you are going through. Find it on Spotify.

Until next week, take care (of your energy)!

Roxana
